Something odd going on with OB3 window resizing
Suddenly, only the top corners of decorated windows can be dragged to change window size - not the edges, and not the bottom corners. Which OB3 theme I use seems to have nothing to do with this. Anyone know what's going on?

Thanks, that works... Don't know why it wasn't working before with other themes, probably tiredness and stupidity on my part.
(Anyway the default grip size seems to be 3 pixels, I'll have to mention this to the guy who made this theme.)

Something is going on with my Itunes...I open up my itunes and the loading icon [the rainbow wheel] starts up. Everything freezes except the mouse i cant restart it, close it, nothin. im forced to press the power button to restart it. ive tryed it with nothing but the itunes only processing and it dosent seem to help. ive been with this problem for the last two weeks, and ive seen that everything on my macbook works fine as long as i dont open up my itunes but i really want it to work again. i dont know if its crashing or if its in a hang, but im hopin someone can help me on this, or wondering if i should take it to the nearst Apple store to get it checked at the genius bar. Something dodgy going on with Adobe billing?
Suddenly my 'details' changed (for 3 months the payments went through fine) but now there was a problem, and I picked up that someone has changed the last diget of the credit card details on my profile. I was provided 'a secure link' in the support chat to 'update my details'. I declined and updated it directly on my profile. Am I just paranoid or is something fishy going on here?

[Help]Something Wired Going on with Apple TV
Right, My Apple TV stays connected to the internet. it plays the radio fine. But when ever i try to play music from my iTunes libery on my mac for some reason after like 5-20 mins it's stop working and then i have to reselect the song for it play? (Hope you understand)

I'm getting "safari cannot find the page because of a problem with the network connection a lot on this board today! Also when I hit refresh the font and layout alters! Also some of the icons are not appearing.
Is this a result of some "improvement" that it took all weekend to make?The error i keep getting says
"Safari can’t open the page “http://discussions.info.apple.com/category.jspa?categoryID=132”. The error was: “lost network connection” (NSURLErrorDomain:-1005)"
and if I hit reload, the page usually comes through. I have tried deleting the Safari cache, and every other site I visit is working fine.

Something ia going on with FM Stations via Zen Mi

I have this problem since i upgraded the firmware of my Zen Micro.
Before upgrading, when i was listening to a radio station (let's say 96.90, which i had saved as preset) and for accident i "touched" the forward button, and got at 96.95, then i pressed the "Back" button and when i returned to the FM stations, i still had the preset No. at 96.90 etc.
With my new upgrade, when i make a "mistake" like the one i described before, and i press the "Back" button, when i return to the FM stations, i cannot choose the saved preset I want - any preset at all. All I have to do, to appear the presets again, is to save a band as a new preset and then i get all my presets back.
Does anyone else have this problem?Are you using the play button to toggle between presets and non-preset mode? If you make a "mistake" there's no need to back out of the FM radio function and then go back in... that sounds like what you're doing, if I understand you correctly.

Something´s going wrong with select distinct (Oracle 10g)
Our database is oracle 10g release 2 and the query statement is:
select distinct last_name
from students;
and the query returns all of the last_names without an specific order..
If I execute the same query in oracle 9i the query returns all of the last_name in alphabetic order.

Just Download update ISO 7.0.4 i'm starting to get a lot crashes I will be working on something. And then my screen go black an Start over? . Know I missed two updates 7.0.2 an 7.0.3 . I don't want you to changing my program like the way ti is on the 3-D effect . Sometime ago . Notes on my keyboard pulled up .an there was some kind of line glitch . I don't see it anymore something is going on with the system

Does anybody know if Windows 8 is causing a problem with iTunes? Many songs on my old iPod are now missing in my iTunes library and I can't find them anywhere. . Also, I have a new iPod and am afraid of using it for fear of something else going wrong.
Try assigning Queen as the Album Artist on the compilations in iTunes on your computer.

