Then I have to press ctrl+alt+del and close it "manualy"
I think that it doesn't happen when I wait for, I'm not sure how long, before I start again program

That can happen if Firefox doesn't close properly and there is still a hanging Firefox process running.

Do you see a firefox.exe in the Task manager if you look there right after you get this error message?
You do not have to restart the computer, just kill that process.
This situation may occur if Firefox was not closed correctly or crashed.

I discovered that when the "Firefox is already running . . . ." message pops up I can fix it by doing the following [note: I get the same message for the Thunderbird e-mail program too] : 1. I open 'TASK MANAGER" and click on the "Processes" tab. 2. Why did you delete your profile? Also how? Did you use the profile manager or did you delete from the windows file structure?
