Sony VAIO VGN nr475n Processor upgrade

I want to speed up my vgn nr475n. I considered a processor and RAM upgrade so can you tell me which is the maximum GHz for my model and the best ram upgrade?

Looking at the Intel GM965 Express chipset specifications shows compatible processors and the fastest listed that has the same 800 MHz FSB like the currently installed T5670 is the Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor T9500 (6M Cache, 2.60 GHz, 800 MHz FSB). Supposedly the Intel GM965 also supports Extreme processors, but becareful the liklihood of compatibility on those processors are lower. Please note all of this information is speculative, but it's based off of existing documentation, there is a reasonable amount of certainty that the upgrades will work. It's all experimentation in the end. Lastly, upgrade to an SSD.
