Good luck. I have been trying to report to Apple Support about a Bogus Email I received today, which said I had made a purchase. Naturally, I was to cancel this bogus purchase by giving out personal details etc to them.
The real question is: how did they get my email as someone who had purchased from Itunes?. I cannot believe that ti si coincidence.
HAVE the Australian Apple IDs [where users have supplied their email addresses] been compromised?
My report about Spam was the same as reported in 2010, when the reply was: Apple knows all about this. What has been done about that spam from this address:

There is no way for anyone on this forum to assist you. Apple will also not assist you. If you purchased the device thru ebay, file a claim. If you purchased it some other way, I'm sorry. there is nothing anyone can do to help you.

This explains how to change your ID: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5621. After changing your ID you will need to go to Settings>iCloud, delete the existing account (which only deletes it from your device, not from iCloud), then sign back in with the new ID. To avoid losing photo stream photos, save them to your camera roll before deleting the existing account.
If you are signed into your account on your Mac, you will need to go to System Preferences>iCloud, sign out, then sign back in with the new ID.

When I go on the web and want to send someone the web page or attached the website, or send from my printer/scan application, my email was set up to attach through Mail. I cannot figure out how to delete my current email that is attached and to set up my new email. I had a name for my user name not an email address and now I cannot get access to my itunes account

I had a simple user name through the itunes store. It was just a name not an email address, now when I sign in it sends me to an old itunes account which does not recognize purchases that I have made over the last 5 years.
Any clue as to how I can access my old account again? I tried asking the system to send me a password with my username (which is not an email address) and have yet to see an email that was on flie with that address.

No, it's not currently possible to transfer a redeemed card to a different account, and you also won't be able to use it to gift content to the newer account (you can only gift via a credit card) - so the amount will remain linked to that old account

Resolution
1. Use your current Apple ID password
Trying using your current Apple ID password. If that doesn't work, continue to the next step.
2. Sign out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime
If you are currently signed in to iMessage or FaceTime
If you are not signed in to iMessage or FaceTime
3. Change your Apple ID temporarily
If signing out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime didn't work, try these steps:
Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
Tap Settings > iCloud and try to sign out.
Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.

Authorisation of an old account on a new mac, Password not working, no longer have access to that email address, and security question not working. But I do have my mac authorised! ...is there anyway to copy or get authorisation info off it???

I have got a new Mac, I am trying to share my itues on it as well as my old mac, I have had two itunes accounts in my life, one is current now (this account) one I have not had access to the email for years. Since I have bought music off both accounts, I wish to play it all on both my macs. My Old mac has both accounts Authorised fine and all is good.
My new Mac, I have thios account running fine, but keep getting prompted for the password for my old account, I have no idea what my old password is, I have not had access to that email address for 5 years, and for some strange reason the security question isn't working eaither.
Since I do still have one Mac where it is Authorised, Is there any file I can copy accross or anyway to get the password out of the OSX 10.6.8 for my old account.
Secondly, is there anyway to roll both accounts into just my current one.

Recently I update my OS to the v5.0. I like it very much, but since that. I have a problem when I redacting a new email. When I want to add the destinatary the BB doesn't search for any address on the device... I have to copy-paste the address, then press enter, and after I do that, the BB change the email address for the contact name...

I have a little problem answering email on the iPhone, if the senders email address got a display name including a special character, like German umlauts like ÄÜÖ or Danish ones like ø etc.
In this case I've got to type in the email address manually otherwise it won't work.
Example: If i got an email from [email protected] and the display name is "Fritz Mueller" all is working fine, but if the display name is "Fritz Müller" I've got to type the email address manually for my reply.
