I've bought 400 coins inside Song Pop game, the value has been charged in my credit card, but the coins was never received.

My name is Lisa Shiner as I was playing Song Pop, I purchased coins. I was charged $1.99 x 3, but never received the coins. I puchased the itunes card today. This incident occurred today. I has been a couple of hours and I still don't have the coins I purchased.

The fact that you get an error message on trying to resubmit indicates that your submission was successful. You should have received a confirmation but there's always the possibility that it's gone astray or been spam-trapped.
It can take two weeks, sometimes quite a bit more, for a podcast to be accepted, at which point you should get an email giving you the Store page URL, so check that you haven't been spam-trapping such messages. Otherwise you'll just have to try searching in the Store from time to time (though this can take a further period to become effective). -

Try these steps.
Close the Creative Cloud application.
Go to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
Delete the opm.db file.
Launch Creative Cloud. -

So I just signed up for Best Buy Gamers Club Unlocked a few weeks ago (Feb. 21 to be exact), and I never received the welcome coupons. Been reading through some related topics, and it seems like these were supposed to be sent by e-mail. So I made sure to do a double check of my email, both in my inbox and in my spam folder, but I didn't find anything. It's been almost a month, so I wanted to ask what's up. Should I wait a little longer, or should they be here by now? Thanks in advance!

Sorry, they should not have referred you here since we're all just fellow users here and cannot help directly with any issue with purchasing. The gift card purchase link in the iTunes Store sends you to the online Apple Store, so it's the Apple Store that needs to solve this problem. I can't imagine why they've sent you here, unless they just misunderstood what it was you were asking. All I can suggest is that you call back and ask to speak to a supervisor.
You could also try contacting the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find an "Email Us" button) and explain your situation to them. Perhaps there will be something they can do to help.
Finally, if neither of those options solve the problem, call the Apple tech support line - look here for the phone numbers for your country:

and ask to speak with someone in Customer Relations and ask them to help resolve this problem.

I tried signing up to be able to post iBooks and went through the process up until I was supposed to be sent an email for confirmation. NEVER RECEIVED IT and run into a wall trying to continue.
If you want to sell books, did you open a separate account, complete the contracts and banking requirements and get an EIN number from the US tax office?
If you did not, you do not have a "paid" books account...... if you did and your EIN was obtaned less than 3 weeks ago... Apple may not yet have had access to the reords to confirm it.
Also, when iBoosk Author arrived in 2012, Apple allowed a standard Apple iTunes account to create a free book account, I think now they also require a new and separate account.
