YES! Thats right! TV just stole £35 from my account! Well ok, not my account, my parents account. So just got off the phone with my mother and this is what she told me.
Just looked at our bank account and it say's £35 deducted for TV. That is all. What is that about? Now from the looks of it, it isn't a Movie purchase or music. They bought the TV almost 6 months ago. And as far as I knew there isn't a subscription fee. There was a update but for the most part (I think) they are free.
Can anyone help?

there is no such thing as a £35 fee for appletv.
any purchases are processed by the itunes store, so someone has either bought something from the itunes store, or bought something from the apple store.
nothing can be done about it here, so you need to speak to itunes store support or apple support.

You can't transfer money between accounts. You can, however, gift items by clicking the arrow to the right of the price, which will achieve the same ends. It should work for everything except rentals.

You can't, an account's balance cannot be transferred to another account, nor can it be used to gift content to another account - it can only be used to buy content for the account that it's on.
For your security questions, if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then you can use that to reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6170
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

Unfortunately you cannot transfer credits from one account to another. Nor can you purchase gift vouchers to send to your new account with a credit balance. I believe the only way you can utilise your credit balance is to use it up.

Does itunes deduct money from your account when you redeem a voucher, because it seems to hve done exactly that to mine. I had £3 credit but when i added £15 i ws left with less than £18.

First, make sure you're logged into the iTunes Store using the account ID and password you set up, or used, when you redeemed your card/gift. If you are, try signing out of the account and back in.
If you're sure you are using the correct account and that you're signing in to the iTunes Store, and signing out and back in doesn't help, go to the Purchase History:

and review your purchases to make sure that you should indeed have the balance left that you think. iTunes doesn't always refresh the balance it shows, so it's possible you spent the money and it just wasn't being reflected in the display. This display error again can usually be corrected by logging out of the iTunes Store and then back in.
If you confirm that you should have a higher balance left but the iTunes Store isn't showing it correctly, go here:
iTunes Support
and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.

Movie won't download, but it still took the money from my account?

So I downloaded "UP" recently for my son to be able to watch on my itouch. However when I went ahead and bought it, itunes removed the money from my account, but the movie never loaded. My daughter has had Itunes for a while and told me to check under available downloads, but it was not there. I waited for two days and it was still not there, I'm starting to get a little frustrated. I'm not sure what I should do or who to contact, because it's ridiculous itunes drafted my account but I never received my movie.Any help is much appreciated!

I have the same question. My credit card is charged every few days for varying amounts and I did not purchase anything from iTunes. My credit card bill says Apple ITunes but no other detail is provided to inform me what the charge is for.
