1. Rotation of user interface with new position of the handhield is not optional, and it's have to be optional because it bothering me realy.
2. In incoming and outgoing calls you can't edit and call, and if the phone # is registered in phone book the copy option is disable.
and if I want edit the call and add some like *199*xxxxxxxx# to send some services I can't do it.
Also I can't send it as a attachment or a bussinedd card. and it better use the word send as a bussiness card better than as attachment.
3. Your alarm clock is not multi alarm clock option it's only you have creat once at time and if you have more than one time to set alarm you have edit current on and it's not cool.
4. Your bluetooth is not quite fanctionable because you can't send anything without pairing, I mean if the contact is not prelisted there is no option for detected a new bluetooh deivices.
And there are many more and you calling your blackBerry is smart phone! there are a lot of faults.
And please separate the incoming and outgoing calls
Finally your arabic language very wost the don't how teach you that laguage, such as you are using "Discard" in english Discard from what? can't see you are using the word save then what if you use the word don't save.

Yes, No and cancel command are much better.

I thought I lost notes on my phone too but I found that when I clicked on the accounts button on the top right of the notes page I could set the tab for All Notes and all my missing notes appeared. Good Luck!
