We can't do anything. We are other users like yourself. Apple does not participate in these forums.
Report the theft to the Police.
Change your iTunes store password.
Maybe your homeowners or renters insurance will cover the loss.
Your chances of getting it back are not very good.
"Find My iPad" is a feel good feature.
Even if it told you where the iPad was located it would be foolhardy to try to recover it yourself. A person that will steal other peoples property is not going to politely hand it back to you. You could end up injured or worse.

Thanks your quick replay! I bought some stock apps what are usefuly but the stocks app on iPhone what i preferred and this not are on App Store. With jailbrake you can easily transfer but this not my way

Please All. Am so scared to say I someone stole my Ipad and till now I haven't set my eyes on that ipad. I know quite sure that as I updated to iOS 7.0.2, I turned on my find my ipad feature. You can't open it meaning it does not launch when you tap on the app icon? If that's what's happening try this and then see if Safari will launch.
Go to Settings>Safari>Clear Cookies and Data.
Now close Safari. To close Safari, drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to Safari and then swipe "up" on the Safari thumbnail app to close it.
Now reboot the iPad. Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If Safari does launch and this isn't what you are experiencing - you need to explain in more detail what is going on. -

I have an Ipad from the UK and some iTunes vouchers. I am going to get a bp newer ipad/mini. Can I transfer app/music/photos etc on pro new device and can I use iTunes vouchers forum the UK?
You can sync your content to a new device but you cannot transfer vouchers from one country's store to another country's store if that is what you want to do.
