Someone please help me with this sync problem

Ok here we go. I have had my laptop for a little over two years. Ever since i got my iphone 4 last summer it has been such a pain. I have backed up my phone and synced it multiple times on my computer. Every so often though i plug my iphone into the computer and it recognizes it in itunes but asks me to either set as new iphone or restore from back up. I have tried to restore from back up and it says that the back up has failed even though there is obviously a back up on the computer. I have set as new and it works fine for a day or two and then i got to resync and same problem. I have completly unistalled itunes and all its files and redownloaded it and it worked for a week or so and then same problem. I have also had my computer reset to factory settings (for an unrelated issue) and it worked the first time but then stopped working. I have tried everything i can imagine and am at the end of my rope with this phone. im so ready to call it quits and get something different cause this is so frustrating.

How do you do what? Plug the iPhone into a USB port directly on your computer, or disconnect other USB devices? To disconnect a USB device unplug it from the computer. If it is a disk drive eject it first using the Eject icon in the System Tray. To plug the iPhone into a USB port directly on the computer insert the USB end of the sync cable into a USB port on the computer.
If you are using all of the ports on your computer get a hub and plug low power devices into the hub (e.g., keyboard, mouse). Or get a hub with its own power supply and plug your high power devices (disk drives, DVD drive) into it.

I'm getting the run-around. Can someone please help me with a rebate problem?

I purchased a Samsung W/D from Best Buy with the free vacuum offer. It was delivered and I submitted my rebate request. The submission page said to wait 6 to 8 weeks for processing. I waited 8 weeks and then became concerned. When I called the rebate center they said they had no record of my submission. Obviously, the online process failed. I understand technology doesn't always work, but the operator and manager told me I would now not be able to get my rebate and only offered a mailing address to complain. I am EXTREMELY frustrated. Why would I have checked in before that time? Now I'm told I'm too late to fix it??? All I want is the vacuum cleaner I was promised when I purchased the W/D. Can someone please help me?

The strange thing is the procedure gets the ic:ICSText with the namespace value, which is http://www.courts.state.mn.us/CourtXML/2.0.0, so the finaly result is

I get the correct values when testing with the anonimous code!

OK, I did another test. I ran the same PL/SQL anonymous block that gets the correct element value in 10.2.0.3.0 and it gets the same wrong value: the element name plus the namespace value and the data itself. It gets the correct element value in 10.2.0.1.0 (my local database).
Could anyone help me with this?

I am not an expert on web design and I am also not a complete newbie. I have built web designs before - and used frames and done it all on dreamweaver - however my target frames aren't working on this website and I'm not sure why???
I have two frames on my index page - one left and one right - the left is the menu and the right is the content of which ever button is selected from the menu in the left frame. However the targets don't work - when clicking on the buttons (links) it makes a new window pop up.
I have named the frames and saved the frame set as index.html.
The coding says for the shop button:

I have several problems with itunes on my PC. I use 2 PC's and Iphone for work and I have an IPod nano. For about a week I have been having several problems with Itunes. The first problem is I cannot access the store, I get the loading screen and that is it. This screen lasts forever, nothing ever happens it just loads, and loads, and loads. . . .
I try to sign in thinking that will help the loading issue and I get error message saying "We could not complete your itunes store request. An unknown error occurred (-50)." This happens on both computers. I also cannot download from my iphone, I get the same error message. Running diagnostics does nothing, itunes says everything is in working order. Uninstalling and reinstalling also does nothing. I have had itunes for years now and up until about 10 days ago had no problems. My itunes is not behind a firewall on either computer. I'm saying all of this because I would prefer not to get obvious answers or links that do not help me. Please someone has to know how to fix this.

I have had this Intensity III for 3 days now. I stay completely confused EVERY time I open the menu. Somehow I was in "Phone Settings" & accidentally chose "NAM Select". I don't have any idea what "NAM" even means!! When I tried to exit that place "Auto NAM Select". The only option was "OK", which made to phone automatically turn off showing "Reset". I am not sure what the original settings were, so I don't know if I even changed anything. Each "NAM" option have different choices. I am SO confused!!! Any help would be SUPER appreciated!! google or this forum) out there but most will (if not all)
will merely allow you to obtain the
"guts" of an swf - you will not really end up with the
original FLA again. MUCH easier to try and
locate the FLA or rebuild the site. Surely there's a back-up

I've tried everywhere, even technical support but this has been a nightmare. Technical support have been driving me in circles and not getting anywhere.
I purchased an ebook from amazon.com back in 2004. This was fine but in 2008 I brought a new PC as my old one died out. Now I had backed everything up on CD, loaded it back on new PC.
Back then, i don't think this Adobe Digital editions existed, anyhow I can't open the ebook now. Firstly, let me say this, I have already contacted Amazon, they are of no help as they no longer do ebooks and no longer provide support on ebooks. I was told to speak to publisher, publisher said its none of their business as I never purchased it off them and told me to go back to amazon. Technical support are running me in circles telling me to install, reinstall Adobe none of which works.
My question is I have purchased an ebook, why should I not be able to use it?
One point however, I did use a different email address when i purchased the ebook however when contacted customer services that adobe ID no longer exists on their database and the email address I use for adobe digital editions is a different one as I cant use the old one as there is no password for it now.
This is the error message I get when trying to open the book:

If you are using Unix/Linux then to execute an executable file(like output of your C file) you need to run it as ./<output file name>. In your case the to run the specific file name(make-midp-base) you mentioned, you need to type in the terminal ./make-midp-base.

