Songs I bought a year ago no longer appear available or as "Purchased" in the store. Can someone help me?
I noticed this this morning when I activated iTunes Match on my iPhone. Songs I bought do not even display as "Purchased" in the store. The purchases are logged in my Apple ID bill history.
It is possible. Do note that some items may no longer be available for download for various reasons, such as if the content was removed from iTunes.
Go to the iTunes Store, sign in if not already, under the Quick Links section on the home page, click Purchased. Then click the Not on This Computer button to see all songs you've purchased but do not exist in your iTunes library.
Or if you attempt to purchase the item again, it should recognize you've already purchased it and let you download it free of charge.

If you can't find these songs on your purchased list to redownload them (as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519), you'll have to contact iTunes store support for assistance: http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html.

last week i bought macair. was unable to login to yahoomail and hotmail thru safari or even firefox. can some one help.
i set up the machine the first time i used it and logged in...got on to safari to login to yahoomail then hotmail. in both cases i get the message that the username/password is incorrect...

I preordered a album then preordered the Same one and I don't know how to cancel the one I preordered that I didn't mean too and it's charging me for both and I don't have a lot of money on my iTunes
Go to the iTunes Store. Click on your Apple ID and enter your password. Scroll down towards the end of the page, you should see a line item that says Pre-Order. You can cancel the pre-order there.

All of my music has suddenly been erased!!!!! I've had this IPod for 7 years with thousands of songs, videos, and movies on it and they are all gone!!!!! Can someone help me!?!?
Not much help here, but just wanted to say i'm in the same exact position ever since I updated to the latest version of iTunes (thanks for pestering me so much that I finally did it and mucked up my iPod!)...I've restored my iPod, lost 7 years worth of music (around 9,000 songs) and have been slowly re-adding them all, and then randomly getting to a point where I eject my iPod (when it had music on it before I put it in) and it tells me that there is no music on it. I put it back in iTunes, it takes a while to load, but it shows the music there, however, again, when I eject, no music. Something's definitely messed up with this new iTunes...

I just got an iphone4. I downloaded a song but i don't know how to make it my ringtone for incoming call. Can someone help?
YOu can't use the whole song for a ringtone, you would have to create one 30 second or less.
YOu can download an app to create the ringtone. -
the email address connected to an old itunes account is no longer active. Can't access music i bought many years ago with out it and the old password.

What do you mean "Leave them my laptop again"? do you mean you have had it worked on before? for the same problem or a different one?
You need to take it in to Apple ASAP. No matter how long they have it, you want it fixed and fixed correctly.

Uninstall and try the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool before reinstalling - it helps resolve installation problems for CS3 thru CS6 and for Creative Cloud

Adobe is giving me the runaround when all i want to do is download the programs i bought several years ago. Anyone else experience this? Contacted support, was told i would get a call back. Account blocked so I had to create a new one to download trial versions to compete my work. So frustrated.
You will need to have the serial number to activate the products. Please have then handy & also check the compatibility of the operating systems.

My mother never opened/registered her AppleCare she bought 1 year ago. I was told I can't use her AppleCare for my 4s I got this month because a newer version has been released, she can't even use it herself. Is this true? Can she get a refund?

I received photoshop elements 11 as a gift 2 years ago. I am fearful that I have lost the serial number. I have the box and the sleeve but neither have a serial number. I have installed the trial version, but hope I can add a serial number. Any suggestions?
If you never bought the product then you cannot get the serial number.

Mbs in QT Info different than FCP Item properties
