Song "1 of 0" on my iPod Touch 5G

Hello.
I purchased two albums on iTunes two weeks ago. I put it on my iPod but when I tried to read on my device, I can't.
When I select on of the album, 1 of 0" appears. I can't delete the songs directly from iPod.
I tried to delete them directly from iTunes but they don't appear on  iTunes. It was like the songs were not on my device but I see them on my song list.
The songs appear in grey on my iPod.
I don't what to do ! Do I have to reset my iPod touch ? Is it a sync problem, a device problem...
Thank you for your help !

If you leave it charging for at least 4 hours how long does the charge last?
4-5 hours of video playing seems to be the norm.

  • How many songs can you put in an Ipod touch 64GB if you only use it for music?

I've heard the Ipod classic 160GB is discontinued. Could someone tell me how many songs you can put in the Ipod touch 64GB if you exclusively use it for music and don't put any photos, videos or anything?

I just did some quick figuring. There are a lot of variables. My 64gb 5th gen touch has only 56.6gb capacity so says the unit. Settings>General>About.
MP3 formatted songs vary greatly. I quickly perused my collection and found that the size varied from 3-7MB per song. Using the average of 4MB per song,(7MB is a rather large file for MP3) you will come up with 56.6 X 1024MB (1024 MB per 1GB) =57958MB/4 =14489 songs. This will probably never happen as there is cover artwork and different variables because of file size to consider. This gives you an Idea where to start.

  • HT201272 I can't find my songs I just bought on my iPod touch..please help thank you

I can't find the songs I just bought on my iPod touch. Any help you can give me is appreciated.. Thank you

If they've finished downloading then they should be in the iPod's Music app - is that where you've looked for them ? If they don't show in there then have you tried closing the Music app via the iPod's taskbar and/or tried a soft-reset of your iPod to see if they then show up in Music ?

  • HT1296 I can't sync the songs from my computer to my ipod touch. I have gone through the iPod directions on this page and have not found them helpful. For example, I can't find the Autofill button. Can you help?

I can't sync the songs from my computer to my ipod touch. I have gone through the directions on the iPond help page and have not found them helpful. For example, I can't find the autofill button. Can you help?

I have already tried following those steps. I went back and tried to follow them again but they did not work. Some of my songs have synced, some have not. And I am still not seeing the Autofill icon on the bottom of the menu or anywhere else. I fear something has been corrupted here and I need to start afresh.

  • HT201272 iTunes has taken my money but no song has been downloaded onto my ipod touch or computer, How do I get my song or money back?

iTunes has taken my money but no song has been downloaded onto my ipod touch or computer, How do I get my song or money back?
I cannot seem to trace where the purchase went but it money is gone from account and I have no song.
    Please help!

    Starting at the end:
    - When the movie or tv show does transfer onto your iphone/ipod touch you will be able to see it in the expanded view of your device in the "DEVICES" section.
    - If the files are not on your device, then:
-- confirm you have SD or HD-SD video. HD-only content will not play and probably will not even sync. iTunes seems to reliably have SD versions with their HD distributions so this should not be an issue
-- confirm you are synch-ing the content to the ipod device by browsing the DEVICE view's Movie or TV Show tabs to confirm the movie or episode is 'checked'
    - If the files are on the iPod and you cannot find them, check your Settings: General for Restrictions.  If you restrict, for example the movies to "G" rating. PG and higher movies will sync but you will not be able to find them on the iPod!

  • I bought a song and an album on my iPod touch last night..

So last night I bought a song and an album on my iPod touch and when I synced it to my computer none of the songs transferred to my PC and now the songs are gone from my iPod touch. The only thing left is the audiobooklet. So how can I get the songs back?? And the songs aren't showing up as purchased on my iPod touch.
If this makes any sense PLEASE help me (:

Look in your purchase history to see if it shows as purchased. If not, then just purchase again.
If it does show as purchased then try:
In itunes click Store>Check for Available Downloads and see if it shows up.
If not, try attaching the ipod and, in itunes, click File>Transfer Purchases.
If these do not work, the go to purchase history and click "Report a Problem".

  • ICould is forcing songs from my library onto my iPod touch 5th gen, and they can't be deleted or removed. How do I fix this?

I share a library with my parents, and some of their songs are apparently stored in the iCloud. These songs are showing up in the library on my device with the cloud image next to them, giving me the option to download them from the cloud, but they are already on my device. They play when I shuffle through my library, which is something they shouldn't do if I haven't downloaded them, right? I've tried going to the setting and shutting off the show all songs and all that does is show the same songs as of they are downloaded onto my iPod (which they are). I just want these songs off of my device. How would I go about accomplishing this?

    Hi Kkuppertz,
Welcome to the Support Communities!  If the songs reside on your iPhone, you should be able to delete them per the instructions below.   If you see the download icon, you may need to actually download the song before you can actually delete it from your iPhone.   Click on the link below for complete details.  I've highlighted the part that pertains to deleting songs.
How to delete content you've downloaded from the iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, or Mac App Store - Apple Support

  • Cannot move songs from 'Purchased' playlist on my iPod (touch 8gb)

Soooooo I've purchased a handful of songs on my ipod touch and I cannot move them back to iTunes or to another playlist.
They are all listed in the Purchased playlist from the device.
Only one shows in the Purchased on [device] under Store in iTunes.
Also, they show up under the playlist in iTunes I moved them to but not on my iPod.
I've updated my iTunes software and my iPod, as well, without progress.
I'm not sure if I'm missing something or if there is a larger issue at hand.
    Thanks for reading

  • Is there a way to undo "autofill" so that all the songs, artists, albums, etc on my iPod touch 4th gen coincide/are synchronized again?

I don't know if you can help me, but I erroneously clicked on "auto fill" under the "on this ipod" category of the itunes screen that's located on my desktop.  As a result, all the songs, albums, artists, etc., are now out of sync, don't coincide with one another, and when I touch a song to play on my ipod touch (fourth generation) it flips to a different artist/song and plays it automatically.  Is there any way I can undo this, and if so, how?   This occurred while I was purchasing/downloading music onto my iPod, and the usb cord was plugged into the modem at the time.  Any suggestions/advice offered to solve this problem would be much appreciated.

    - Unsync/delete all music and resync
To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music

  • A song I bought is on my iPod Touch but doesn't show up when I plug in my iPod to my computer. Why?

I recently bought a song off of iTunes. It shows up on my iPod Touch, but when I plug my iPod into my computer it doesn't show up with the rest of my songs. I tried deleting the song directly from my iPod by swiping the screen (which I normally do) but the delete button doesn't show up. When I try deleting other songs directly from my iPod by swiping the screen, the delete button comes up. Why is this happening? How can I get my song to show up on my computer? How can I delete the song?

    It worked! Thank you!
But how come it didn't work when I first plugged in my iPod into the computer?

    - Tansfer iTunes purchased to the computer by:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer
    - You can also redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
    - Yes, sync with the computer. That will make a backup too.
When you get the replacement, restore the replacment from the backup of the old one.
