Someone sent me an album as a gift and I never received it
someone sent me music as a gift to my email, and I never received it. How long does it take? this is freaking frustrating.
Have them resend. Instructions can be found here:

And make sure that no spam filters in your email application or at your ISP are filtering out messages from Apple.

Contacting the iTunes Store can be done by going to - http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/. At the bottom left, you will see a "contact support" link. Just select it, then select "iTunes Store", and follow the on screen instructions. The final screen will give you an option to "email, chat or call" them. You may see one, two or all these options, however it changes depending on what they have available at the time of contact.

Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with your purchased album.
First, I recommend trying to download the album from you list of past purchases. Use the steps in the section titled "Download previous purchases on Mac or PC > iTunes Store" in the following article:

If you have tried those steps and still do not see the album, it may be that the album is hidden. Follow the steps below in iTunes on your computer to check if it is hidden and unhide it:
To unhide your purchases
Open iTunes on your Mac or PC.
If you're not already signed in, choose Store > Sign in.
Choose Store > View My Account. (You may be asked to enter your password again).
On your Account Information summary, scroll down to the "iTunes in the Cloud" section and click Manage.
Choose a content type by clicking Music, TV shows, Apps, or Books from the top.
Click the Unhide button next to the item you would like to restore.
Note: If the item you are unhiding is not already downloaded on your computer locally, it will begin downloading automatically.

ITunes album as a gift and cannot get it to download.
I received an ITunes album as a gift. I cannot get it to download. It states I don't have Itunes, even though it is open and running in the background. I have the latest version and have tried both with it open and closed.

Yesterday I opened an attachment from someone wanting to invite me to a meeting. It looked a little like ICalendar - but it didn't work and went a little haywire. I closed down my machine at night, but then in the morning Safari keeps quitting on me unexpectedly. Also, I can't attach anything using Mobile me with Firefox.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

I purchased itunes card online through my iTunes Store and they have not received it.

You've checked the spam folder on your account as well as the inbox, and you don't have any filters/rules on your email account that might be deleting the email ?

I recentely purchased two copies of an album for two different people, and sent the albums through the gift certificate process. They were supposed to receive the same album, and I've already been charged for both albums, but neither person has received whatever email or redemption code they need to access them.

That's considered iTunes Store credit. Unless you give the physical card to someone else without redeeming it, you can't transfer its balance to another person.

Can someone please assist me. I was given an iPod 3G as a gift and I tried to download various apps and it told me that my iPod needs to be iOS 7 or more but I checked and my iPod is at its latest upgrade which is 6.1.6, how can I get those app?

You first have to download the non-compatible version on your computer. Then when you try to purchase the version on your iPod you will be offered a compatible version if one exists.
Also, if you have iOS 6.1.6 yo have a 4G (has cameras). A 3G does not have cameras and can only go to 5.1.1 -

Right click your document, hover over "Open with..." and then click "Other".
Find TextEdit and click "Open".
TextEdit will then do it's best to open your document.
If you have iLife, do the same but instead of opening with TextEdit open with Numbers, Pages, Keynote, e.t.c.

How can I see if a picture was sent from my iPhone? I am not sure the number the picture(s) was sent to..and whether or not it was an iPhone...I just want to know if someone sent themselves pics from my phone. Photoshop CS4 - When I pullled up a file, JPEG logo someone sent to me, the screen has cross thin green lines over it. What is that? How do I remove it?
JPEG files are not layered files they are just image files so the green lines are a part of that file.
Usually cross lines are added to prevent anyone from using the file without proper rights, its a way of safeguarding the artwork.
You have to ask the owner of the file to remove the lines for you.
