I have an HP PAVILION P7 1534 PC running Windows 8 - Something interrupts the typing; I have to wait a few seconds before I can type again - I tried several keyboards, usb and wireless and the problem is still present.

You can try to remove unwanted programs, such as malware, that can interrupt your computer, from your computer.
Start > Configuration Panel > Delete a program
If that doesn't help the problem, try to open the system files, and remove the files that aren't normal on your computer
(be sure that you don't delete files or programs that you are going to use later! The program won't function normally!)
Start > Computer > C: > Program Files
Then delete the unwanted files. But be sure ofwhich you delete.

Yesterday my macbook pro was working fine and i left it before sleeping working and it's go into slepping mode after battery discharged.
today morning i turned it on and i got this message after many times of automatic restart :
" Your computer restarted because of a problem. Press a key or wait a few seconds to continue starting up "
i have searched for the problem and the way to solve it i found many articles and helpful solutions but never changed !
and that's what's happened exactly:
1. I booted into safe mode for only one time and i can't boot again and i don't know why?
2. After botting in safe mode i deleted all non-app store apps and, then restart
3. Still rebooting and the message appear.
4. reseting PRAM
5. Repairing and verifying permissions and disk. = some errors in itunes/resources/.... serval times of repairing and nothing effect on errors.
6. Hardware test = no troubles found.
7. Reinstall OS X mountain lion = i got a message that my apple id is not purchased mountain lion because i bought my mac earlier 2012 with leopard and i have upgraded may be from another Apple id i can't remember.
No backups to restore, and i have a wealth of my work databases i can't return it back

My original iPad takes about 5 long seconds before responding to my finger tap in the safari window. Like I tap in Safari window, then count 5 seconds before I can begin typing my search words. Is this normal? I really don't remember it taking so long when I bought it, but it has been this way for awhile. I have closed all open apps many times to no avail. I just reset all settings and still 5 seconds. I don't have a lot on my iPad with plenty of free space available. Also, I have to click twice on many things that typically take one click. Like it highlights it with first click, then second click completes the action that normally would be done in one click, like Facebook like button. Like will underline with click one, then will change to like on second click. Do I need to try to restore from my computer?
Thanks for any help!Ive tried that but when Im logged in I dont have all the permmisions I should have so it just runs the test for my usernames own little virtual world. Ive been using macs for over a decade now and I have never had my computer do anything like this. while sitting in front of my screen I watched the mouse go to some personal files and change the permissions and then covered their tracks by changing the timestamp on the file dates back. I watched it happpen while all internet conections were off. I had my identity stolen, my facebook password changed, my email accounts closed out. and my firmware password changed all within two weeks of the origninal boot date

First I backed everything up, then restored as a new phone, and then i couldn't see the contacts, the contacts were not restored when i restored as a new phone. So in order to get the contacts I restored from the backup but then the same problem happened again.
What I meant to saw was that the probelm disappeared when i restored as a new phone, but it reappeared when i restored from the backup. So is there a way to just somehow get the old contacts when the phone is restored as a new phone. All I need from the current phone is the contacts to be there when I retore as a new phone.

I have updated my I pad dut I'm still having problems my iPad seems to freeze and when I go to put in my pin it take a few seconds before the numbers go in and my games stop and start and stop and start for a bit before they run properly
Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased.

You can't update to 4.3 because you have a CDMA phone. 4.2.10 is the latest version for the Verizon phone. -

It's a dead web technology. The world's most popular web devices don't support it (iOS, Androids, etc...) IMO, you would be doing yourself and your site a visitors a huge favor if you moved to HTML5 video.

