This is the second time this has happened in a week . I had an e mail sating someone called +++++ had accessed my i cloud  message account . Help do I have to change my password again . I have this persons name

Tell them that accessing someone else's personal account without permission is illegal and if they do it again, you'll have no choice but to take legal action.
Make sure you have proof that it is this person.

  • Some one has accessed my icloud account and deleted my contacts, now i am getting an email of them from me!! asking for my new password. who can i complain to and get this sorted

Some one is trying to change my password. Last week i had my icloud accessed and my contacts were deleted. And now i have had an email apparently from myself asking for my apple id password because i change the password when my contacts were wiped. i had my last phone stolen i reported it and blocked the phone if they have managed to access it then how are they getting my details. i am not very happy with this as the icloud didn't back up my photos last time there are pics and videos on that phone of my child. if i cloud did back them up they why haven't they appeared on i cloud. My new phone has also backed up to photo stream and they aren't showing up on icloud either. I am not happy with the security of your system if it is this easy for some one to access all my details on a stolen phone!!!!

You need a new Apple ID to create a new iCloud. After you create an Apple ID, go to System Preferences > iCloud and set up iCloud with it

  • I need help please!  Can pictures get on your icloud other ways?  Can something be put on there by someone other than yourself, liked public wifi or hacked?  Got a big problem h some **** on an iPod and I am to knowledgeble about the ipod...thanks

You're not confusing this with a shared Photo Stream...?
Because the short answer is no, photos don't appear unless they were put there by someone with your Apple ID credentials. To rule out that possibility, change your Apple ID password by carefully following all these instructions:
iCloud: Change your iCloud account password
If you decide to change your password, and you also want to change your Apple ID, I recommend you do not concurrently change your Apple ID until sufficient time has passed and you are confident the password change has been effected on all your iOS devices. 24 hours ought to be more than enough.
It is not necessary to change your Apple ID unless it is an email address you no longer wish to use.

    thanks

I know what a screenshot is
So why mention it in connection with accessing your phone remotely then?
I've been using mac computers for over 30yrs.
So? You're asking about remotely accessing your phone, aren't you?
I know what I saw, it looked like a 'terminal view' of remote access activity
Well, you obviously don't know what you saw, otherwise you'd be able to find it again.. but considering iOS does not contain such a view of activity, and never has, it's hardly surprising you can't find it.
The only place where anything is logged in iOS is in Settings > General > About > Diagnostics & Usage  > Diagnostics & Usage Data - but those are not remote access logs.
By the way, your comments are very rude and condescending.
LOL. Hardly - I've given you facts of the situation. Nobody can access your phone remotely, and no list of remote activity exists in iOS. If you can't accept facts then you've come to the wrong place.
But believe what you want. Doesn't bother me. I've given up trying to help you.

Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
I see you have reset your Apple ID password and the account still indicates that it is disabled.  I would recommend reaching out to us via the article below.

  • When someone other than myself downloads an image from my web album, a dynamically generated file name replaces the original file name.  How I can prevent the original file name being replaced during the downloading process?

When someone other than myself downloads an image from my web album, a dynamically generated file name replaces the original file name.  How I can prevent the file name being changed during this downloading process?

    Hi Glenyse,
    Here are my steps.
    1.  I upload multiple image (jpg) files onto my photo album.
    2.  I select the "sharing" by email option for this album.
    3.  I enter the recipient's email address.
    4.  The recipient receives my message and clicks on the link.
    5.  The recipient accesses my photo album and clicks on one of the images.
    6.  The image opens up to its own screen.
    7.  The recipient selects the "download" and then save file option.
Here is the part I do not understand.  For some reason, during this "download" process, the original name which I have given to the file is replaced by different name.  So I was hoping that someone knows how to prevent the file name from being changed during the "download and save" process.
Much appreciated if you can help me find a solution to this problem.

  • Can iCal send email alarms to someone other than self?

I would like to have iCal send an email to someone other than myself via an alarm. Is that an option and if so, how is it done? Thanks in advance.

If you have a ISP based email it can only be sent through Mail via your home ISP connection (or the same ISP elsewhere).
If you use the ISP's web page email access then you can do it from any machine or on any ISP.
Most people use a free web based email like GMail or Yahoo, then they can access through any computer with a web browser anywhere.
I haven't used Mail in years.

.mac mail - I still use my .mac email address to access itunes, icloud, etc. Every once in a while, apple sends me confirmation, reservation, etc. emails to the .mac address. Can someone tell me how to access that email account?

    Hi pjerl,
Depending on when you originally set up your Apple ID, you may have @mac.com, @me.com, and @icloud.com email addresses associated with your account, but all mail sent to those addresses should still come in to the same iCloud account (you can test this to make sure by sending yourself emails at those addresses). You may find the following articles helpful:
iCloud: About your @icloud.com, @me.com, and @mac.com email addresses

  • I am not able to access my icloud account as the apple id it defaults to no longer exists and when i try to use it by resetting the password it says email verification sent but I never receive anything.  It is hung up on verifying and I can not do a thing

The apple id I used to set up my ipad no longer exists and it is the same id for icloud and itunes.  I have changed my apple id but can not access my icloud account to change the id.  I am hung up on "verifying" and have tried everything.  It does not send any emails verification even though it says it has sent it.  I have trie the security questions and it says wrong birthdate but it is not the wrong birthdate.  I can not delete the account without a password and when I enter the password that was originally with that id it says wrong password.  As a result I am not able to update twitter, facebook, etc and basically unable to do anything until I can delete and reestablish this icloud account.

If the old ID is yours, and if your current ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll.  When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

  • HT204053 I have come across following error when accessing my icloud account " icloud encountered an error while trying to connect to the server" please help...

    Please help with below error...
I have been trying to access my icloud account in laptop with windows 7 operating, but I couldn't able to log in to icloud which show following error " icloud encountered an error while trying to connect to the server".
I have icloud icloud control panel.
But I can access my same icloud account in another laptop with windows xp operating.

My recommendation is to download Apple’s Safari version 5.1.7 for Windows to access iCloud.com. It consistently works for me!!!! To make things easier with Safari, I made iCloud.com its Homepage. I’m using it to access iCloud.com from all of my PCs.
On my Windows 7 systems it appears that some add-ons are causing problems when you try to access iCloud.com with the 32-bit version of IE9, but the 64-bit version seems to work fine, more than likely because there are few add-ons that are 64-bit and the 64-bit version of IE9 can't be the default browser in Windows 7.

  • I can not access my icloud account.

Ive been trying and trying to access my icloud account but it wont let me go any further than logging in. It logs me in but tells me that my account hasnt been verified and asks if i want another email for verification, so I agree and I never receive that email!! icloud wont let me access anything until the email verification goes through so I dont know what to do any more.

Do a reboot by holding both the power and ome buttons until the apple logo appears, ignore the red slider if that appears.

  • I can't access my iCloud account. The username is an email address that's now inactive. I can't reset my password.

I need help accessing my iCloud account. The username on file for that account is an old e-mail address of mine that is no longer active. Therefore, I can't even reset my password (because the "password reset" email would go to that old address). Can someone please help me? Thank you!

    Hey there timosurf1,
It sounds like you have done the Password reset process but are not getting the email. If you have already checked your SPAM folder in your email account, you may want to contact our iTunes Account Security team directly if you can verify your information:
