- Try a reet:
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Next connect to computer and if it shows in iTunes restore the iPod.
- If the screen is still white, let the battery fully drain and charge for an hour.
- If still white screen it is time for an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.
- If not, the try the reset and connect to iTunes and restore. Also try placing the iPod in recovery mode and then restore. For recovery mode:

I understand that after you updated to iOS 8.2, while typing a message your iPhone seems to be locking itself. In this situation, there are a couple of different troubleshooting steps that I would recommend.
First, I would suggest closing the Messages application completely by using the instructions in the attached article below.

After the Messages app is closed, I would recommend resetting your iPhone using the instructions in the next attached article. After the reset, open Messages fresh and attempt to use as you normally would.

hi when creative clouds show me there is an update and i open it the window is white, when i mark it with the mouse there i see the text after updating cc i open it, its all so it will be, know somebody whats the problem? i use am normal pc with win 7 64 bit (prog wich runs in background are kaspersky , spyder calibration for screen and my printsoftware (brother)
i hope somebody can help me to fix that

greetz thomas from germanyElaine. What are you trying to import from? Are you inserting a camera memory card in the slot on the side of your mac? Are you connecting your camera to the mac through a USB cable? It sounds like you can see your pictures, where do you see them, on the memory card that you open on your desktop, or are you using software that came with your camera?

Just let the battery drain until the screen shuts off. When you charge it back up it should boot up normally.

My iPod has a white screen. After holding down the middle and menu button, the screen goes black then back to white and beeps twice. I have returned to original settings and resorted content to no avail. I still have a white screen. I have plugged it up and tried resetting again and again, still a white screen with two beeps - help.
I have the same exact issue. Fifth generation iPod Nano, blank screen, Restore had no effect. I'm running Windows 7 Home, with all software up-to-date. I suspect hardware damage. Any clarification would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

If restoring as new (without using a backup) didn't help, the phone has a major hardware failure. Take it to Apple or whoever provides iPhone service in your country.
