Sorting TV show artwork into One

Is there a way to create one single artwork for multiple episodes/an entire season in iTunes?
I have a couple seasons of a show from my personal collection in iTunes but for each episode in the season, it displays a multiple artwork. I'd like it to only have that particular season be the single artwork, and then have underneath it, all the episodes. Is this possible? Thoughts?

Highlight all in iTunes, paste picture into artwork tag. Click OK to save. It will update all to same artwork.

I have tried to sort all the tracks into one album to listen to the complete CD without having to keep choosing every song individually while on the nano.I have tried everything, sorting it by album/album and artist and also renaming the artist feat. so and so... can somebody please help me with this issue. Syncing iPad TV all shows appear under one title.

When I'm syncing my iPad air iOS 8.2 & iTunes 12, all my TV shows sync into one title, for example say I'm syncing NCIS (1 episode), The Mentalist (2 episodes), CSI (4 episodes) all of them will appear inside the NCIS title as 7 episodes.

For me they are now showing in one folder on my iPad, the folder has the artwork for one of the shows. If I click on the folder, it opens 3 folders for the 3 shows but none of the folders has a name. If I click on each folder I can see the individual episodes for that show.
I believe this started after the first sync since installing iOS 8.2. Before that, each show would have it's own separate folder and artwork.

ITunes 11.0.3 Songs view, show artwork + sort by that column = a bit of chaos

I have in recent months recreated my iTunes library, in iTunes 11, partly from backups from older libraries and partly with higher quality rips from CD. In the various views, everything looked great and organized. All songs neatly grouped in their Album with cover art applied. Took a little time and tweaking here and there as the CDDB sometimes has bad info, or lacks it. Anyhow. Even in Songs view, nothing was amiss.
Just updated to 11.0.3
Trying out the new Songs view with Album art (show artwork, always show).
When I now use that left column to sort albums by title; or other selection; several albums are split up into individual songs? Some albums get split into two. Another view two albums with the same name, the view will show one song for each album from each artist as an album, going up one number at a time. Another album, the last n songs get split off?
Manually created albums from stuff that predated iTunes suddenly get split up into little bundles of 1 or 3? Tried correcting by setting track # and disc #. Converting ID tag. Changing album name. Artist name. Finally setting Artist Album kicked that bunch together. But, that is something I have never had to set?
Most of these were carefully ripped in iTunes and then Get Info verified ensuring they all had the same artist, etc. and I overwrote stuff with disc 1 disc 2 as Album 2CD.
I just don't understand why it suddenly seeds the need to split it up, when in the regular album view or artist view everything is A OK.
Unless, of course this new view is buggy.

I'm not sure why it just showed for me either.
I litterally have been rebuilding my library fresh on a new system in iTunes 11 from hard drive backups, optical discs and from fresh rips of our favorite music at higher bit rates. Been adding art work from the web or self scanned. Making sure all tags are correct and to my liking. Correcting some things from CDDB or typing it all out if it couldn't find it.
So in 11.0.2 everything looked 100% per album and per artist, both locally on the system and via iOS remote.
Out comes 11.0.3 with its new song view with art work ... and dozens of albums went haywire.
I understand this may have come about way back, but I'm hardly a music library novice and I go back from before we had iTunes So, it had me scratching my head, why stuff that was fine yesterday, and actually still today in the artist view or album view (via the chicklets) would turn on its head all of a sudden in song view, which has always been my default view! Sorted by album title (column 4 or 5) I can only conclude something is different with this new artwork + sorting column.

How do I put all the episodes from a TV show into one iTunes folder?

Can someone tell me how to put all the episodes from a TV show into one folder? I'm not sure how I did this, but while converting my dvd's to digital on my computer, one TV show (Firefly) created one folder with the Firefly name, and within that folder are all the episodes. I've tried to recreate this with MASH, but it just puts each episode into the TV library. This gets very messy with alot of different TV shows. Help! Thanks!!

