Sorting records all except one and maintaining index

I have a mysql table with three attributes.
att1 | att2 | att3
1 | 0.1 | 0.2
2 | 0.4 | 0.3
3 | 0.2 | 0.1
4 | 0.3 | 0.5
Now through my program, I select one record according to attribute 2. Suppose in this case I select the value 0.2(from att2) and get the index. Now what I want to do is: sort descending(here is want to exclude index 3 since it has already been identified by the first part of the program) according to the rest values in att3. I want the corresponding index of of these values too.
Can anyone help plz.... I have tried to make the problem clear...In case of doubt please ask me..

Ok. Found something that said to shut down and hold the option, command, p, and r keys on restart. Held them down for a few restarts and everything automatically signed in and works. Woohoo!!!

Some questions for you: Are you able to make copies with the printer, by using the scanner glass? Copying Documents.How is the printer connected? Wireless, or USB? You don't need a phone port on the iMac. The HP 7300 DeskJet Pro has an internal modem, you connect the printer's modem connection directly to your phone line. Please re-read the install directions that came with the printer.

Launch iTunes then from the menu bar click Store / View My Account / Edit My Information.
Make sure the Security Code and expiration date are available then click Done.

You should be able to just leave it on, it should have a sleep mode which it will enter after a while.

Just purchased an hp all in one and I can't download software called apple and they suggested either epson or canon as hp always causes trouble to mac's can anyone suggest a good ebson or canon all in one.

I just purchased an HP All-In-One and when I went to download software it said my Mac didnt support it to contact HP. When I contacted HP they wanted me to pay to set up my computer so the machine would work. I contacted Apple and the agent told me to take it back and get either Epson or Canon as HP is not always Mac friendly can anyone suggest a good Epson or Canon All In One. Thanks for your help..this HP is going back.

I have an HP photosmart C7280 All in One and I get a message that says pump motor stalled. I have done everything from resetting and turning it off. I have checked to make sure that there is not any paper jam. It makes a clicking sound after it has been reset and then the message "pump motor stalled" pops up. Any suggestions or should I just toss and buy new??? It is only three years old but it is out of warranty.

Need a convenient method to record ALL sound in- and output

Here's what I'm going to do: I'm working for a small music magazine and I'm going to be responsible for some of the interviews from now on. As they are often done by telephone I'm planning to use Skype, as it's a cheap method to call to foreign countries.
Now I need a simple and convenient method to record these calls for later review. I tried using 'arecord', but it takes sound from the capturing device set in 'alsamixer', which is either the microphone or the mixer (general sound output). However it has to be the microphone, otherwise I cannot talk in Skype.
So, 'arecord' is going to record the device which is set to capture, which is the microphone, so, I'm only getting my voice recorded, but not that of the interviewee.
It would be ok to have something that just records all audio output (independently of what's set in alsamixer) as I usually redirect the microphone to the output as well as I wouldn't hear me that well with the headset on. Commandline-tools would be prefered.

This is an example of String Aggregation, that is, taking a column on multiple rows, and concatenating all the values (however many htere happen to be) into 1 big string column 1 row.
Like everything else, exactly how to do it depends on your Oracle version.
