Songs not fully downloading
I downloaded some songs yesterday on my ipod classic , its nowhere near capacity . However on some of the songs it gets half way through and stops and then goes on to the next song. My iPod then frooze last night whilst I was trying to figure this out. I don't know if these downloads caused this , but this morning the battery had ran out and the ipod appears to be working again . I'm just scared to retry the albums i downloaded last night in case it freezes again
Does the track play correctly in Quicktime Player or another media player? If it does then it is an iTunes issue. If it doesn't then it is possible the file was not completely downloaded, or is corrupt. If you are in a country where re-downloading is possible (iTunes in the Cloud and iTunes Match Availability by Country - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085), delete the track and download again (Downloading [using iOS or computer] past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store - http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519). See tips on downloading in https://discussions.apple.com/message/19097773

Incomplete playback seems to be reported several times a day here. I don't recall this happening before iTunes 10. I would suggest posting feedback to Apple so they aware of an issue.

Why are some songs not fully downloading?
Most of the songs that I've downloaded lately are not playing fully. They're stopping less than halfway through and skipping to the next song. I know this is happening to others also, is there any way I can fix this? It's rather unfair, since my mum has payed for all these songs, yet there's no point even buying them if I can't listen and enjoy them. Thus, I was wondering is there anything I can do, or must it be repaired by iTunes? Also, have iTunes aknowledged this problem? Thanks!

Hi Attila528,
Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.
If you are not able to receive a rescue email to reset your security questions and password:
You'll need to contact iTunes Store support to have your questions and answers reset.
You can find the article with this information here:
Rescue email address and how to reset Apple ID security questions
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
After your password, security questions and answers are reset, I'd recommend providing a new rescue email address:
You can edit or delete your rescue email address at My Apple ID. To edit your rescue email address:
Navigate to My Apple ID using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.

Itunes purchased song did not fully download
I bought a song from itunes store and it did not fully download
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one.
Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item. -

Did you download it using iTunes for Windows, or did you download it directly to an iOS device?
If you can't find the movie you downloaded on your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch, check inside your Videos App -

Why wsusscn2.cab will not fully download, today?
The wsusscn2.cab file will not fully download, today 7/10/13. Can someone please take a look?
I've also been unable to download wsusscn2.cab since 7/23/13. The download gets stuck at 82% in IE and 99% with Firefox & DownThemAll. I've tried to download the file on multiple computers with the same result.

Hi, I have a number of Apps that are not fully downloaded and I cannot delete them using normal procedure to enable me to download them again. Any tips are very welcome
In iOS 6 you should be able to delete apps that are downloading... if you're not on iOS 6 just update to it and you should be able to do that. If not that, connect the iPad to iTunes, download the apps on your Mac or PC and then sync them with the iPad. That should work.

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items. -
on top of that there is not customer service here
delete the songs you have just purchased from itunes. Then, go to the store and in quick links click on "Purchased". Then find on the top right "Songs not on this computer" (or something similar) and you will find them for download. It's best to download them one at a time and wait for one to complete before moving on to the next one.

I've just downloaded the album 'City of Vultures - Rise To Remain' from the iTunes Store on my Windows Computer. It has downloaded all the songs in the album, but not fully. Such as 'The Serpent' and 'This Day Is Mine'. They will only play for a maximum of 2minutes, when it says that both songs last over 3 minutes each. It then skips to the next song. These are two of my favourite songs from the album. I've tried checking for available downloads and looking for help on the internet but nothing is relevant. I didn't stop or pause the download, it downloaded the same as everything else ive downloaded and its never happened before. Can anyone help?

Purchases not fully downloading onto my PC iTunes (it is an associated computer)
Hi,
I have made some music purchases on my Mac at home, and when I go into iTunes on my work PC, which is an "associated computer", some of the CD's have only partially downloaded into my library. When I "check for available downloads" on the PC, it shows there are none pending. If I go into the Store it shows the CD as already purchased. If I go into "Purchased" the missing songs are not waiting to be downloaded. Some CD's have only a couple of songs that have downloaded...how do I retrieve all the ones that haven"t? All purchased items download fully on my Mac and IPad at home. Seem to be a PC problem, but how come some of my music purchases have downloaded fully, and others haven't?