Do i have to delete older version itunes before i can install newer one
I'm having trouble with itunes. I want to put new music on my ipod touch but message said my version of itunes was too old, my computer said to install new version, I first needed to go to controrol panel , then add/remove programs , and remove itunes before I can , and then reinstall newer version, but now my computer says I cannot romove old version even though my itunes is gone replaced with "ipod copy expert" and it wont let me install new version 10.6 because I still have the old one...Please help
(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

Chrome will no longer update unless I update my MacBook. I have Leopard. Do I have to upgrade to Snow Leopard first before i can upgrade to Lion or can I go straight to Lion? And should I back up my hard drive first before I do an upgrade?
You need Apple Store to upgrade to Lion (unless you bought a usb with Lion on it).
Snow Leopard will have the App Store once you update.
This is how I did it Leopard --> Snow Leopard --> update to get the App Store --> Lion.
And Yes, you should always back up your hard drive before doing any upgrade : )
Btw, here's the unofficial way of updating Leopard to Lion. I never tried it, can't say it will work, so do it at your own risk.

Basic question is why are any of the minimun 8 Verizon reps that I or my Authorized Verizon Rep (at Costco) spoke with unable to resolve a very simple, straightforward issue that should have been resolved in 15 minutes max. Instead I (a 14 year verizon customer) have been given the runaround and have invested over 6 1/2 hours in trying to get someone to acknowledge that I an owed 1 GB of Bonus Data on my new phone on our new plan. My wife got hers. I am just venting now as I intend on returning the phone tomorrow (I got it Thursday) and turning around and getting an identical new phone. This was suggested to me as an option by both the Rep who sold my wife her phone and the rep who sold me mine as that way I would not have to contiinue dealing with this ridiculous state of affairs (they indicated that my Free gig request was being sent to another department and that it would be about 7 days befor they get an answer). Just Venting . Thanks
No I was considerate, etc. The root of the problem stems from the fact that when I went to get my new phone I asked the salesperson if I should sign up for the new plan or if my wife should do it the following day when she buys her new phone (also at a Costco but in a different state). The salesperson said it made absolutely no difference so I elected to have my wife do it. When she did the next day she got her free Gig and her salesperson told her that I need to call in to make sure I get the gig that I am entitled to as well. That's when the runaround started with the first call consisting of me basically advising Verizon of what the promotion consists of, etc.since they insisted that it was one gig per Plan, that there were no exceptions to this, etc. As mentioned they wanted to know where I got the information that it was one gig per qualifying phone. (Both the rep and her supervisor obviously were not aware of how Verizons heavily touted More Everything plan works). They told me finally that I needed to go back to the Costco where I got the phone. I did. The salesperson apologized numerous times to me for advising me that it made no difference who signs up for the plan or when. She then spent over two hours on the phone (with me next to her) attempting to explain to Verizon what happened, how it was her fault, and how I was clearly entitled to the Bonus Gig since I also had a qualifying phone. Finally she was transferred to someone who authorized the Bonus Gig (since I was clearly entitled to it) and who indicated that it might take 24 hours to show up on my new Plan. 72 hours later, no change, and the runaround continues some more. The only reason I even came to this forum was to let off some steam since no one could give me an answer.. It's clear that I am entitled to the Bonus Gig yet the last supervisor I spoke with told me that he could only pass the request on to another department via e-mail (no direct contact, etc. even though I gave him the name and employee # of the Verizon rep who indicated the Bonus was approved) and that an answer should be forthcoming in about 7 days. I was very cordial with everyone I spoke with as I understand that they take their direction from the top. The countless hours I have spent dealing with this situation is something that no-one should have to go through, particularily someone who has been a Verizon Plan customer since about year 2000. Everyone seems to agree that I am entitled to the free gig but no one seems to be in a position to help this customer. Its a horrible way to treat someone. I talked with the original saleslady today and told her I would be in tomorrow to turn in the phone and get a new one along with the gig I was entitled to. She said that would be fine and wouldn't be a problem but that she would be happy to try calling Verizon once again to try to resolve the issue. I indicated that I'm done with wasting time taliking with well-meaning and courteous (and I assume underpaid) employees who I assume are pretty much directed from above that any concessions they make, even if the customer is entitled to them, will reflect badly on their employee evaluations . Good thing I am retired or I would really be worked up. They only way I would consider even talking to Verizon anymore on this is if they were to waive the $60 in upgrade fees my wife and I paid for the new phones.
