Recently I have found that someone stole my username and password on my skype account. He tried to make 3 payments, one for skype credit(100 euro), second and third payments he made throught skype manager(i hope).
The first payment I was able to cancel (wrote in support skype services). The secord and third payments were processed. Please help me to understand where someone did these payments and how can I re-fund these payments. Please pay attention to this request. I really don't understand how someone could make payments without entering security code of my credit card ???

My ex-boyfriend stole my email address and credit card information to make purchases with Apple and now my Apple ID has a balance. Is there any way I can retract the purchases so I don't have to pay for his theft? I had no idea he had done this until I tried to sign in to the ITunes store and found all his information and a whole bunch of song purchases. I had to go to my email and reset everything. I only have a 2.10 balance due to him, but I just want to find out if there is a way to erase it because of this circumstance.
You need to immediately pull credit reports to see what else he has done. Then "freeze" the credit report at all three agencies. That way even you need to lift the freeze to add credit cards or other credit items to your SSN.

Perhaps you have had your account hacked by someone. Someone you know or a stranger. The first thing is to change the password in your Apple ID so that they cannot continue to buy things with your account. Second, if the None option is available in your iTunes account payment methods, select that and remove the bank card info.

I think my granddaughter bought a $3.99 app after I put the password in for a free app. I just got an email from my credit card confirming the purchase. How can I find out what she purchased? Can I get credit for it?
The password is good for 15 minutes to make purchases. You should receive a receipt in 24 to 48 hours for the purchases. There is a link to Report an issue. You could use that to start a conversation with iTunes Support about a refund.
Apple considers all sales final. But has been known to offer a one time refund. So the question is, do you want to use your one time refund on this purchase or one more expensive in the future? -
I can no longer download PDF statements from my credit card site.
I was trying to download a PDF statement from Chase credit card site, like I have done many times in the past, and it will not do a download. It opens the new window with nothing, and the downloads page has nothing on it.
Can I go back to the previous version of Firefox until you have the bugs worked out of this version (4).I had the same problem.
Before I solved it, sometimes it would work if I moved the tab from the new window to the window where the Chase main page was. Then after a reload it the PDF would show up.
Some other websites where PDFs are generated also showed a blank page.
''The solution'': I had the '''PDF download''' Add-on (latest version, 3.0.0.2) and disabled it. It is not enough to disable the add-on in its add-on bar button, and writing the website in the add-on's "do not use" list also doesn't work. The only thing that works is disabling it in the Add-ons Manager or even uninstalling it. -
I would like to purchase music and when I go to purchase it asks to take the purchase from my credit card and I have a gift card that I would like it to take the money from first.
Part of the validation for credit cards is that they need to be registered to exactly the same name and address that you have on your iTunes account, which prepaid cards tend not to be. Do you have a proper credit card that you could use ? Or are iTunes gift cards available in your country so that you could try using them as your payment method ?
Until you have a valid payment method on your account and what you owe iTunes has been paid off then you won't be able to download any item from the store, including free apps (and updates to apps). -

After Adobe's servers were breached I received a phonecall from my bank, stating that someone had used my credit card at a hotel in Mexico (I live in Ohio). If you have just entered or changed your credit card details then a 'holding charge' will be made, to check that the card is valid and active - it should disappear off your card within a few days. There is a bit more info here.
