Song doesn't show in ''bought'' list

So i bought a song on itunes and downloaded it on my brand new laptop. I want to send it to my iphone but i know that if i sync my device, i will loose a ton of songs that i didnt buy on itunes but imported from my cd's. I know there's a way to download it directly from my iphone but when i search for the song on itunes store, it says it's already bought and won't let me download it. And when i search into my ''bought list'' it doesnt show and there is at least 10 more bought songs that doesn't show. I'm starting to think i should go back to android because of how complicated and problematic is apple so HELP!

Open the iTunes Store on your phone.
Make sure you are signed in with the same account used for the original purchase on your computer.
Tap More from the bottom navigation bar.
Tap Purchased to go to your Purchased page.
Tap Music.
Once you've located the music you are looking for, tap the download button. Looks like a "Cloud".

It sounds like you have a newly purchased song that is not syncing to your iPod Nano, but there is no error message. I would start by restarting your computer, and resetting your iPod with this article:

I buy single songs before the album comes our and when I buy the album the song doesn't show up on the album, its still a single. Isn't there a way where the single becomes apart of the album?

I been buying songs that are singles, like for example: Give Me Everything (Ft. Ne-Yo) by Pitbull and then I bought Pitbull's new album Planetpit and the song didn't show up as part of the album. It still says that the song is a single. Isn't there a way that the songs from pre-ordered albums or singles suppose to be added to the album after the song is purchesed?

Drag the artwork from the artwork window to the desktop. Then, select the song without artwork and drag the artwork to the blank artwork window.

Why does Itunes telling me that I have to repurchase a song that i already have purchased? The song doesn't show up in my purchase history either.

When I go to my purchase history the song I want isnt there. I looked in itunes store for the song & normally it would say play if I have it. Well this one said I need to repurchase it.. HELP

On the song in the store you are seeing the price button, not Purchased (Play will show if it's in your iTunes library for playing ; Purchased if it's not purchased and not in your library) ? For albums that I've bought I see price buttons when viewing them as songs in the store, Purchased or Play when viewing the album that I bought.
If you are sure that it's the exact version that you bought (it hasn't been removed and replaced with a new version by the rights-holder) then it should (assuming that you aren't in one of the countries that doesn't allow redownloading) show in Purchased for redownloading (unless you've moved countries since buying it on that account). If it does show Purchased against it in the store then you've checked to see if it's hidden ?
What you can redownload will show in the Purchased section : on your computer's iTunes click on the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage, or on the current version click on your name towards the top-right of iTunes and the Purchased on the popup ; on your phone go to the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app.

Downloaded music from store and doesn´t show in the list of purchased items

Hi everyone!
Today I´ve bought a song from the Store and it seemed that I could download it. When I looked for the song in the purchased list, at the beginning it was there in light grey with a circle and two arrows by the song, but I wasn´t able to play it.
I closed Itunes and opened it again, and my purchased song wasn´t there anymore, although when I checked my account it said that I´ve already purchased the song...
THE SPECIAL THING IS that I have an account in the US Store (where I bought the song from), but now I´m in Spain for vacation. Can this be the reason of not finding my song?. Do you have any ideas of where can I find my song?

Song doesn't show I can buy ringtone.

I downloaded a song that I wanted as a ringtone and when I go to my library and find the song it doesn't say that I can use it as a ring tone (the little bell isn't there). Am I doing something wrong or can anyone give me some advice on how to do the ringtone thing? Thanks!

If you're using a Mac and have GarageBand you can do it yourself. Just import a song from itunes to garageband and, from there, edit the song as you would in the itunes store. Here's the link to the page that I found on how to do it.

The difference I've noticed between the one that I bought from itunes and the ones I've made through garageband is that garageband seems to automatically adjust the equalizer levels to a better setting for the iphone speaker, I guess mainly the bass. The ones I've made sound clear as a bell but DON'T sound like they're about to shatter that tiny little speaker with overdriven bass like the one I purchased (the original iphone ad song, 'Perfect Timing' by Orba Squara).

Album is on iPod but doesn't show in Artist list

I have a 60g iPod and I noticed that a few albums on my iTunes don't appear in the artist list on my iPod. I can find it by Album title or song, but not by artist.

It could be that you have inadvertently imported these CDs into iTunes as part of a compilation. If so, the artists won't show in the artists menu on the iPod.
To check, highlight the tracks on one of the offending artists CDs in iTunes, right click and select "get info". This brings up a multiple song info window, and from there you can check if you have 'yes' in the box marked "part of a compilation".
If you have, select 'no' instead and click 'ok'. Do this with any CD that has this issue. This will alter the info in iTunes, and you should then connect your iPod and synchronize the changes.
The problem arises because the information contained on the Gracenote CD Data Base (where iTunes gets all it's album/artist/track info from), is sometimes incorrect. It can show CDs as compilations when in fact they are not.

