Sony Ericsson K850i Keypad Sensors Problem

I have a k850i and i have a problem with the 3 sensors....
the problem is that the sensors work only when they whant... please help me .
i send it to the warnaty and they send it me back and sayd there is no problem LOOOL ?

in this moment i am downloading the software .. I will be back with a answer .... but im 99 % that the problem will stil be ... this time i will send it with the video problem on card and i will say to them to watch the video so they can see what the problem is .. becouse they cheap my phone 2 weeks there and i dont whana stay widouth my phone 2 weeks ..
EDIT : Same Problem ..... i hate this problem !!! a lot of people have this problem on their K850i !!!

Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 illumination problem

One of the four exterior LED illumination sets appears to have failed. I've used plenty of Sony Ericsson phones, and this is the first to ever have a problem (probably because it was the only one manufactured by HTC).
Any other X1 owners on agoraquest that have had a similar problem?

How do I sync my new Sony Ericsson K850i?

I've plugged in the USB cable, followed all the instructions, but iSync cant find the device! Have I wasted my money?

You need an iSync Plugin to use the K850i with iSync - it is not natively supported. (Only the phones listed here are currently.)
You can get a suitable plugin from here: http://www.feisar.com/isync_plugins.html
Note that you will need to use Bluetooth to sync the phone, not the USB cable.

Satellite U500-178 to Sony Ericsson W995 bluetooth connection problem

Hi,
Both the PC and the phone identify the other but when you try to connect from the laptop it pops up with "Detection of service failed". The phone pops up with a similar message if you try to connect from the phone.
I have updated the phone software and the laptop is running Toshiba Bluetooth Stack for Windows version 7.00.08.
Bluetooth is enabled on both devices.
Any ideas what the problem could be?

Right-click on the Bluetooth system tray icon and select Options...
Check in the General tab. Ensure that the "Bluetooth Information Exchange Service" is enabled.
Check in the Windows Device Manager if the COM ports 15-19 exists.

I am new to Flash Lite, and is know wondering what the
difference is in a Standalone and a Browse flash lite file?
Is it so that a Nokia can install the file, but Sony E have
to browse for it.....?
Tried to browse for the swf file (flash lite 2,0) with a Sony
Ericsson K850i, but the file did not work.
Can anyone help me?

The PC suite won't work as its for Windows PCs not Macs.
You don't need .Mac to use iSync. You just need an iSync Phone Plugin for the Sony Ericsson K800i from here:

Problem transferring files to Sony Ericsson T610

I cant manage to transfer files from my G4 iBook with OS 10.4.2 to my Sony Ericsson T610 phone.
Pairing works fine, and I can download email using the T610 - but each time I try and transfer a file using Bluetooth File Exchange, I get an alert saying The file transfer failed: the recipient has stopped or refused the transfer.
I have Bluetooth File Transfer switched on. I have Bluetooth enabled in the phone as well as the iBook, and Im using a D-Link USB dongle. Ive also tried with a Belkin Bluetooth adapter.
Ive tried setting up pairing from the phone instead of the iBook, but the problem remains.
Any ideas?

Workaround for Canvas.removeCommand Sony Ericsson problem wanted

Is there a workaround for this problem (Sony Ericsson Phones)? http://developer.sonyericsson.com/message/47012 It's about Canvas.RemoveCommand. When I remove and add commands old commands are sometimes left in the list of commands on the right menu button. I have a Sony Ericsson K610i. I added more repaint();'s only resulting in a list of 5 commands. The list i supposed to be 2 commmands but I usually get 2 valid + 1 old command in the list at this stage in my midlet.

Well, I found a temporary solution. When you are having a conversation at iChat and want to leave it, don't close the conversation first, but try to close the headset pressing the button for a long time. The OS will get the message "Bluetooth Disconnected" but the next time the headset (open it again of course) will work!

Sony Ericsson Website Problems

When i used to go to the sony ericsson website, i could preview the ringtones through safari. by going to their site, and going to http://www.sonyericsson.com/fun/ and clicking the US english and then navagating to the ringtones section, i could click on the preview/listen button and i could listen to the ringtones. now, i can not do so through safari, even though i have the lastest flash player and quicktime. i would like to know why this is happening. thank you!

MMS Receiving Problem from Nokia/Sony Ericsson

I'm facing a wired problem in receiving MMS from nokia or sony ericsson! I can send MMS to any device successfully and content can be viewed. I can receive MMS from BlackBerry devices but when any nokia/sony ericsson device sends any MMS I get a notification for MMS message but can't view the content. An X sign appears right beside the MMS. Amazingly if I click forward button, the same MMS content can be viewed!!!
Does anyone faced any situation? Is there any remady????

Hi Ben! If I consider that media from Nokia/Sony Ericsson is not supported by BlackBerry then how come that same content becomes viewable when I click forward button? I do believe that RIM continuously improving things for its customers. I'm using the updated software release for my carrier but issue still remains! To my understanding this problem lies in compatibility.

Problems in installing jar file in Sony Ericsson Elm & K800i - Operation Failed

We have developed a J2ME application, the .jar file of the application is not getting installed in some of the Sony Ericsson devices such as Elm, K800i etc - getting 'Operation failed' message. But it is getting successfully installed in some other devices. Can anyone let us know what could be the problem even though the devices are MIDP 2.0 and CLDC 1.1 supported.

Sony ericsson W810i connection problem with macbook

I have a Sony Ericsson W810i, and I want to transfer some photo's from the phone to my macbook. I can get the bluetooth to link with the phone for tranfer, but I'm having problems when I try to use the USB cable. When I connect the USB cable, the phone recognizes the connection, and warns not to disconnect from the cable untill...etc. however, I never get an Icon on the computer recognizing the phone. in short, The mac never sees the phone. any ideas???

I don't believe Macs are cell phone compatible without some 3rd party hack or application. You might do a Google search for your phone model and Mac.

Problems with my 6300 paired with Sony Ericsson B/...

I hope someone can help with this...
When I pair my 6300 (firmware v.5.5) with my Sony Ericsson stereo Bluetooth headset (HBH-DS970) I get a message "Only Audio Files will be transferred."
ONLY the music controls work! No phone audio or functions at ALL: no phone audio, the answer phone button does not work, and caller ID function doesn't work.
Has anyone else had this problem, or know of a fix?

The full retail install disks are available here and at any Apple Store and many computer retailers. Also, check the system requirements. Be sure your Mac has firewire and enough ram to run Tiger. At this point you might be able to find the disks at a slightly discounted price because of the coming release of 10.5 Leopard. But be sure it is the black disk, boxed version if possible.
EDIT: And the install disc for Tiger is a DVD, so be sure your iMac has DVD.
This may help to narrow down the model iMac you have.

Connecting via BlueTooth (Sony Ericsson) To Internet Problem - SOLVED

I am trying to use my mobile phone, Sony Ericsson T650i, to surf the web via BlueTooth from my MBP.
I can connect via Bluetooth, the lights all go green on Net Diagnostics but cannot actually surf the web.
Tried different CID values, APN etc etc and spoke to the cellular provider also whom tried to assist.
Still cant get on the web.
Strange thing is the Net Diag lights are all green.....
Any ideas please ?
SOLVED: Need to turn on BlueTooth Internet on the phone under Bluetooth and choose the correct portal !

could you describe in more detail how you did it? I'm trying to connect my sony ericsson k810i to internet via my mac dsl-- (I have tmobile pay as you go, so no gprs/wap etc.)
