Hi idk if this is right forum to post it in but i got a 200SEK gift card which i redem to my account on sony music unlimited but when i'm gona apply for 30 days trial it asks for credit card so i give my visa card number in and so but it just says that my card number is not vaild but i have typed it right 5 times and it throws error anyway so if this is not support place for it then where can i e-mail or submit this to right area since i cannot find any e-mail support or any ticket area at sony music unlimited site

  • Renewing Ovi Music Unlimited Problems

    OK, I found out how to renew my ovi music unlimited for another year for what appears to be a reasonable £33.99. I paid. Now I can't use it because the phone I have is already registered. I know! I just extended that registration! Does anyone know how to get round this? Is there a form I can fill in to ask Nokia what to do? My £33.99 suddenly seems like a lot of money! I sell these damn things and I'm wondering if I should tell all the hardcore Nokia fans I talk to that, actually, they aren't so good after all! Someone help? Please? )

    I'm in the same position... I have a Nokia X6-00 32Gb with Ovi Music Unlimited subscription that ran out on 21 December 2010. I want to renew my subscription to 'OMU' for another year but I cannot find any way to update either via my mobile direct or via Ovi Music Player on the PC.
    I can get to the page where the server tells me my subscription has expired but that's it... no option to renew I've been tearing my hair out with frustration for days now.
    Little help please?

    I had brought the broucher from Oxicash for nokia unlimited music but twhen i try to put the code in mobile its given the error "There is a problem sending the Voucher code . Please try again after some time ."
    I am trying to put that code form past 3 days but giving me the same error . and when i put the wrong its gives me that voucher is invalid . plzz suggest

  • Music Unlimited Won't Show Up In My Walkman App

    On my Z it worked fine and it may be cause I bought an imported model, but I can't get Sony Music Unlimited to show up within my Walkman app. Any ideas or fix or do I just suffer from early adoption? Thanks!

    It sounds like your phone comes from a country where the Music Unlimited service is not available. The phones we sell in countries that doesn't have Music Unlimited doesn't have any integration with this service in Walkman.     Sound is still not good enough and sony music unlimited
    Music Unlimited pha!! That's a joke sort it or loose a customer a fed up customer

    Probably bandwith issue and so low bitrate.
    What format do they use? I hope it's not old fashion and terrible sounding mp3. It's probably drm'd, so no interests in restrictions.
    Personally i just don't understand why they don't offer lossless multichannel audio when you pay for it.
    (they just force me to download flac torrents )

  • SBH52 and song names / artists using music unlimited

    I'm a subscriber to the Sony Music Unlimited service, but I've noticed that the song name/artist do not appear on the SBH52 when using the Walkman app.  This is also the case when using Google Music.  They appear fine when playing songs locally stored on the player.  But doesn't that defeat the purpose of Music Unlimited?  
    I have a Sony Xperia Z Ultra.
    Is there any way that future firmware updates can support this? Or is there another setting or utility that can be used?

    Oh wow, is this really the case?
    I have the sbh52 on pre order, but was hoping the walkman app would be linked to the sony accessories by default.
    The walkman app also doesn't work with the smartwatch 2 I have, so likely for the same reason
    Who would want to use the poor music unlimited app with these assesories when the walkman app links to them and is much slicker.
    Please make the changes Sony, these are the basics ....

  • Sony Xperia Z1, Music Unlimited and Throw

    Hello,
    I have a Sony Xperia Z1, a Sony Bravia KDL-40EX721 and a Sony Bluray BDV-N590.
    While using the Walkman app with Music Unlimited, i'm trying to use Throw to DLNA the music to my TV or Bluray and it's not working. It says something like "Error could not show media contents".
    If the Throw option is available in the Walkman app with Music Unlimited, why is it not working? Do i have to configure anything?
    Throw works with the contents stored on my phone (images, music and videos) but it doesn't with the Music Unlimited audio.
    Is there a fix for this?

  • Music Unlimited streaming no longer working on And...

    As per the title the issue started about a week ago - until that point it worked perfectly. We have several Android devices in the house - Nexus 4, Nexus 7 and a couple of Galaxy Tab 2's - but none of them will stream via Sony's Music Unlimited app anymore. I have tested the Nexus 4 on other networks and Music Unlimited streaming works perfectly. I have also just installed the Hideman VPN app on the Nexus 4 and enabled a VPN connection over our BT line and the streaming via Music Unlimited will then work. 
    I'm just posting this in the hope that someone can explain why I am seeing the behaviour - are BT doing something to prevent the Music Unlimited streaming from working on Android devices (works OK via Windows PC, PS3 and an iPad)? Why does it work over VPN? Also, strangely, I can download playlists for offline use in MU on the BT connection but can't stream.
    I tried various things over the weekend to try the fix the issue but no luck (including reloading the android app, factory resetting the HH3 etc.).
    Any help or clues as to what is happening would be much appreciated - thanks!

  • 4.2.2 upgrade bug re Music Unlimited

    I hope this helps anyone else who hits this very vexing problem.  Took two solid days of phone calls, but I finally reached someone somewhere in the world at Sony who was able to explain this and help me fix it.  He said it is a known bug.  The 4.2.2 Xperia Z wifi tablet upgrade created the appearance that my (and your?) tablet was actually several different devices that had all logged in to Music Unlimited, thereby violating a three-device limit on the basic paid Music Unlimited subscription.  After that happened, I was prevented from saving any new music for OFFLINE playback.  For example, I could save an album while online, and I could place the album in a playlist that was checked for "available offline", but then when I went offline the album and playlist would not be there.  The solution was that I had to delete all my Music Unlimited account files and info from the Xperia Tablet and then sign back in to Music Unlimited.  My music was saved (I guess backed up from somewhere in the clouds), so I was restored and good to go.  

    First, open Music Unlimited app on your Xperia tablet, go to Settings/Account Settings and Sign Out.  Then close out of the app.
    Second, open Settings on the tablet, and select Apps.  You must go through settings, not through the Apps tab.  Under Apps, select Music Unlimited.  Under Storage, select Clear Data.  Under Cache, select Clear Cache.
    I think that was all there was to it. Then I restarted Music Unlimited, and it started to give me first-timer's welcome to the service, except when it was done loading it somehow recognized me and backed up my albums and playlists from The Cloud.  The only glitch was that it unchecked every Available Offline box on all my playlists, so I had to go back in and re-check them.
    I only use one device on Music Unlimited.  If you run more than one device, it is possible that this process might be more involved.  Good luck

    I noticed that you've updated the WALKMAN App to a very clean and styled look, but there is a major error: Whenever I try to log in to Music Unlimited, WALKMAN force closes immediately as well as when the widget is trying to refresh on the home screen..please fix ASAP!

  • Sony Music app crash

    Hey everyone,
    I have a problem with the sony music app, when the app has a playlist this is played but at some point the app without message stopped, the icon of Play stil on the task bar, but don't respont, so, I can go to the app again and start the play list again, and the same behavior happen again, this happen with the google music app too.
    The Visualizer of this app is awesome!!! but sometimes crash too... And another thing, when I try to listen music with a bluetooth speaker or headphones this is interrup with long pauses, I see this pattern when many process are running request to internet, but, this isn't a normal behavior.
    I don't try something until now, I wish give more technical information, but, I don't know if exist like an event viewer with a log of all the errors.
    I'm happy with my tablet but this details aren't cool.