This is going to sound dumb but I just got a call from someone claiming to be with Microsoft Windows tech dept. Apparently something malicious attacking my computer. I hung up because Mac doesn't use Microsoft Window Operating System - right? I have Mac OS X. I have loaded Microsoft Office 2011. Can that allow something malicious or is this guy a scammer and I was right to hang up???
Actually you can install Windows on your MBP via Bootcamp.
You should have kept the individual on the phone for as long as you can tolerate. The time he wastes with you is time he cannot spend scamming an innocent victim.
You can always politely ask the caller to hold while you 'answer the front door' or the like and just set down the phone and go about your business. The caller will eventually hang up.
But your analysis was 100% correct.

Whenever i have a mozilla browser on and i try to open another mozilla window browser it work pull up a new window. When close the browser that was on, it will still show up on Task Manager. Whats going on with this?

when I download the new itunes (on my pc); going through the dowload process it stop me and a window pops up and it says: (there is a problem with this windows installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.)

Node Container that does not resize with Window Resize Event

I'm not new to Java but I am new to JavaFX.
I plan to have a container/Canvas with multiple shapes (Lines, Text, Rectangle etc) in it. This Container can be X times in the Szene with different Text Shapes. I need to Zoom and Pan (maybe rotation) the whole Szene and the Containers/Canvas.
So I was playing around with that but I have two issues.
1) all Canvas classes that I found (like Pane for example) do resize with the main window resize event. The content of the canvas isn't centered any more.
2) I added a couple of Rectangles to the canvas and both the rectangles and the canvas have a mouse listener which will rotate the item/canvas. Problem is, that even if I click the rectangle also the underlaying canvas is rotated...I think I need some kind of Z-Info to find out what was clicked.
Here is the little example program, it makes no produktiv sense but it demonstrates my problem.
Does anybody has a tip what canvas class would fit and does not resize with the main window and how to figure out what was clicked?

It seems that the "master Container", the one added to the Scene will allways resize with the window. To avoid that you can add a container to the "master Container" and tell it to be
pane.setPrefSize(<child>.getWidth(), <child>.getHeight());
pane.setMaxSize(<child>.getWidth(), <child>.getHeight());
root.getChildren().add(pane);and it will stay the size even if the window is resized.
Here is the modified code. Zooming and panning is working, zomming to window size is not right now. I'll work on that.

Problem statement: Outlook 2013 email message goes behind main Outlook window when opening PDF attachment with Adobe Reader 11.0.3
Environment: Windows 8 x64; Office 2013; Adobe Reader 11.0.3
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Open Outlook 2013
2. Open email message with PDF attachment
3. Open PDF attachment (with Adobe Reader as default PDF viewer)
4. Close Adobe Reader
Results: Original email message with PDF attacment now sits behind the main Outlook window
Expected results: Original email message should be on top of main Outlook window as it was when opening the PDF attachment
Note: Adobe Acrobat Profession performs as expected - the original email is on top of the main Outlook window - This only seems to be a problem with Adobe Reader.
Has anyone else experience this problem? If so, have you found a work-around?

I had this problem happening in Outlook.
If I tried to open an email, it would open behind the main Outlook window.
The same happened if I opened a link in the email - it would open behind the mail.
The fix that was suggested to me was so simple that I still don't believe it.
Right click on the task bar and unlock the taskbar, then lock it again.
Close down Outlook and re-start it.
Problem solved! Just dont know how or why.

When a movie clip contains an object with a z value, I can not edit the object in place, it goes into a seperate window.
This changes the vanishing point relative to the movieclip instead of the stage (allong with everything else).
This makes it very hard to keep track of where the movieclips will end up when actualy playing the animation.I should have explained my situation a little better. I have a machine that's made up of a number of parts, some of them are fairly large and some are quite small. When a user clicks on a part, I want to center that part on the screen and then move whole machine toward the screen until the selected part either fills the screen (for the larger parts) or the part bumps up against the front clip plane (for the smaller parts).
I didn't think of checking for a collision with the ViewPlatform's TG, thanks for mentioning that. I wasn't sure how the ViewPlatform's location relates to the clipping plane, but I'll dig into it. I'm still learning how the ViewingPlatform, the image plate, and the clipping planes all relate to each other.
