Something I miss or don't understand

SQL Developer 4.0.0.13.80
Windows XP 32 Bit
4 GB RAM, Intel Quad core 2.6 GHz
Java 1.7.0.45
Oracle 11g
I'm a user of SQL Developer since Raptor 1.something and since then I am missing some stuff in this IDE to smoothly use this application
(or perhaps some stuff is now integrated in Version 4 but i don't find it).
I know, many of the following points are pedantic, but in sum...
I like colors, but:
01. No support of Syntax-Colors for the following PL/SQL-Words: "pls_integer", "simple_integer", "binary_integer", "rowtype", "boolean"
02. No support of Syntax-Colors for all SQL-Functions like "trunc", "substr" etc. (but "length" is working?)
03. No support of Syntax-Colors for Oracle-internal packages like "dbms_output", "utl_file" etc.
04. No support of Syntax-Colors for all predefined exceptions like "no_data_found", "too_many_rows" etc. ("others" is working)
05. No support of Syntax-Colors for "autonomous_transaction", "result_cache"
I like Shortcuts, but:
06. Alt-0 to show File List is not working (works in Version 3?)
07. Alt-Shift-D to delete current line is not workling
08. Ctrl-Space to activate Completion insight is not working
09. I am missing a shortcut key to easily jump from worksheet to query result and back.
10. What are these Emacs-Shortcuts?
11. You can collapse/expand code by clicking with your mouse on a plus/minus-sign in the code-editor. This is nice!
      And there is also a possibility to assign a Shortcut-Key (see Source->Collapse/Expand All/Block/Doc/Methods).
      But no assign works...
12. Why we have Java related Shortcut-Keys like Build, Application? Because of underlying JDeveloper?
I like Infos, but:
13. If you press Ctrl-F8 to compile a package, there is no message that compile runs (compile progress),
     only a message if compile has ended. So what is the Preference "Compiler" for?
14. In "Messages", after compiling you only read "Compiled" or "Compiled (with errors)". If you press F11/F12 to commit/rollback,
     you see many more infos (worksheet-name, date etc) Is it possible to see more infos after compiling a package
     (like package-name or file-name, compile time, compiled DB etc) too?
15. If i open a file by double-click on a file-name in the "Files"-pane: some files have the pin greyed out (and are unpinned),
     some files have the pin in color (and are unpinned), some files are pinned. I do not get it. What is the exact definition when
     a file is pinned/unpinned at opening? In Preferences i have set "Autopin PL/SQL-Editors, Max open Editor 20" on.
16. Why do i see in the Code-Editor "Syntax Error" (red underline) for "show error" in the last line of my Code? Compiling is successful.
...and, you know, tree navigation in the connections folder is horrible if you have more than one connection open...

Of course! It is enabled, (even everything is enabled), all controllers, ports and devices. The point is that I also tried all possible settings, IDE, SATA, RAID AHCI?? and combinations (P-ATA Primary/Secondary), nothing helped!
Also I nowhere found any limitations, meaning e.g. 'you can not connect IDE devices to these ports IF YOU USE
Primary Ide, or SATA Drives AND .....
Pour 'BIOS settings' in the manual can't help. I was counting on my experiance and didn't solve the problem.
I sold few more same MBs, the guys don't need 9NOW) more IDE devices to connect, but what if someone ask me how to do it??!!
Is there a detailed BIOS settings in MSI, where can I get it, or I have to ask for? Is it a secret or things (settings and meanings) are so known that there is no need for it, only I missed something to learn ??!!??
