Songs start where I last left off - how to disable this?

When I shuffle music, I frequently skip ahead halfway through a song. Since I updated to 3.1 and am syncing with my computer (instead of manually managing music), songs begin where I last left off, even if I last left off that song in a different playlist or music session.
Is there a way to disable this feature? Thank you.

You can also check that the songs do not have the Remember playback position checked when you go to Get Info in iTunes for each song. You can also look at many songs at a time to view/change this setting.

             is there a way presenter remember when the user left off in the side?
    Example: user watching the presenter and they didn't finish the whole presentation.
    When they launch the presenter again, would the presenter remember where they left off.
    I see this feature on articulate presenter.
    Can some one advice on this?

    While you are not interested in if the session is active or not, you are interested in if the session has ever been. You may be able to modify the queries in the above thread to detect if the user has ever logged in historically.

    Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
    ☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
    ☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
    ☞ If you’re running Mac OS X 10.7 or later, open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the page that opens.
    Step 1
    Enter the name of the crashed application or process in the Filter text field. Post the messages from the time of the last crash, if any — the text, please, not a screenshot.
    Important: Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Edit it out by search-and-replace in a text editor before posting.
    Step 2
    Still in the Console window, look under User Diagnostic Reports for crash reports related to the process. The report name starts with the name of the crashed process, and ends with ".crash". Select the most recent report and post the contents — again, the text, not a screenshot. For privacy’s sake, I suggest that, before posting, you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.)     Cancel the update and start over again. You will most likely have to restore the iPad now anyway.
    If you were using WiFi, try rebooting the iPad and see if by some miracle the download and install completes. Hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen. Try the download again.
    If that doesn't work, try using iTunes to update. But turn off your firewall and antivirus software before you update,

    I think that you have turned on VoiceOver. To turn it off, enter settings, general, accessibility and turn off VoiceOver.

    You have an Accessibility feature turned on. Go to Settings>General>Accessibility and turn off/check off:
    VoiceOver
    Speak Selection
    Speak Auto-text.

    Are you talking about the Down Arrow key? To my knowledge there is no way to use that key as a shortcut for anything. But look in the Keyboard section of System Preferences and the Keyboard shortcut tab.

    Sounds like you got a store demo. Look in your settings and see if you see "Demo Mode/Demonstration Mode" or something similar.

    I can understand your concern & you need to worry about this, as your PC folders won't be available on other PC's as this option is just to browse through the files of the specific system on which you are working as shown in the screenshot below.
    Only the files uploaded on the Document cloud will be available over Internet using Adobe Document Cloud service upon the authentication of your Adobe ID & password.

    but first, just confirm there is no user using this account to develop ASP.NET in your environment

    It appears that OneDrive does not show this problem unless you select "edit document" then "edit in word". I have Word 07, and in there it causes the sloppy-looking, different indent sizes I am trying to fix.

    See if this helps:
    A: Is there anything in the following directories?
    /local1/core_dir/
    /local1/crash/
    If so, you will continue to get the Alarm until it's removed.
    B: Are you using WAAS 4.0.19? If so, your inline alarm might be CSCsl62873, which is fixed in 4.0.21 or 4.1.1 or remove the card if it's not being used.
