Someone PLEASE help! Java SE 6 runtime -- I downloaded Java and Illustrator still will not launch!!!!

I purchased this CS6 product and have been unable to use it. What's the problem with the error? I know I'm not the only one who has experienced this. I just got off the phone with Apple and they helped me install Java but Illustrator still will not launch. I'm a designer and have work to do. Someone, please help! Thank you.

If you are on MAC 10.7 or 10.8. Try the following steps:
Step 1. Download Apple Java 2013-002 for OS X 10.7 and 10.8 from location: http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/39490/apple-java
Step 2. Install this JAVA version using the DMG file.
>>> Once the installation gets completed a “Software Update” dialog gets displayed which says that “To open ‘Adobe Illustrator CS6’ you need a JAVA SE 6 runtime…..”
Step 3. Click on the “Install” button on the “Software Update” dialog
Step 4. Launch AI

Sorry for your troubles. If you did not have iCloud set up and Find My iPhone turned on, then you cannot track the phone.
Report it to the police
Change your AppleID password
Contact your carrier to see if they can block it

Try removing the Genius database. In the "Finder" go to the /username/Music/iTunes/ folder and delete the "iTunes Library Genius.itdb" file. This may allow the program to launch again. This file will be recreated upon first use of the "Genius" feature.

Try launching the editor and entering your serial number there if asked.

I have an Iphone 5 and Love it. Except for one thing; I recently changed from ymail email account to a gmail account. I updated it on the
Apple/ Itunes site and it does accept the change. I can still access the APP store and Itunes.
However, sometimes I get a pop up box from Apple showing the old email address and asking me to sign in..... I hit cancel and move on.   But, now Icloud keeps popping up promting me to sign in and it shows the old email which I don't have anymore.... I tried signing in with the old info to clear it off screen of my phone but, it doesn't allow and I hit cancel and it goes away. only to appear later again.... This is so frustrating and annoying.    Is there any way to get the Icloud to update the email address with my Apple ID log in info--without having to delete stuff or lose things on my phone?

IPhoto and Disk Utility Will Not Launch - Please Help!!

The last week I have not been able to launch iPhoto. When I tried to troubleshoot last night by going through solutions on the forums, I realized that I couldn't launch Disk Utility either. I have since run the Disk Utility from the Mac OS Panther Install Disk, gone through several troubleshooting procedures (font cleanups, cache cleanups, hard-disk space cleanups, etc.) but with no success.
The last troubleshooting doc I went through recommended checking Console for a log of problems, and sure enough, the only comments in the Console Log were related to iPhoto and Disk Utility. Can someone please advise regarding the below comments and how to fix??

Hi - I appreciate the assistance, but archiving and reinstalling does not help me determine why this happened, how to prevent it from happening again, and is a fairly elaborate process for something that might have a quick fix (what I was hoping for). I was trying to leave that as a last resort.

If not this:
iOS: Wi-Fi or Bluetooth settings grayed out or dim
One user reported that placing the iPod in the freezer fixed the problem.

A trick that works frequently with iPhones:
Settings > AirPlane Mode ON, Do Not Disturb ON
Power down and wait 5-10 minutes
Power up
Settings > AirPlane Mode OFF, Do Not Disturb OFF
If not successful, an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is usually in order.

Then:
Does the iOS device connect to other networks? See other networks? If yes that tends to indicate a problem with your network.
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

My itunes is making me crazy. I have updated to IOS 6 on my phone from my friends computer. Then I had to also restore it. All of those applications are PowerPC applications, which will no longer work in Lion. You really should have done your research before you upgraded. The only 2 solutions are: Go back to Snow Leopard OR upgrade your apps. I would recommend upgrading your apps. AppleWorks was discontinued a long time ago. I would suggest Pages or Microsoft Word.

straightened image.
My recommendations:
a) put a crossreference list on each page
   or
b) straighten the scans and improve the contrast, both by Photoshop.
   Then apply a program which converts images of text into machine coded text
   by OCR - Optical Character Recognition , for instance Abbyy Finereader

   (I'm not related to the manufacturer of this software, I'm just a user).
   In coded text it's easy to replace isolated character groups as required.

I just got this as a replacement phone for the previous iPhone 5S which I SHOULD have kept that one since I wasn't having problems much. First of all, Twitter push notifications weren't working then I fixed it by going to reset settings..NOW when I'm in 3G or 4G LTE mode, at times I'm NOT getting push notificatoins whenever someone sends me messages!! it used to send me messages and push notifications for my previous iPhones!! How can I fix this problem?? Does it sound like a software bug problem? if I update to the latest iOS version, should it work?? This happened when I first used this phone. Do you think it SHOULDNT be the device?? I am very NERVOUS because I don't want to get stuck to this 2 yr contract my mom yelled at me saying i cant do anymore replacements because it will cost extra which it did!! (shipping fee and also 30 dollars) . Also I already went to settings and EVERYTHING is set to ON and when I have received push notification, sometimes sound doesn't appear so it sounds like a glitch..is this the device that's causing this or the software?? when I'm not on Wifi mode, on KIK Messenger and Facebook push notications did NOT appear even someone sent me message.
