Sort the content in KM folder according to date modified

Hi,
I have a KM folder which has around 80 documents. The content order is all jumbled. I tried both Manual Ordering and Disabled Manual Ordering. I want to sort it according to the Modified Date. Is this possible?
If so, could you please let me know.

Big Permissions Problem: "You Cannot Change The Contents Of This Folder"

I installed Tiger some time ago (and need to upgrade now from 10.4.6 to 10.4.9).
I haven't used it much since some of my software will only run under Panther.
In any case, I'm using it now and have been having big permissions/user accounts problems.
I have two users on the computer "robert" and "ra", both with admin privileges (I set up two because I was trying to get around these problems -- I'd be very happy with just one).
I have 10.4.6 installed on an external HD and boot from that into Tiger (I have Tiger on another external HD as a backup, and my main HD in the iMac has 10.3.9 -- that's what I boot from when I need to run older programs).
In any case, both "robert" and "ra" have ADMIN privileges. But I get weird ownership problems. For instance, if I am logged in as "ra" and try to play a Realplayer file streaming from the web (in Firefox 1.x), I get the error
/Users/robert/Desktop/307e6wz7 could not be saved, because you cannot change the contents of that folder.
I check the ownership of the "Desktop" folder -- read/write for "ra".
If I right-click I can save the Realplayer file to the desktop.
Same with other links.
I've also noticed other ownership problems (blocked folders at finder level) but can't duplicate tonight. Is this an obscure error, or is there something amiss in ownership recognition? Is there some way I can sort all out? Login in as "root" and set all right?

Yes they do. When you installed them you dragged these particular apps to the Applications folder. Doing so automatically attributes the program with the ownership attributes of the account owner who installed them - 'robert.'
Proper application installers install apps under the system/admin ownership. You can try to fix these apps by changing their permissions:
Select the app and CTRL-click to open the contextual menu. Choose Show Package Contents from the contextual menu. Select the Contents folder and press COMMAND-I to open the Get Info window. In the Ownership and Permissions section click on the tiny arrow icon to expose the panel. Click on the little lock icon to authenticate. Change permissions as follows:
Owner = system with Read/Write privileges
Group = admin with Read/Write privileges
Other with Read-Only privileges
Click on the Apply To Enclosed Items button. Close the lock by clicking again on the lock icon.

Sorting the contents of a listbox

Here is a real LabVIEW challenge: Sort the contents of a MULTICOLUMN LISTBOX after clicking on any of the column headers. I have no trouble doing this for a TABLE, because there the edit-position can be read through a property node and action is taking accordingly. In a listbox this is not available.

Is there a way to download a folder or all the contents in a folder? I uploaded all the photos into my Creative Cloud but now I am out of the office and working on another computer so I need all those images so I can create a DVD Slide show for A&M. I need all the images, over 100 of them. Is there a way I can download this entire folder or at least all the images in the folder at one time? All I can find for download is to download each image separately one at a time. I can't even select them all and say download every image selected. I don't want to sit here for hours downloading one image at a time, that's just ridiculous.

Firefox crashes whenever i want to install any addon or download any file. Some times i am receiving error while downloading any file like "could not be saved, because you cannot change the contents of that folder"

I am the user of latest firefox 3.6.6 browser. I am getting problems of frequent crashes whenever i tries to install any addon. The crashes also occures whenever i want to download any file.
I am also receiving errors while downloading any file like:

Change the folder properties and try again, or try saving in a different location. I already changed it many many times but still the same problem."
Adobe flash palyer is also giving problems of not responding. I am using updated version of it already. Java is also updated.
I already uninstalled firefox compeletly and re installed it many many times but still the same problem. I also scanned my computer with avira and malware bytes' Anti malware and got no dection. Please ractify this problem ASAP lest my profession will suffer.

How to read the contents of images folder using AS3

Hi,
I'd like to load the images in the folder dynamically without using XML.
Is there a mechanism in AS3 that enables me to read directly the content of images folder directly without using XML or should I use php to do that?

Yes you can do that without XML. You need to use the Loader() class to dynamically load the images. Check the documentation of the loader class.

When firefox trys to auto update, or I manually download the new version, or some but not all downloads off of the web, I get this error message. C:\Users\John\AppData\Local\Temp could not be saved, because you cannot change the contents of that folder.

First off, when firefox trys to auto update, it fails. It tells me to try and download the new version from mozilla's site. When I try to download the new version I get this: (C:\Users\John\AppData\Local\Temp could not be saved, because you cannot change the contents of that folder.)
This is the same message I have been getting when I try to download other things off the net. (When I use other browsers to download I dont have this problem)

Unable to sort the content in KM Iview

Hi All,
            I am facing one problem in solving the sort issue. There is one KM iview which is using LinkListExplorer as Layout. This LinkListExplorer is using LinkListCollectionRenderer which doesent have the sort proerty.
I am able to sort in KM content for the same content because there it is using AdminExplorer.
Can anyone help me in sorting the content by using LinkList Explorer.

As I am using the LinkListExplorer , in the Iview I am getting the   organize Entries link. when i click the link.... I will get the folders and files But I am not getting the Order option once I right click on any of the folders/files. Actually this order option is used to sort the content i think.
Can you help me on how to get the order option.

Syntax is correct but I get a query execution error (Error in WHEN/ENDWHEN structure)
I guess it's because this when don't have any REC instructions.
In other words, if the user selection at the package prompt step are CH20, CH30 or ES10
the variable has to be selection_PBPD
if another member is selected
the variable has to take other value

Will the *TEST_WHEN() statement work for this case?
The way that it works is that if the condition evaluates to TRUE, then the subsequent WHEN...ENDWHEN is processed, else it is not.
Have a look at Page 66 of "How To Use BPC Scripting Logic, Version 1.00, April 21, 2006" (It's a bit old but I use it a lot on our MS7.0 SP9 installation).

Ideally, the program you want to delete has an 'uninstaller' application and that should delete all the files. If that isn't available you could download and run this free app: http://www.freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/
Probably not as thorough but it will do the job of ridding you mac of most of the files associated with the app you no longer want.

There is a large thread relating to Gmail, but nothing that sounds like that.
Nobody here knows what Apple is going to do.
You might try removing the Gmail account and then add it back in.

once you get the SI_ID or SI_CUID of the favorites folder you need to write an additional query to pull all its children using:
select * from ci_infoobjects where si_parentcuid='<si_cuid of favorites folder>'
If the favorites folder contains folders with subfolders, this will be a recursive call. You can use query://{select....} or path://

If, by contents, you mean a list of the sender, subject, date etc., use [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/thunderbird/addon/importexporttools/ ImportExportTools] and right-click the folder, ImportExportTools/Export all messages in the folder/just index (csv or html).
