So today a person called "paulene.hegwer" added me on skype, and I had a very odd talk with her.

I then blocked her. I don't know this person. What should I do? Help me please!

does it play and ring if you connect a headset ?

Make a rule that's something like this...

Perform the following actions: Delete Message
Do that and you'll never see emails from said person.

If a person is using your email address, you should change your email password and make sure there aren't any forwards to some strange email address.
An example if you were using gmail, under account settings, a forward can be set up to send messages to another email address.
If your email address is say, you own domain, such as somename@somename dot com, make sure the forwards are forwards you set up.
If your email account was hacked and the bad guy has access, you need to cut him off, first by changing the password and second cut off any message forwarding to the bad guy if he set it up. Just changing the password would keep a bad guy out, but if the bad guy set up a forward, he will still get your email.
A confirmation from Apple would have come to your email address in order to confirm that Apple ID. If you are getting the other person's purchase notifications, you would have gotten a confirmation of that account from Apple.

Someone I don't know is still using my iTunes account....

My main question is, how do i get this person to log out of my account (forcefully) on their computer or device? I don't want to delete my account , i just want to know how do i get this hacker to log out of my iTunes account? *they are logged in with my old id* They can still use my account even though i changed my id. What do i do?

Go to the Store menu in iTunes, choose View My Account, and enter in your iTunes Store ID and password as appropriate; ake sure you're using the ID under which you redeemed the gift cards. My iPhone keeps calling someone I don't know

Hi all,
I have gotten three very irate calls from someone who's called ID is from Ohio. He said my phone has called him over 40 times today. I have no idea who this person is, and my call list shows no outgoing calls from anyone outside my contact list.
What's going on here? Is it possible someone has "hijacked" my number and is spam calling people from somewhere else in the country? It apparently is my number that keeps calling him (he called me back, so he obviously has my number) but my call list shows nothing.
What gives?

I have received 3 phone calls today from people asking me to stop calling them. I never dialed their number on my iphone, and there are no outgoing numbers to these numbers in my phone history. The strangers are calling from Pennsylvannia, Colorado, and a No ID number. Any thoughts?

In the first tab (upper left), it's flashing - that I have a message from someone I don't know. I can't open the message, there is no message from this person in my messages, and I cannot open nor delete this "flashing" notice. It just keeps flashing.

I'm baffled.... The picture of "me" that shows up in the corner of my emails is someone I have never met before. When I got to preferences > accounts, only my accounts are listed. Yet somehow my email is bringing up the name and picture of some random facebook user. I do have facebook notifications forwarded to my account, however, the ones that are forwarded are all MY messages - not this other user. And, when I reply to posts from me account, they appear as me and not this other user. Should I be concerned? What's the fix for this?

I should clarify, when I say brings up the "name and picture", I mean the small icon has someone else's picture and when I open it, it is labeled as "me" and with this other person's name.

Is there a way to block people whom I don't know from calling me on my FaceTime, without disabling FaceTime completely ?
I am also curious to find out how someone I don't know is able to find my FaceTime ID ?

Isn't your FaceTime ID the same as your E-Mail address? There are people who use web search programs to "harvest" E-Mail addresses. Someone who has your address in their address book may have an infected computer that forwarded all their addresses to a Spam site.
I do not know of any way to prevent anyone from calling you on FaceTime. It sounds to me like a problem that should be reported to Apple at <iPad Feedback>.
I know that Skype has a way to prevent unwanted calls. It also seems easier to use, and you can use it for video chats with people using other kinds of computers.

Apple cannot help you locate the original owner. If you have no way to contact him/her, and you purchased directly from the seller rather than through a site that offers buyer protection, then the iPad is useless to you and you have wasted your money. The iPad is quite probably stolen and you should turn it in to the police.
This is why it's very risky and usually unwise to purchase out of a car boot from someone you don't know.

YOu can't use the whole song for a ringtone, you would have to create one 30 second or less.
YOu can download an app to create the ringtone.

Someone is calling me that I don't know

Somebody is calling me and i don't know them. It is an automated voice thing, but, I have blocked it every time it has called me and it still won't stop. Finally, I reported abuse from it and I don't know if it is still going to call me or not. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN HELP ME I WOULD APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH!!! Thanks so much.

For what it's worth, I suspect you'd have to restore the phone as new to resolve the issue. If it were mine, I'd probably elect to live with the weirdness rather than go through the fuss of a restore.
