Someone please tell me what I can do, outrageously bad customer service 4/30/15

Last night, I went into a Verizon Corporate Store, in Los Angeles.
The location was at La Brea and Santa Monica Blvd.
I went in to discuss my displeasure with the iPhone 6 Plus (64 GIG), and my options on getting another phone. I've had the 6 Plus for 3 months and realized that there wasn't much I could do besides paying full price for the phone I wanted to change too (Samsung S6 Edge).
The sales associate informed me that the trade-in value for my iPhone was only 370 dollars and suggested I sell it on craigslist for much more, then come back to the store and just purchase the phone wholesale for 699.
I did just that. I sold the phone on craigslist for 625 at the sales associates advice, I came back to the store this evening and explained what I wanted to do.
They refused to sell me the phone! I was baffled. I explained to them I was just in the store the day before and told them the associates name that suggested this, and they simply said "No, that isn't correct. We don't sell phones without contracts".
I pleaded with them because this was in no way my fault. The manager was incredibly rude, and seemed completely disinterested in my story since it was 30 minutes until the store closed. He actually told me this " Go to Best Buy then ".
I was at this location for 30 minutes trying to figure a way out but they refused to help me after telling me to do exactly what I did and put up such an attitude about it. When they told me to go to Best Buy, my jaw dropped.
I've been with Verizon for years, but I think they just lost a customer.

You can buy a phone at full retail price anytime you choose.  And don't beg them to take your money...take their advice and go elsewhere.  Don't ever spend money with someone who treats you as such...especially when you're not asking for any type of special privilege.

    This isn't the sort of video you can produce with imovie08, and it depends how much you are willing to learn and how much of a compromise you are willing to make. In some ways the video is quite crude (something to an extent which is acceptable with music videos) but in other ways is quite complex. The video you posted could likely be achieved with final cut and a number of extras and a few other applications to boot.
    Producing a video like that is well beyond me, not so much that I couldn't reproduce each effect one by one but because the time to do so for the whole sequence would be simply outside my timescale, not to mention some of the footage will have needed to be taken in a studio type setting for which I simply don't have the facilities.
    I do however like to waste hours of my time making 20 second intros in final cut to some of my home movies which I suppose many would consider corny and believe me this sort of project will take hours for a few seconds of finished material. I haven't got the resources to buy and learn some of the tools that would simplify things to a certain extent and spend days sometimes with workarounds such as modifying and even creating individual frames in photoshop and capturing screenshots from itunes visualiser and trawling the internet for images and stock video clips, removing backgrounds with instant alpha in preview and all sorts of things.
    Forgive me if I've got you wrong but I'm assuming that since you need to ask the question you are a novice in the world of video, I'm not anything more than a hobbyist myself but I've spent years learning what I've learned and I'm still no more than a hobbyist. I'm not trying to put you off, if your anything like me you'll enjoy learning but I think you probably underestimate the work involved in such projects.

    There is excessive swapping of data between physical memory and virtual memory.
    That can happen for two reasons:
    You have a long-running process with a memory leak (i.e., a bug), or
    You don't have enough memory installed for your usage pattern.
    Tracking down a memory leak can be difficult, and it may come down to a process of elimination.
    In the Activity Monitor application, select All Processes from the menu in the toolbar, if not already selected. Click the heading of the  Real Mem column in the process table twice to sort the table with the highest value at the top. If you don't see that column, select
    View ▹ Columns ▹ Real Memory
    from the menu bar.
    If one process (excluding "kernel_task") is using much more memory than all the others, that could be an indication of a leak. A better indication would be a process that continually grabs more and more real memory over time without ever releasing it. Here is an example of how it's done.
    The process named "Safari Web Content" renders web pages for Safari and other applications. It uses a lot of memory and may leak if certain Safari extensions or third-party web plugins are installed. Consider it a prime suspect.
    If you don't have an obvious memory leak, your options are to install more memory (if possible) or to run fewer programs simultaneously.
    The next suggestion is only for users familiar with the shell. For a more precise, but potentially misleading, test, run the following command: 
    sudo leaks -nocontext -nostacks process | grep total
    where process is the name of a process you suspect of leaking memory. Almost every process will leak some memory; the question is how much, and especially how much the leak increases with time. I can’t be more specific. See the leaks(1) man page and the Apple developer documentation for details.

    Small consolation : iWeb is a very advanced piece of software. So advanced that even highly skilled professionals have difficulty understanding and using it.
    Anyway, your pages are NOT the same size by design. Which can clearly be seen. But also by checking the source of the pages.
    The Home page is 665px wide and the Contact page is 820px wide. That doesn't happen by magic. It's user induced.
    So do what I do : pay attention to every tiny detail. Especially when it's your business. No excuse.

    "Radio" seems to be the default label if you're using an Exchange account. Just go into the contact, tap "Edit" in the upper right. Tap the word "radio" and select the label you'd prefer to use.

    If you have a gift card balance, iTunes will use that.
    If the total is more than that, the difference will be charged to your credit card.

    Restart the computer.
    Try plugging into a different USB port on the computer.
    Try a different sync cable.

    I had the same problem and I found this answer to a similar question to ours, so I copied and pasted it for you
    Reset the device by holding down the home button and the sleep/wake button at the same time for approximately 10 seconds.  After it resets the message will be gone and you can go to settings > icloud and put in your password.
    That seems to be a bug with the password alert where it won't respond correctly sometimes.

    Since it will not boot then a hardware test can't be run. You could try FireWire Target Disk Mode and if it works then access from another Mac to run tests on the new drive. You could also try installing the OS X software from the host computer. If this does not work then professional help should be considered.

    Hi, i've also been having a very similar problem with my ipod as well. I find that regardless of which windows-based pc i use (either my xp laptop @ home, or my win2000 desktop @ work) windows and itunes refuses to recognise my ipod. In windows explorer it will show it as a removable drive, but if i click on it, windows freezes. If I try to disconnect it, I cant because windows keeps reporting that 'the device is being used, try disconnecting later' and so then i shut down my laptop to disconnect it safely.
    Lately, like you, i've also noticed that clicking sound it makes. It happens when i connect my ipod to my computer - like the drive inside it is constantly restarting or something, and i get it when i'm playing / charging it in my dock. I've also noticed that when it's playing whilst charging, it just freezes on a song, then skips a couple of songs.
    I've just discovered the disgnostic tools on my ipod, so i think i'll run a couple of tests (ie HDD scan) and depending on the outcome, i'll go visit the apple store.
