Somebody should push for apple to be able to split screen multi task like the galaxy, dont you agree?
The galaxy allows for you to pull up 2 apps at the same time and use them on the same screen. thats bad ***, i think thats an awsome feature so i would like to see apple include this in the i0s7 update. Thats the only thing that making me wanna switch to galaxy s4 other than that i love the quality of apple as a phone technical specs wise dealing with power. not the creatvity aspect. 2 APPS, SPLIT SAME SCREEN!!!

Help: I have recently downloaded the newest software version for apple products. I have a iPod touch. After the process of updating my software, my photo app doesn't work anymore. I can't take pictures or view them at all. Every time I try opening the app it kicks me out of it and sends me to the home screen. I have tried turning off my iPod and back on multiple times. Even double tapping the home screen button and closing my opened apps. And I tried looking for the photo app in the app store but I did not see it. So I am wondering what can I do? And is this due to the new software update? Does anyone else have this problem?
No, I have not tried any backup tools. I havent restored my ipod back to factory settings yet and then sync everything back on it. I am kind of scared too because I dont want to lose anything. I have just been hoping some new apple software update will come out because I know several people have had problems when updating to the newest version available.

You can only have five computers authorized for one iTunes account. You need to deauthorize another computer and then authorize this computer. If yu do not have access to the other computers you can deauthorthize all computer and then authorize the one you want. You can only deauthorize all once a year. Why has Apple decided the 3G won't have mult-tasking with the new OS 4.0
Just would like a answer if apple would re-consider enabling multi-tasking on the iphone 3G when they release OS 4.0, maybe in a limited form.
My experience is the iphone 3G will often leave applications running in the background on OS 3.x and I have to use "freememory" third party app to clean it up when the iphone becomes too slow.
This suggests to me there nothing technical why the 3G can't have multi-tasking as in away it already does do this when the applications aren't closed.
Maybe if they limit the multi tasking to 3 applications on 3G, rather then none out all, this would make me happier.The developer response as to why FreeMemory no longer available:-
"Apple has demanded that we remove the feature to Free Memory from all our apps. We have decided to remove our existing Free Memory 1.5 and MemoryInfo 1.1 apps from sale. We have instead submitted Free Memory Lite and MemoryInfo Lite without the Free Memory feature."
So I suppose I was lucky to find the tool before Apple banned it.
It is interesting as most iphone's have 8 or 16GB of Storage RAM, but only 128MB 3G, 256 3GS of runtime RAM, and because the phones doesn't have the ability to use virtual RAM, memory is limited on iphone, this would of been a nice feature to add to OS 4.0.
My opinion is Apple decided to limit functionality so people are forced to upgrade to the latest iphone, a little cynical I suppose, but I feel is true.
The release of the OS 4.0 and not providing multi-tasking for the 3G is probably another example as it doesn't really appear to be "technically not feasible".
I feel the developers need a bill of rights, as Apple decisions to "ban" apps is too arbitrary and unfair.
Sorry for my comments about Apple policy of banning apps or limiting functionality it just my opinion, although I think it is shared by many.

You cannot create an iCloud account on Windows. You can do so on a Mac or an iOS device and then log into it with your Windows PC.

Is there a good app for erasing moving objects when taking a picture like the Galaxy does.
Someone I work with just got the Galaxy and is all about proving it is better than my iPhone. The camera eraser thing is pretty sweet. I told her I was sure apple had something like it. Have downloaded a couple of apps but they are no good..lasso, brush...just not the same as what hers does. Please help as a couple of other people were thinking of getting iPhone until they saw what hers does.
Thanks - I did learn something new - using your example, if I have a file under Stephen, I can expand to the sub folder I want, and then drop it straight into the last subfolder.
However, I can't seem to do this from another networked computer. Say I want to copy a file from Randy's iMac. I have to first drag it into Documents first from my computer. Then I have to expand Documents to the subfolder I want, go find the file I dragged there, then I can move it straight to the subfolder.
It would make things so much easier if I could expand Documents while still being in Randy's iMac. In Windows, I can expand any folder I want from anywhere. Just so surprised I can't do that in Apple. Unless I'm missing something.
Guess I'm surprised no one has come up with an app for this. Maybe they have and I just don't know it. I found a website that claims it does it, but couldn't find the app in the app store.
As much as I love Apple, this is a major deterrent for business applications who frequently have to share and move files across many shared computers.

BADI for MIGO-populate batch numbers in Split screen
Hi All,
I have a requirement in which a user enters a Purchase order and then clicks on Distribute Quantity button.
Now another split screen opens up in which we enter the different quantities and their corresponding batch numbers.
I want that when user clicks on distribute qty button the screen shows some default values in Batch column.
These values should be picked from mchb depending on the material and largest batch no already generated for that material.
Suppose material1 has max batch number as :123, then I want to display in the split screen foll batch numbers:
124
125
126....so on
user can also change them if required.
I have gone through the foll BADI's:
MB_MIGO_BADI
MB_MIGO_ITEM_BADI but could not find a solution.
Please help.

But I want that user should enter the starting batch number for each material in that PO and then depending upon the number of rows in which qty is distributed, batch numbers should be incremented by 1 and displayed there.
For this I need an exit when we click on Check button in split quantity screen.

Right. You're using XHTML doc type with HTML5 <video> tags. So the W3C code validation is showing invalid code errors. If you're going to use HTML5, you must be consistent throughout.
I don't know which version of DW you have, but in CS5 forward you have the option to use HTML5 doc types. Go to Modify > Page Properties > Title/Encoding. Click on screenshot.
If your version is older than that, you'll need to do it manually in Code View.

My wife can't remember her security questions answers and has exceeded tries. She can log into her Apple account ok though. She is now being asked for these when trying to purchase stuff. She has gone online to Apple support and stated UK. th eonly format to provide a phone number is 07.. or 01... Apple send us an email saying they can't contact us on the number she has provided. Any help??
It is because Siri only has access to US business and such, and not UK. As the Apple site says, "Siri is available in Beta only on iPhone 4S and requires Internet access. Siri may not be available in all languages or in all areas, and features may vary by area."
Siri is still in Beta. It should hopefully improve for us this year. -
If I delete my account from apple, I be able to create a new one with the same address?
Here is the thing, currently I have an id of apple with my gmail account, which I associated the iCloud account. I would like to delete my account to create a new from the iphone, so it is "iCloud" as my primary address. I want my apple ID is "[email protected]" not "[email protected]".
ThanksUnfortunately, you can't. The primary address for your iCloud account must be a non-Apple email account. The only exception to this is for former MobileMe subscribers who migrated to iCloud when MobileMe closed, which was 18 months ago.
