I have been on here for more than an hour establishing a fricking name to get on this discussion forum, spent a bunch of time trying to find an actual customer service rep who would either refund my money or fix the problem... and this is what I get.
Thanks for a whole lot of nothing and I have a nice post-it reminding me never to buy another Apple product ever. Maybe if you spent the money for computer techs who worked in AmeriKa and spoke da Englais, they might've put the right song in the right place.

On, and I might mention that the iTunes Music Store has a couple of million tracks, all provided (and probably titled) by the record companies, so mistakes can happen. Don't get your knickers in such a twist over such a minor issue; give the iTMS a chance; they'll get you taken care of (though it may take a few days).

Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the incomplete tracks from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if they re-download in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find those songs and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

Sent an email to one person and the email went to lots of other people who were in the address book but who were not supposed to receive the email

I forwarded an email to my husband but the email went to about 15 people who were not supposed to receive it. These people are in my address book but not on a list to receive emails and it appears that the service picked them randomly. Not good!!

why are some of the songs I purchase not the correct song when I play them on my computer?

Some items you’ve previously purchased are not eligible for redownload via iTunes in the Cloud and thus, will not appear on your Purchased page. This content includes ringtones, audiobooks, movie rentals, items that have been modified or removed from the store since you purchased them, anything that may have been refunded, as well as certain movies.
For some movies, you will see the message "When purchased, this movie will not be available from iTunes in the Cloud” if the movie can't be downloaded again. This message appears under the Buy button on the iTunes Store product page. This is why you should always back things up.

HT204088 How come all our purchased were not deducted from the redeem card number entered yesterday and have deducted my credit card instead ?

My sun has entered like he always does his redeem card gift and purchased a sereis of song yesterday. How come any of his purchased were deducted from his redeem card and were all charge to my credit card instead? No amount are showing up under the my account name like usual. Normally we see the total amount of our gift card and we are able to see that number dropped after each purchase...
Hope I will get some answers...

It looks like the only graphics card option for this model is the GeForce GT 630 (2 GB). The GT 630 is not a large powerful card, so it is conceivable that the bracket isn't installed with integrated graphics or a low-end graphics card that doesn't require it. The "graphics card bracket" would mosr likely be installed with larger more powerful cards like the GeForce GTX680, Radeon HD7770, etc. Typically, the videos on HPs website are used for hundreds of different models and may show optional items not installed on a particular computer or may not show items that are installed. Just because a part is or isn't shown in the video, doesn't mean your specific computer is going to be the same.

i purchased items from an app, did not receive the items
but the bill shows the item was bought multiple times....

I am trying to sync my music on my new IPad but get a box which tells me that some of the songs and videos were not copied because they cannot be played on iPad and then none of the music is shsown on the iPad. What can I do?

Make sure that yo have the boxed chanced to only sync the checked music. It appears that it is trying to sync ore than those.
You can try unsycing all music and resyncing.

Volume of the song i purchased is not even

I purchased 'Empty Words' of Christina new Alubum 'Lotus' and the volume of the song through out the song is not even.

Try playing the track with Quicktime Player. Sound fine?
Do you have Soundcheck enabled in iTunes? This is supposed to help but sometimes does the opposite.
If the file has the same problem in Quicktime Player, contact Apple about this issue. It may have to do with the encoding (happens occasionally).

One song on purchased cd not authorized.

Last night I completed an album on iTunes and bought the whole thing. Now it says on track 3 that I'm not authorized to play it. I check the info and it says that it was purchased by my account name, but yet when I try to play and authorize it, it just says that this computer is already authorized. It still won't let me play the track.

I had the same problem with Nessun Dorma performed by Jackie Evancho. I can only assume that something went wrong during the download. I deleted the song from the library. Entered the store and clicked on the button to purchase the single song from the album. I was then notified that I had already purchased the selection and prompted to redownload the selection for free.

How do I recheck the album artwork box which allows for me to see which albums were not able to receive album artwork?

When I would download album artwork a popup msg would appear notifying me of all the albums that did not get album artwork. I checked the box the opted me to not see this notifcation msg again. Now I actually would like to see this notification. Does anyone know how to reopt for this message notifier?

How do you plug in "the wrong end of my Ipod to the computer"? The iPod only has ONE connection point, so how does it have a "wrong end"?
For the songs you purchased, can you find them in your iTunes music library (on the computer)?
If you try to re-purchase (spend more money) on a song you already purchased, the iTunes Store will kindly tell you not to waste your money buying something you already have. If you ever "lose" a song you already purchased from the iTunes Store, you can go to the iTunes Store Purchased screen and re-download the previous purchase for no cost. The link to Purchased is under QUICK LINKS on the iTunes Store Home screen.
If songs you purchased do not sync to the shuffle, it may be because the new songs are not part of the songs selected to sync to the shuffle.

Hi, Thank you for the help. I downloaded the new ITunes 10.1 as instructed. I found the Old Itunes library folder. But when I tried to import it to my current Itunes library, it gives an error message:
"The file "iTunes Library 2011-03-22.it" cannot be imported because it does not appear to be a valid exported file."
I don't know how else I can import the songs from this old library to the current Itunes library. Please advise.