In principle TV Shows are grouped on the Show field and within a show sub-grouped on Season No. In practice recent builds of iTunes and/or Apple TV firmware seem to be taking account of Album, Artist & Album Artist in certain views. For consistency I would suggest the following approach:
Show = Album = <Show Name>
e.g. "30 Rock"
Artist = Album Artist = <Show Name> Cast (or something like that)
e.g. "30 Rock Cast"
Season No. = <Season No.> or <Blank> (Separate seasons or all listed together)
e.g. 1-3
Episode ID = s##e## (This field, sorted alphabetically, controls order)
e.g. s01e01 - s03e58 (use s##e### when >99 episodes)
Episode No. = Track No. = <Absolute Episode No.>
(Can also be per season, but abs. is better) e.g. 1 - 58
Disc No. = <Season No.> (Can be set even if merging seasons)
e.g. 1-3
Taking this approach you can always merge or split into individual seasons simply by clearing or setting the Season No. field.

Can you sort multiple albums into one single album....?

So my situation is like this...
I have multiple albums from one specific Band (in this case its music from Shin Megami Persona.) I have all 8 albums sorted separately in Itunes. When it is sync'd to my Iphone it will show all of them in order which is typical. What I am curious about is if I can put the Albums into one Album name and when I click it, it will then show the 8 albums. Basically, this is for the sake of not having a lengthy album list on the iphone.
If my question/explanation was unclear, maybe this might help.
My current Album list looks like this:

Paramore
Persona Reincarnation
Persona 3 OST
Persona 4 OST
Persona 3 FES OST

Thanks. That was very easy and works perfectly. Do you know if I can get my 08 edited footage back into 06 for some additional editing without exporting as a Quicktime movie that I can't edit? I want to add audio tracks that I can edit in synch with my video footage like I can in 06. Thanks!

Can't Get Missing Album Artwork 7 Consolidating "orphaned" songs into one a

Hi, I have two problems with artwork and managing albums:
1. itunes does not find the artwork. The vast majority of the albums are by the most popular rock bands, but itunes can not find the artwork and says that it does not exist.
Any ideas? Could it be an issue of formatting the songs? I recently transferred all of my songs over from and XP machine to a Vista machine.
2. When I import CDs, itunes often splits or orphans a few songs as separate, so they show up as their own album. This seems to happen when the main artist is singing a duet, or when the CD is a compilation of many artists. Any ideas of how to "merge" them into one album?

Hey there,
Regarding your album artwork, you need to make sure the artist name and the album name are entered in your iTunes libary exactly as they appear in the iTunes store. iTunes compares your library to the store collection to find matches and download album art for you, but it doesn't read the information the same as you or I would. The characters have to match one for one, including no spaces at the end of the artist or album name. The easiest way to circumvent character mismatches is to highlight all of the tracks of an album (control clicks or shift clicks) and click File > Get Info. You can then enter this information once and it will apply to each track.
Regarding the album splits, what you'd want to do is highlight all the tracks of the album and click File > Get Info. Enter the artist's name under both the Artist and the Album Artist fields, and enter the album name in the Album field.

Is this one of those CDs where the main artist asks their friend to sing a song with them?
Such as, Slash's new album. Track 1 is "Slash Feat. Ian Astbury", track 2 is "Slash Feat. Ozzy Osbourne" and so on.
To fix this, select all the tracks on that album, right-click > Get Info, and say YES to changing multiple items.
Put "Slash" in the *Album Artist* field (for this example, of course).
Make sure it is the *Album Artist* field, not the plain Artist field.

Unfortunately, in your case, there isn't really a way to separate them as far as I can think.
You could try restoring from a backup, and choosing an older backup perhaps

Change the album title to AlbumX, apply, then change back to Album. Repeat as necessary.

According to an Apple Support article, unless there are unforeseen issues
in file ownership or permissions, the combining of .PDFs should be simple.

There are a few variable and similar methods, some change with version
of OS X in use; some vintage OS X may vary a little in the process...

I need to combine two slide shows into one and put the whole thing into a loop for a Kiosque. Can someone help?

Drag and drop the slides from the Thumbnail viewer (left side of the window) from one Keynote to the other. They should copy with all the Actions and Transitions still in place. Then go to Inspector>Document Tab and check the box that says to Loop slideshow.
