someone was able to retrieve a new contact and call the person from a blocked number. I've never backed up my phone to any other device. The only thing that stands out is the fact that my ex routinely jailbroke phones and downloaded a few progrmas onto my mac. My icloud has been disbaled for a long time. And i don't have find my phone or find friends. Is there any other way he would of since been able to hack my info?
It is possible to install spyware on a jailbroken iPhone. See if your phone has the app "Cydia" installed on it. If it does, it means you're jailbroken.

Recently someone has gained access to my computer. The first time they interacted with me they made a chat window pop up and started to ask me questions about what i was doing on the computer. I couldn't close the window he was typing in i had to shut my computer off. The window i think said something like controller something. The second incounter was a few mins ago the person really went to town. First they was making my computer talk to me. I know the Mac can talk but it doesn't say stuff like "i like cocaine ******", "**** ", plus many more and called me the N word. This made me believe they can see through my webcam on my mac. And they where saying my username .After 10 mins of them spamming the voices back to back. They then made a Google chrome open up with like 10 tabs that played a werid video like a dude from the saw movies or something/the ring type video. So i close it then they open it again with like 30 tabs... so now i really don't know what to do to stop this. im running snow leopard and updating is not really an option right now. I checked like my firewall cause that's one of the few things i know of and it was off the first time. But the second time the firewall was on and they still did what ever they wanted. I work from my computer and don't want to lose all my programs but i wonder if i just learn how to reset my hole computer would that stop them.i have the snow leopard disc somewhere.

Any third-party software that doesn't install by drag-and-drop into the Applications folder, and uninstall by drag-and-drop to the Trash, is a system modification.
Whenever you remove system modifications, they must be removed completely, and the only way to do that is to use the uninstallation tool, if any, provided by the developers, or to follow their instructions. If you can’t remove software in any other way, you’ll have to erase and install OS X. Never install any third-party software unless you're sure you know how to uninstall it; otherwise you may create problems that are very hard to solve.
You may be advised by others to try to remove complex system modifications by hunting for files by name, or by running "utilities" that purport to remove software. I don't give such advice. Those tactics often will not work and may make the problem worse. -

AppleA good thing to bear in mind, Apple will never initiate contact with you. The user needs to do something first to get e-mails. The only Apple initiated mail I've ever received was a notification of a class action lawsuit I could have been eligible to participate in. And that contained no links as I recall.

1. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com
2. Choose your product (mine was ipad)
3. Click the "iTunes, App Store or iBooks" icon
4. Click "Apple ID account security"
5. Type in "apple id has been disabled"
6. Choose your country (mine was US)
7. Choose the "talk to apple support now" option
8. Provide the info they request (name, email, phone number)
9. They will call you right away.
Explain your apple id has been disabled. The rep will connect you to an iTunes rep. He/she will look up your account. You will be required to answer your 3 security questions. You MUST get a minimum of 2 correct. If you succeed they will enable your id. Good luck! -

You can't. All you can do is change the password to deny future access.
Are you sure the email is legitimate? There have been numerous reports recently of forged emails like this trying to get people to click a link and disclose thier iCloud credentials. I have updated my Iphone with the latest version of the Itunes. I tried to log on using my Apple Account and it didn't recognised my password. Then I used my computer to rset the password. I answered all the security questions and I received a notification on my e-mail confirming that my password has changed.
I tried to log on then and it said that my user name doesn't exist or doesn't recognise it. I tried to answer the security questions again and my birthday doesn't match? How can I find out if someone has stolen my ID. I need to download my App's previously purchased and my credit card details is in there.

So it would seem easy for someone (lets just say a girlfriend for example) to plug my iPhone into her computer while I am staying the night and backup to iTunes. I have my settings to "require a passcode immediately", however there was one day there was access to my passcode at her place while I was not there. So my question is three-fold:
- How can I find out if my iphone has synced with another computer/iTunes (possible history in the iPhone)?
- Are there additional privacy settings to make sure no one can backup my iPhone by plugging it into their iTunes?
- If it has been backed up to another computer is there anything that can be done.

You don't. Nothing gets stored on the iPhone about what computers the device has been backed up to.

You need to punch in the passcode for any purchase right, not just for new apps??
If one of the other students, or anyone else, got access to your iTunes Store account, necessary to make any purchases, then they'd have all the information they'd need to also make in-app purchases. But an in-app purchase can only be made through the account through which the original app was purchased. Either your son bought the game (free or paid) and then shared it with someone else along with the account information (necessary to authorize the app on someone else's device), or someone else downloaded the game as well, not just made in-app purchases.
In any case, changing your iTunes Store password should now have cut off any such unauthorized activity, though of course if your son gives the new password out, you'll be back to square one.
