I am having a serious problem with someone who is hacking all of my Facebook account and the person has threated an is stating that they have hacked my iPod touch 8g as well as have images from my FaceTime. I would like to know if this is even possible and if so how can this person be stopped ?

I did as you recommended and installed HTTPWatch and below is the outcome of that program. It is the exact string with the only exception of obfuscated servernames and portnumbers. The last part that begins with "sap_ep_baseurl=" makes me suspicious, is that part really correct? It looks like it's lacking things.

HalAs old as your iMac is, have you cleaned out the dust? Dust buildup can lead to over heating issues. Remove any and all things plugged into it including the power cord, Remove the RAM access grille. Vacuum all openings starting with the RAM access area (air intake). Vacuum all ports and plugs, DVD slot and the opening across the top of the rear of the body. Blow compressed air through all your openings and vacuum again to remove any dust you loosend. Reinstall the RAM grille. Plug in the keyboard and mouse if not blue tooth. Insert power cord...

You could use your original install disc and boot from the disc, run Disc Utility and do a repair disk. -

When you connect your iPhone to your PC, a pop-up box should open saying something like "What would you like to do?" and click import videos and photos. If it doesn't open automatically, go to Start>Computer>Then highlight your iPhone by clicking it once>Then on the tool bar about, near the navigation buttons and search box, click Autoplay (or something like that).

I'm afraid my iPhone 4S has a virus or has been hacked. Just in the last day or so my battery life gets used up a lot faster and I have all of a sudden started receiving a lot of spam email. How can I find out if my phone has been compromised?
Unless you left the iPhone in the possession of another person it could not be hacked...and unless it has been jailbroken it cannot get a virus.
An email account can be hacked at the service provider's end...this has happened a number of times with gmail.
Do a reboot, hold both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears and it restarts, ignoring the red slider if that appears.
If that does not help the battery situation, make a backup of your content and then restore to factory condition, Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings, and then restore from the backup you just made.
Contact your email service provider and let them know you are getting material that could mean they have been hacked. -
The photographs on the Yahoo Mail can't be seen. If I use Chrome, they work perfect. When I enter my mail account, still happens the same, I can only see text with hyperlinks and thats it.

The error shows a problem with the hard drive, and as it says SATA, it may be related to the SATA connector of the hard drive or the logic board. I recommend you to take it to an Apple Store or reseller to get it diagnosed, so you will know what the problem is and they will provide you a solution. If the problem is in the logic board, this may be an expensive repair

I'm unable to update iPhoto and iMovie since I downloaded Maverick. How can I solve this?

This laptop only has one user, and the software was included in the original purchase (so, no refund possible).
I tried many times.Please test after each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Stop when the problem is resolved. Back up all data before making any changes. Keep in mind that no one here represents Apple or can help with customer-service issues.
Step 1
A purchased app can only be updated by signing in to the App Store with the same Apple ID that was originally used to buy it. There's no way around that limitation, which also applies to free apps. If you can't sign in with the buyer's ID, delete the app and reinstall it. You'll have to pay for it again, if applicable.
Step 2
If you get the alert when trying to update a bundled iLife app, select the Purchases page in the App Store and locate the app in your purchase history. If there's a button marked ACCEPT on the right, click it.
If you have a used Mac, the bundled apps were linked to the original owner's Apple ID and can't be transferred to you. Reportedly, customer service has issued redemption codes to some second owners who asked, but it's not guaranteed.
Step 3

You can follow these steps to save battery.
1. Turn on Auto-Brightness - The iPhone has an ambient light sensor that adjusts the brightness of the screen based on the light around it (darker in dark places, brighter when there's more ambient light) to both save battery and make it easier to see. Turn Auto-Brightness on and you’ll save battery because your screen will need to use less power in dark places.
Find it in the Settings app -> Brightness & Wallpaper -> Auto-Brightness On
2. Reduce Screen Brightness -the brighter the default setting for the screen, the more battery it requires. Keep the screen dimmer to conserve more of your battery.

3. Stop Motion (iOS 7) -It's really cool, but it also drains battery. You may want to leave it on to enjoy the effect, but if not, turn it off this way:
Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> Reduce Motion -> move slider to green/on
4. Turn Bluetooth Off- Turn off Bluetooth except when you’re using it to squeeze more juice from your battery.

5. Turn Off Location Services -
This allows your phone to know where you are and give you exact driving directions, give that information to apps that help you find restaurants, and more. But, like any service that sends data over a network, it needs battery power to work. If you’re not using Location Services, and don’t plan to right away, turn them off and save some power.

6. Don't Automatically Update Apps (iOS 7)-
If you've got iOS 7, you can forget needing to update your apps by hand. There's now a feature that automatically updates them for you when new versions are released. Convenient, but also a drain on your battery. To only update apps when you want to, and thus manage your battery better:
Settings -> iTunes & App Store -> Updates -> move slider to off/white
7. Auto-Lock Sooner -
You can set your iPhone to automatically go to sleep – a feature known as Auto-Lock - after a certain amount of time. The sooner it sleeps, the less power is used to run the screen or other services. Try setting Auto-Lock to 1 or 2 minutes.
Find it in Settings -> General -> Auto-Lock -> Tap your Preference
Few more things that would consume battery even when not is use are the applications that run in background.
Follow the below steps to quit all running applications.
1) Double tap on the home button on the iPhone ( this will display all apps that are running in the back ground).
2) Just click on the tiny red X to quit application ( if iPhone is running on iOS 6 and below) else just swipe yhour finger over the running app upwards to quit ( if running on iOS7). -

Anyway, sounds like a keyboard/keyboard layout mismatch.
Go to System Preferences > Language & Text > Input Sources. From "Select input methods to use" enable (check) the following

Also enable "Show Input menu in menu bar".
The Input menu should appear to the right of your menu bar, with the icon of a national flag. From this menu, choose "Show Keyboard Viewer". Then compare the layout displayed by Keyboard Viewer with the label on your MBP's keyboard. If it doesn't match, choose a different layout from the Input menu.
My suspicion is that you're using a US keyboard with a Spanish keyboard layout, hence the difference you noted.
