Sound recorded from the phone through in-line to Zen V is weak, not loud eno

I wonder if anyone is trying to achieve the same result with more success. When I record from the phone through a cable to the Zen V and transfer the recording to the computer the sound is not loud enough to be easily understood, despite the fact that on the Zen with the earphones the quality is satisfactory. Can someone help get a louder recording into the computer?TIA

I have tried that. I had listened to the headphones to monitor the sound. It is the pre-set recording level programed in the player. There should be a way to back it down if needed or set the pre-prog. level to a lower setting on the line-in mode. So far Creative is working with me via e-mail. Hopefully they can remedy my situation. Somehow I think I am not the only one with this problem.

IMAP account access by itself does not provide for syncing contacts, calendar events, and notes or anything over the air. This is possible with an Exchange account accessed via ActiveSync with the Exchange Server.
If your company email account is an Exchange Account, your company's IT Dept. has enabled IMAP account access for your Exchange account on the Exchange server?
If an Exchange account, the IT Dept. must have ActiveSync enabled for your account on the Exchange Server to create and access the account as an Exchange account which provides Push access for received messages, and over the air syncing for contacts and calendar events with the Exchange Server.

Recording from the phone to computer

Hey all. I am trying to use Captivate to capture a phone
call. I have used a plug in microphone in the past, however have
not done so trying to capture a webinar. I need to have the phone
line run into the computer to have captiviate to record.

Indeed, Camtasia may well be the better tool for this. It's
because of the inherent way Camtasia records VS the way Captivate
records.
I think this is what Larry was saying. I think Larry was
thinking that in order to record a meeting this way, one would want
to kick off full-motion recording and record the whole movie. This
would be a bad idea for Captivate. You would end up with a single
slide that you couldn't edit if you did this. But I could see where
you might record a meeting using Captivate and taking screen
captures here and there while possibly also recording audio.
Camtasia records a large AVI file that you may later edit
like you can the Captivate slides.

If you were not syncing the contacts in your phone with a contact manager or cloud service, there is no way to get them from the car to the phone other than manually re-entering them in the phone.

To display records fetched from the DB through ALBPM, in a custom JSP

I want to display the records fetched from the database through ALBPM in a custom JSP as a table.
Currently I am fetching the records and putting them in a BPM object group and sending it to the JSP as a BPM object. Now in the JSP I am trying to iterate and create a table to display the fetched data using the JSTL tag ==>
<c:forEach ...... >
</c:forEach>
But I am always getting the following error in ALBPM workspace:
The task could not be successfully executed. Reason: 'java.lang.RuntimeException: /webRoot/customJSP/CustomerSearch1.jsp(29,2) No such tag forEach var in the tag library imported with prefix c'
Though there is a tag forEach var in the JSTL?? How to solve this error or is there any altrnative way to display the records in a JSP ??

Hello. I use custom JSP and it works well. You have to make sure 2 things:
a) You have imported the libs, including these lines in your JSP:
<%@ page session="true" %>
<%@ taglib uri="http://java.sun.com/jstl/core" prefix="c" %>
<%@ taglib uri="http://fuego.com/jsp/ftl" prefix="f" %>
b) The variable you are using in the "forEach" statement is stored in the BPM object you pass to the JSP in the call.

Success!! There truly is a light at the end of the tunnel. Apple support really did come through and I am successfully back into my account. Ready to purchase more music. I followed the instructions, with patience I thought I lost, submitted my problem, someone emailed me back within two days and all is now perfect. Thanks again Apple.

You really need a newer Mac Mini with a true HDMI output, because that Mac Mini's DVI output does not support Audio.
You might try a 3.5mm to RCA adapter
from the Mac Mini's headphone jack to the TV's audio input,
but that would require being able to select the Audio input in the TVs menu while using it's HDMI input.
Optionally you could also use an external 2.1 Speaker System or patch the audio from the Mac Mini to your home stereo system to enhance that older Mac Mini's audio.

Thanks, James. Sadly, I had not upgraded to iOS 7 as I only had an iphone 4 and those I knew with the 4 who upgraded had major issues with battery life, so I decided not to upgrade. However, I know the phone was locked because the new "owner" called and hung up on me while calling the number I listed in the "This phone is stolen message" set by the cloud. Are you saying that my phone will remain locked if they don't know how to break into it? Or are you saying that it will no longer stay locked once I turned off service to the phone?

How do I transfer photos from my iPhone to my computer that I orignally uploaded to the phone through iTunes?

I set up my iPhone on my old computer and had transferred photos onto the phone through iTunes. That computer has since crashed, and I was unable to untinstall itunes before it crashed. I would like to transfer the photos from my iPhone to my new computer to free up some space on my iPhone. Sine these are not pictures that i took with the iPhone, how do I transfer them to a computer? These are baby pictures of my kids, and I do not want to lose them but am out of space on my phone.

So I ended up uploading all of them to Google Drive. Took 8 hours, but I got it done. However, now I can't delete any of these pictures from the iPhone. Can anyone help me with that? - Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so.
Try the following to rule out a software problem
- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost

- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. Seems you have a bad headphone jack.

I have reset my phone a few times and it still tells me when I push the volume buttons that it is my headphone volume. I have even tried turning off my Bluetooth setting and it still tells me that my headphones are where the volumes is. AHHHH!!!! I can not talk on my phone unless I use my blue tooth. Nothing is coming out of the receiver of the phone. HELP !!!!

Audio is taken via?Digital Output (not the optical one) from the External box to a Sony Cinema Amp.
Have installed using the Vista X-Fi CD and updated to the July 2008 drivers.
Problem:
Unable to record from the Phono input on the external breakout box, in fact only the Line-In on the actual card seems to work, but when recording via the Creative Entertainment Console the recording has what sounds like reverb applied to it. Recording via Vista's Sound Recorder produces a clean sound but is in WMA and very low quality.
Other Obvious Problems:
Have to manually select the Input port via Vista's Sounds Panel, by setting the required input as 'default device'.
Headphone socket on the external box doesn't anything coming out of it.
Question:?
Has anyone sucessfully recorded via the Phono input on an Elite Pro under Vista x64, and if so how

Huhu, right-click onto the window where all devices like microphone or speaker output are listet (record, playback) (Controlpanel " sound") Then you have the option to enable "show deactivated devices" maybe then the phono input is available to your needs.
