SOMEONE MUST KNOW about missing MPG2 Playback component!!!

OK! Just a few months ago, i was able to Mpegstreamclip to preview VOB and MPEG2 files... Now, the program says as some have experienced.... Mpeg2 playback component missing....
Mpeg2 playback component supposedly came w/ FCP studio... Now it's missing...
Is this intentional by apple to make us re-buy the component on their site or is this something else?
Any information is greatly appreciated!!

This solution is for those that have purchased Final Cut Studio HD, and then found the MPEG2 playback component mysteriously missing.
Well, from digging and digging around I found my answer. Check for the existence of /System/Library/QuickTime/QuickTimeMPEG2.component by using command + F (find function). If you find this file, and it's not properly placed in the /System/Library/QuickTime/ folder....then there is the problem. Simply copy and paste that file into the directory mentioned above..

basically... i cant get any sort of video bigger than a few minutes long onto my ipod
ive used videora ipod converter to convert various different files. some films and some shows
but it either doesnt copy over (error -69)
or it copies over but when i play it on the ippod its jst a black screen with no sound, then gos back to the main menu...
ive struggled for days and days now... PLEASE can someone help...

A friend's lent me his broken Micro to try and fix - apart from what I've already done, obviously - any ideas apart from returning it's
When turned on not connected to the charger, it starts up to the 'Zen Micro' text and then freezes. Same happens when battery is removed and replaced.
When charger is connected and it's turned on, it goes to 'Rebuilding Library' and the HD whirs for ten minutes or so, then it seems to freeze. There's no progress bar displayed on the 'Rebuilding' screen.

All you can do is try the options in Rescue Mode. I suspect Reload Firmware is your last option to try, and obviously don't format it if he has valuable data on there.

Hi. Have transfered music to vista. Got my settings on 'repeat all' for continous play, but it won't do it. Just stops after one song. Have also tried setting to shuffle but to no avail. Anyone have any ideas?

All songs need to have the checkmark in front of them.

Imovie question someone must know the answer

I have imovie 8 I take video with my lumix camera . I Download to iphoto
I open imovie and it asks if i want to create thumbnails and I say now
in my event library i see iphoto
I click on iphoto
the videos import ok but in the event library they are not listed individually just 1 thing iphoto
any ideas why ???

just did a test
I created a video with the isight camera on my mac. When it was done it did create dated folders in the event list left side .
Guess its only video imported from iphoto that all go under the heading iphoto and do not separate by date or title
mabe something in the imovie software got changed

I've udated itunes 10.3.1 and since then i've had no sound at all and itunes won't even play the songs tried deleteing quick time and re-installing but to no use.

2 things to check.
Make sure all songs have checkmark in front of the name.
Make sure the songs are not set to Skip when shuffling. Select the songs, right click - get info. On the Options tab, uncheck *Skip when shuffling*.

I Had DockDoctor Installed on My iMac Computer but it Changes in the Beginning when I 1st Installed it but after a few day's of me not changing it & all of a Sudden I Want to change The Dock Color it never wants to change this happened 2 times already cause I Reinstalled it So I Decided to Uninstall it & I Just want to say is there any other Application out there that I Can change the Color of My Dock? cause I Would like to do that cause this thing is always Breaking on me. if there is no other Application? then it's ok thanks for the help. I Think DockDoctor needs an Update anyway cause the Application never wants to Work meaning it will break after a few day's of using it & all of a sudden I Want to change something & it don't want to change nothing at all, I always have to Reinstall it, i'm Tired of doing it so it's Uninstalled & My Dock is back to it's Regular Way.

If the application doesn't function properly despite several installs and uninstalls, I'd give up on it - just because they say it'll work doesn't necessarily mean it will. I've never heard of another application that will do the same thing and personally, I don't change anything that has to do with the system - I let that be. It's not necessarily the best idea to mess with the default settings of the system.

Few things must know about nokia e7 :-

I test this on my phone i install many many of frimware by download then from navifrim but after i install frimware my phone restart by it self and hang sometimes when i open OVI store i try to many frimware coz i need write arabic ..... Then i install original frimware from nokia pc suite it's work great no hang no nothing .... Then i install swype 2.01 from nokia beta labs ........ It's only write from internal keyboard and that's more i need ...... All that test by me
my advice is if u want to ur phone works fine u need to install original frimware by ur product code not another product code ......... I live with these problem weeks ago untill i slove it by my self again now my phone is working fine and more than great .....my phone is nokia E7 belle product code is 059D0P1 ...... Thx for reading

As a BI Developer, to what extent do you need to know about SAP tables?
e.g. if you work mainly in the functional areas LO and FI
ii.
For example, I know that in Finance, GL relates to the tables BSEG and BKPF.
And if it is important to know about them, then which other tables need to be known and for what reasons?

I thought as a BI Developer, knowing that a particular datasource, e.g. 0FI_GL_4 contains line items is enough and you replicate it to BW and work with it. Why is there the need to know the tables from which this datasource gets is data?

Not required, but today business demands so you required this Knowelgde.

We can't say yes or No, so based on your requirement you need to sit with Functional COnsultanst and the understand the Business Requirements and develop the OBjetcs.

If you want to know the data flow and reconsilization then you need to know it else not required

Yes, one main difference is There is no setup table concept for FI DataSource*
Note: If you want to become a good BW consulatnt you must know about Tables for normal BW consultant it is not required.
