You are right, but how could i send it to Apple? when the phone company first replaced my iphone they had in stock alots of iphones and they just sent mine back to Apple and gave me a new one, so all i did is to give them my phone, but now how could i sent it to Apple? and i cant send it by myself, and the store wont do that, its a lost for them.. so sending it to Apple wasnt an option from the begining.

I am using 4K Footages for editing in Premiere pro CC 2014, but its getting crash in between at every 15 to 20 mins. Kindly suggest how can it be solved, does any plugins or settings needed to edit 4K footages? I've been trying to install Premiere Pro CC 2014 all day. It will begin the installation then progress. Suddenly it will decrease the %complete. Once it went all the way to 84% then failed. Can anyone tell me why this has happened. I have never had any trouble installing any other apps from my CC Membership.

Flickering footage in Premiere Pro CC 2014 but not in Premiere Pro CC 2013
Hi guys,
I've been having repeated issues with Premiere Pro CC 2014 on Windows. Basically my footage has a weird strobe/flicker when in the suite and when rendered off even although the footage looks fine, unaltered out of the camera. I rendered off the same footage in the 2013 edition of the software and there is no flicker/strobing going on. I've included one of the worst effected shots in CC 2014 and CC 2013 for comparison.I also experience graphical glitches occasionally when rendering. Please watch below:

The footage was shot on a Nikon D3200 at 1080p 25fps, aperture 3.5, shutter 1/50, ISO 400.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? My suspicion is an issue with either my graphics card or insufficient RAM.Thanks for posting that info. This mirrors the issues I'm seeing with DSLR footage.
It's so hit or miss if it's going to flicker. I'll delete renders and re-render and certain clips will be fine, others are now flickering. I tried to make a test project that demonstrated this issue, but couldn't reproduce the effect. RGB Curves and Three Way CC are in my list of effects, as well, where I see the issue.
Just curious, is anyone else working on projects started in other versions/computers? I've seen it on project started in PPro CC and finished in CC'14. Saw it again on a project started on Mac in FCP7, converted to CC'14 Win7. Quite honestly, I haven't been starting projects myself in CC'14 because of the flicker issues.
As a workaround, I was hoping to import the CC'14 project back into CC or Media Encoder CC, but no luck there.
Another issue I've had with CC'14 includes converting a CC project to CC'14, giving it to a CC'14 Mac user and the A/V sync is lost. We abandoned that collaboration all together because of the issues. CC'14 has been incredibly unproductive to my workflow, despite the great interface update and various other features added. I haven't had mystery issues like this since CS4. I'm keeping our post team in CC as much as possible until the issues are resolved.

I am trying to connect my new nano to my iTunes account. I keep getting msg "ipod detected but not identified properly. disconnect and reconnect. if problem persists uninstall/reinstall iTunes". I've uninstalled/ reinstalled iTunes 6 times but keep getting the same msg.
when installing iTunes I get a pop-up "iTunes helper error" check access. with options to abort, retry, ignore. retry doesn't work. ignore installs iTunes but it doesn't recognize my nano. abort shuts down the download.

Premiere Pro CC 2014.0.1 update, still audio bugs
What can I do?, I've been reporting this bug since I have memory, the "audio cuts out" bug is still present, and is really annoying.
First I thought it was my computer, but searching in google is confirming that the problem have years and is still in the new versions, so, is not my computer.

Redgiant Universe 1.3 effects load into Premiere Pro CC 2014 but don't appear in FX list
Anyone else having this problem? Until yesterday I had the RedGiant Universe plugins working happily in CC2014 as a trial, but then I upgraded to a paid version. The plugins in my edit were still applied but no longer functioned. So I did what I thought was the reasonable thing, and re-installed the plugins. Now they show as loading at startup, but don't appear in the Premiere effects list, and give a 'not present' warning when loading the project. I initially thought that maybe the new Nvidia graphics driver had caused a problem, but reverting to an earlier system config didn't help...
If anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them! Install is on Win7 64 running on an i7 PC with 24gb RAM and an Nvidia GTX570.

I had the same problem with paid version of Denoiser.
I downloaded the whole package again from the website and installed Denoiser only and it appeared.
It's possible that there was newer version online when I downloaded it, I didn't check numbers.
It's free to download a new version. As long as your key still works, you are legal. Maybe try installing couple of times.

I can start up my premiere pro CC 2014 but as soon as I choose a project to open, it loads for a second and then I keep getting the same error window that says: Adobe premiere Pro CC 2014.2 has stopped Working

Premiere Pro CC 2014.2 Crashing while loading project...
When trying to open Premiere project the program opens and looks like it will load and then crashes.
If I create a new project Premiere opens and I can import footage but as soon as I try to play footage in the preview window or drop it in the timeline the program crashes as well.

I can't figure out what the faulting module is.
I just installed CC 2014.2 3 days ago. It all worked fine until yesterday when Premiere started crashing. I restarted the system - same issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere2014.2 - same issue. Premiere seems to be the only faulting application. Everything else (Ps, Ae, Lr, Id, Au, Ai) appears to still be working.
My version of CS6 (Purchased before getting a creative cloud membership not downloaded through CC) is also still working properly.
Thanks for the help.Update: I updated my Graphics Card Driver to a more recent version. Restarted computer and reopened Premiere and similar crash happened. I went through to get some more crashes and had different crash reports. The faulty module is not always the same.

Premiere Pro CC 2014.1 has stopped working - Win 7 64 bit
It appears I do not have a graphics card that is compatible with the mercury engine. I have had three successful tests and one crash since I selected Renderer: "Software only"
I plan to upgrade to a Nvidia card or the supported Intel Iris Card.
This seams to be the issue but I am hesitant to use CC 2014.2 for the time being because I don't know if it will crash randomly and CS6 is working fine. The second error code with "Fault Module Name: OpenCL.dll_unloaded" seems to be directly related to the graphics card and rendering processes. I will update as I learn more.
Please comment with any suggestions or resolutions you have had. -
Premiere Pro CC 2014 playback freezing and crashing with new iMac i7
Using Premiere Pro CC 2014 and having constant playback freezing and software crashes on a brand new iMac i7.
Here are the specs:
iMac i7 4.0GHz 5k Retina
32 GB Ram
AMD Radeon R9 M295X 4GB graphics card
512GB Solid State Drive
I was on chat yesterday with an Adobe tech. Although playback/render settings show the OpenCL option to utilize the AMD graphics card for processing, I was advised to switch to "Software Only" as that card is not supported yet. I had to re-render my 45 minute documentary (which doesn't appear to be any faster than it was on my old 2011 iMac by the way) and it still has the same issues.
So frustrating? Anyone else experiencing this? Any advice? I hope I didn't just buy this "super machine" in vein.

Sign out from Creative Cloud, restart Premiere Pro, then sign in
Update any GPU drivers
Trash preferences
Ensure Adobe preference files are set to read/write
Delete media cache
Remove plug-ins
If you have AMD GPUs, make sure CUDA is not installed
Repair permissions
In Sequence Settings > Video Previews, change the codec to one that matches your footage
Disconnect any third party hardware
If you have a CUDA GPU, ensure that the Mercury Playback Engine is set to CUDA, not OpenCL
Disable App Nap
Reboot

I thought I saw that my thumbnails remained in chronological order in Premiere Pro CC 2014, but on second inspection, they're all randomly mixed up, as in previous versions. Does anyone know if there's a way to specify chronological order in thumbnial (icon) view? It drives me mad!