Someone please help me with this Mac mail nightmare!!!

somewhere between 10.2 and 10.3 my mail settings became all wild and out of control. What I'm talking about is this. When I open my Mac in the morning, or anytime I go online I must first clear out all mail in my .Mac mail account first before proceeding to Mac mail. If I don't delete all mail in .Mac's mail account first, and then open Mac mail, it will freeze up on me immeadiately. Even if I'm using mail and more mail comes into .Mac mail account from the Internet....it will freeze up too. This has become very tiresome!
So, everytime I want to send an email from Mac mail, I must first go .Mac mail account and delete all mail .
Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, do you have a solution?

Verify/repair your disk first (not just permissions), as described here:

Now, try the following in order to identify (not solve) the problem:
1. Either tell Mail to go offline immediately after opening it, or shut down your Internet connection and open Mail afterwards.
2. Go to Preferences > Junk Mail and disable junk mail filtering.
3. Go online again.
Post back with your observations.

If bought Used from a Private person then you need to Register it with Apple on the Apple Website.
You should also check that it is a Late 2011 model as if it is an early 2011 model it may of originally came with Snow Leopard Pre-Installed and that means that is should not of been sold with Lion installed. As if it is a early 2011 model that did come with SL installed then Lion is regisrted to the original buyer of Lion and not to the serial # of that Mac.

Can someone please help me with a flash problem in Windows 7 IE9?

For the last week or so I have not been able to see videos on certain websites. Today it is CNN. Another one I can think if is cbc.ca. I have tried all the solutions already listed on this website on the page regarding windows 7 issues. http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-games-video-or.html ---- clearing browser and flash cache, changing settings etc. I couldn't find the place to clear the flash browser data,(step 5) it wasn't under control panel as instructed but I did do the following step (6) clearing the cache. I also did some stuff on other pages where I had to check if I could html videos. and other stuff. I have been trying for hours.
I have searched on the internet for solutions too but nothing seems to work.
The players control panel shows up on the bottom but the screen stays black. I updated again today and see there have been several updates over the last few days when checking my versions through the windows utility. I was not allowed to restore to any previous versions. I really don't want to have to do a system restore to an earlier date as this is a new computer and I have spent a lot of time installing programs.
I play a webgame that requires flash and it works fine.

I take it you tried using the "right click" menu? That doesn't seem to work, as you noted, but, you should be able to paste text by pressing your CTRL key and while holding it down, press the "V" letter key.
CTRL + C = COPY
CTRL + X = CUT
CTRL + V = PASTE

My MacBook Pro iTunes movie purchase is not showing in iTunes store movie purchases nor does it show on my iPad or Apple TV. Can someone please help me with a solution? Thanks.

First of all, I live in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Sometimes, I use a VPN to search on the web here. I purchased Toy Story 3 on my MacBook Pro 2011 OS/X - Lion through iTunes. I initially had trouble downloading it which may be due to being on and off the VPN but after a while it finally downloaded and shows up in my iTunes library on my MacBook.
Under my Apple ID account (which is the only Apple ID account I have), I look under purchase history and it shows that I paid for Toy Story which is where I got my Order # from. But if you go to the iTunes Store then to the Quick Links then click on Purchased, under all my Movies, it does NOT show Toy Story 3 as one of my movies.
Now when I go to my iPad (3rd gen.), Toy Story 3 does not show up under purchased movies (all or not on my iPad). It does not show up on my Apple TV as well. If I want to have Toy Story 3 on my iPad or Apple TV, then it says I have to purchase it again.
I have searched for help via Apple support communities but so far none of their solutions have worked for me. I have tried logging off iTunes & App Store on iPad and also shutting down the iPad. I also made sure that under iTunes Preferences>Store that iTunes in the Clouds purchases is checked. Can someone please help me with this? Your consideration is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I just purchased this movie on Thursday, May 15, so just a few days ago. I have never had any trouble whatsoever since I have been in Vietnam. I have downloaded several movies and even music and they have all synced to my respected Apple products except for this purchase.
Sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean by studios and different versions. Could you please explain?
I checked my purchased list in my purchase history under my account and there are no hidden items.
