Sometimes when I try to open firefox it says another application of firefox is already running and I have to close it first,isn't.
At least once a day I try to open Firefox and it won't let me. It says another application of Firefox is already running and I have to close it first. There is no other applicaion of Firefox running, and I have to reboot the computer.

I download itunes it says its successfully installed but then when i try to open it is says "Apple Application Support not found"
Let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleApplicationSupport.msi to do a standalone AAS install.
Does it install properly for you? If so, does iTunes launch properly now?

I am not sure what more I can tell you. I close firefox. So when I click on the icon it should allow me to open it again but I get a message that says it is already running. Either close it out which I can't do since I already did that or restart the computer.
Try holding control, alt and delete down in succession and then a dialogue box will appear with windows task manager. Once open click on the Processes Tab and look for firefox.exe. Highlight this and then click end process. It should come up with a warning but just click Yes. This should then close firefox and allow you to reopen it from your desktop without shutting down your computer. Hope this helps.

After I have finished working on my computer, I close it all out and shut the monitor off. Lately it will not let me close out saying that firefox is still open and I should close it first. I cannot see anything that indicates firefox is running.

thanks for your time. I really only know how to turn on a computer & use it somewhat had stroke 2 years ago lost some long term memory get bouts of short term loss. Got computer from , unregistered charity in Victoria BC, Canada.. Which supply computers & basic instruction only 2 techs, told reach out to Linux forms as very old monitor big in small bacholar apt works, IBM e74 13 pins on cord going to computer computer has 15 holes as do flatron wide LG & flatron w9345 i have 37" RCA with 15 pin holes & 15 pin cord both ends but don,t want mess up my TV .Any one i know who is computer savvy don't know Linux or want to try I have Zorina Linux & Linux puppy 5.25. Computer has windows xp professional sticker on it. that is about it. Any help u can suggest would rally great if there is a fix. I like the system it is good for me, as it challenges me. Firefox freezes sometimes when I try to open a web site in a new window.
For the past few weeks I am having an intermittent problem with firefox freezing. It happens when I try to open a site in a new window. Most of the time I have to go to task manager to close it and re-start. And almost always when I re-start it freezes for a second time and then I have to open it a third time. Usually if I try to restore a session it will happen over and over again so I have to start a new session. I have windows 7 and the latest version of firefox.

Can you start Firefox in [[Safe mode]] ?
You can also do a clean reinstall and download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can initially skip the step to create a new profile, that may not necessary for this issue.

I downloaded and installed Production Premuim CS5 on my computer and when I try to open it out of the applications folder it bounces at the bottom and then disappears. Does anyone know why this is? I've tried everything to open them but they will not open. Does anyone else have this problem?
I have a mac osx version 10.9.2. I used to have the student version of creative cloud cs6 earlier this year. I cancelled my subscription several months ago and bought cs5 two weeks ago. I never had any problems with the cloud. I went through the entire download process for CS5, and they all showed up in my applications folder and appeared to have downloaded but every time I try to open them they bounce around next to the application manager icon and then disappear.

That depends on why it won't open. Most of the time it means the file is corrupted and unlikely to be recovered. If you saved it right after adding or copying a LOT of layers - then it might just be the layer limit and we can attempt to recover it.

It sounds like you've restored Windows on your PC and iTunes is no longer opening and running normally.