Downloaded Song doesn't show up

I recently downloaded an album from iTunes. Unforuantely, I quit out of itunes at the very end of the download knowing that I could just go to check for downloads later. But, when I do, it says that no downloads are available. Additionally, when trying to download the one song that I am missing, it says that I already have that song. My guess is that it did download the file but didnt have time to process it into my library. Additionally, the song before it doesn't have the explicit tag like the rest of the album... don't care about this but it might help.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I really want to hear the song.

You can try getting rid of the download folder as explained here, even if you aren't seeing error 8008 and it's not a video.

IPod shows 3 copies of songs-doesn't show up that way when connect to PC

Can anyone help me with this? I think there might be 2 and 3 copies of some songs either because I changed the genre on them when the iPod was hooked up to my computer, or because they are in several playlists. However, there are other songs that only appear once on my iPod and are in several playlists too. So that can't be it. The only thing I can think of is the changing of the genre thing. I had one album from an artist that was typed in all lowercase and I went in when it was hooked up to my computer and changed it, and now both the lowercase and the corrected name show up in my iPod. How do I get rid of these files or how can I fix it? I'm sure it's taking up space on my drive too. Please help. Thanks!

Okay, so here is a little more information. I do not automatically update my iPod, I have it set to manual because I use it with my computer at work which is a mac and my computer at home which is a PC. So my playlists aren't the same but I have all of my music that I want on my iPod. So what I want to know is, if you can go into your iPod when it's hooked up to your computer and delete songs and what not, then why when I change the genres, it shows up that the genre was changed when I hook it up to my computer, shows up that way on my iPod (so it got changed), but remembers the original genre that was assigned to it? Anyway, does that make sense or am I just making this more confusing?

Managed server doesn't show in server list in JDev

I have admin server (AdminServer) and managed server (soa_server1) configured in my domain. I started both server successfully, and in WL console, I see soa_server state is running, and soa-infra is Active; in em I see SOA node on the left panel, and soa_server1 status is up. When I tried to deploy my composite to server (I want to deploy it to soa_server1), I only see AdminServer in the SOA servers list, not soa_server1. how could I make soa_server1 shown?

To be more specific, this is what I did and the problem I am facing:
1. configured admin server and manged server (soa_server1) on my domain(weblogic 10.3.5).
2. started the admin server
3. started soa_server1
4. see both servers in WL control, both server state=running
5. see both server in EM console, both server status are up
6. in JDev(11.1.1.5.0), created an application server connection, and tested the connection successfully
7. when I tried to deploy my composite from JDev, I selected the application server connection, on step "SOA servers", it only lists AdminServer.
I want to deploy my composite to soa_server1. How could I make soa_server1 shown on the list?

Downloaded Song Doesn't Show

I'm having problems with my computer and I wanted to download my songs so I wouldn't have money on my itunes account when I go to take it in. (Which probaly wasn't the best choice) But anyway I was downloading my last two song and I had to turn my comp off cause it froze up. So when I turned it back on only one of the songs I downloaded came up but the other didn't. But the one that I'm looking for comes up in my purchse history when I look at my account. So now I need to know how can I get this song in my libary or get reinbursed for it.

GroupTitlesIX paragraph tag doesn't show in the list for PDF bookmarks

When I do a "Save Book As PDF" then look at the "Include Paragraphs" list for any of my books, the GroupTitlesIX tag does not appear in the list. If I open just the index, the GroupTitlesIX tag appears in the list and the index letters appear as bookmarks in the PDF of the index.
In the book, if I highlight the index file, then select Format > Document > PDF Setup, the GroupTitlesIX tag appears in the list. But if I highlight all the files in the book, or even just one file in addition to the index, the tag does not appear.
I generate indexes by using the Add > Standard Index command. I just tried creating a new book from scratch, using FM's default templates; generated an index for the book, and see the same problem.
I'm using FM 8.0 p277. What am I missing?

In the 'Notifications' section of the 'System Preferences' app, there is no tab for managing the notifications of System Updates nor App Store.
Hey--- I like auto-checking for updates, and hey--- I like auto-downloading them in the background.
BUT I do not like being notified of updates in the middle of working! Especially when it's iTunes updates. Grrrr.
Any chance this is easy and I just missed it?
