See? I get chided for posting my crash reports here and really, I understand that. It's over the top but, this just proves my point.
All of a sudden the replies stop to my problem and I am STILL locked out of iTunes. Setting up a different user account just so I can play iTunes is NOT a reasonable option.
I've posted of this problem several times and refuse to believe this is a problem only happening with me. My household has 3 Macs. 4 iPods and countless iTunes downloads which translates into thousands (with 5 digits) of $$ spent.
And I can't get 7.6.1 to work. I can't downgrade to 7.5 (Apple has done something to prevent this apparently). I can't even watch the movie rental I downloaded (which is when the trouble started). That's right. Right after downloading the rental, iTunes became unusable.
My frustration continues...........
