Source system problem - very urgent

Hi Friends
We used to use PRD250.We have changed the source system to ATH250.Every infosource has 2 tr rules.1 is for ATH250 and 1 is for PRD250.Now we are trying to delete the Tr rule for PRD250 datasource one.
But it's not allowing to delete.It's saying that
"There is no DataSource with these attributes".
I am trying to delete infosource and it's saying that
"InfoObject 0COMP_CODE of communication structure still being used"
How can i delete either Tr rules for PRD250 or infosource?

Data source Delta problem very urgent

We are in Media Company and just implemented SAP BI and the datsource
used by us is 0ME_ISM_AM_ORDER_1.
The process is when a order is booked . there is a version created and
if the order is modified "n" number of times, then "n" number of
versions are created and this creates prblem in our delta load as the
last version should exist but in this case all the changes in one order
(i.e that many number of versions) are created and delta load is unable
to finish.(because all versions keep updating in delta queue ) we are
allocated 2 hours to complete delta but here the process of delta keeps
running .
i delta queue is all version can be found.

Please try to run the V3 update with queued delta option as it will run the periodic collective run where last version will be maintained.
Once the delta brings data to RSA7 let us load the same into ODS(Change log will maintian the versions for Number version created) and then into CUBE, this is very specific deisgn suggestion for the kind of scenario that u mentioned below.

SAPscript Output Problem - Very Urgent - Please help

I am having the following problem with SAPscript.
In the Main Window, I have instructions to the printer in the ZPL2 language (For Zebra Printer).
There are also several variables, which are highlighted in Gray and enclosed in the&.
There are also several elements all of them empty except for the one where this code is.
Now, I received this program to modify in terms of code and the output.
IF you have never done any work with Zebra Printing, the way it is done is that you create a label using the Zebra BarOne or Zebra Designer program, then output it to an itf file, upload it into a standard text as .itf and copy the uploaded contents to the main window. When printing to a Zebra printer, the Zebra printer will read the instructions and will print the output.
Here is the problem: The config for the output type is correct.
When doing a printing test from SAPscript, I get the right output and the Zebra printer is able to print it.
However, the real process for this task will go through MB02. There, if I create a spool request using the proper method (select output type and etc.), it will go the spool. However, if I print preview or output (doesnt work with the Zebra printer, so I have to output to the Laser printer), it will output the following (none of the following includes any of the ZPL2 code/instructions. Instead, it seams to print the variables contents with the field name next to it This isnt whats its the Main window!!!)

Ok, maybe I have confused others in regards to the issue as well.
We expect this label to be output from a Zebra Printer.
When output through Sapscripts printing test, the preview from the spool shows the ZPL2 code in small font (non readible if a created a screenshot) and if sent to the Zebra Printer, it prints the label correctly.
When output through MB02, the preview from the spool shows the code that I have attached to the 1st post in this thread. If I try to output to the Zebra Printer, nothing happens because the ZPL2 instructions are not even in the preview and therefore, the Zebra printer recieves no instructions. I should not have mentioned the laser printer, because it has nothing to do with this issue.
I hope that this makes the issue a little more clear and understandable. Please help.
Here is the ZPL2 coding before uploading to standard text (only difference is that once uploaded, the '/' characters are removed.) However, I believe that the problem may lie in the print program and how it compiles but I debugged and haven't really seen where it comes from:

Report painter problem very urgent

Hi to ALL,
I have prepared two reports of cost centre through report painter. The format is proper is both the reports. The set is also correct and values in set(i.e cost centres) are also properly
but when we execute the report one report is being executed properly while other shows zero values. only when i doubleclick on zero amt and go to plan line items then it shows me values for that particular row in report.
Why is it so? what is solution to it? can it be possible that my tables are not correct. Ia m using CCSS table.
Pls this is very urgent

Can you check one thing...after selecting the zero you are getting the line item...chekc the total of that items...if it is coming zero..then no problem.
If not you can check in the no.format of that report. If you select the lacs format and your amount is below ten thousand...you will get the zero value only

Myself Source system problem after System Copy

Hi All,
We recently did a system copy (Production -> Dev). After the logical system rename is done, the myself source system is showing up as a External SAP system, in source system tree under SAP instead of BI. I'm not able to restore/activate it. Any inputs on this problem is appreciated.

Problem was with inconsistency in the RSBASIDOC table. Solved by deleting invalid entry and running BDLS again for this specific table.

Source system ZDBREMEDY is not known.
System Response
The imported data for DataSource was deleted again because the referenced source system does not exist and no mapping is defined in table RSLOGSYSMAP on an existing productive source system.

In BWD -- RSA1 -- source system -- under the UD-Connect folder it is showing
SDK_JDBC --ZDBREMEDY
But same folder in BWQ & BWP -- I did't see any thing in that UD-Connect Folder
What are the steps i need to do?

Creating new Source system problem

System: BW 3.5 client 010, want to connect to R/3 4.6c Sandbox client 0101
we just refreshed our BW 3.5 sandbox with current production data. Now we want to create the source system via RSA1 to point to R/3 Sandbox. When we try to create this we get this new error. I am not sure why it is
Error:
Logical system BIX010 exists already
Message no. R3222
Diagnosis
The SAP Business Information Warehouse BIX010 is already connected to the source system. A multiple connection is not possible.
For some reason, it is reading as BIX010(talking to the system itself) - BW Sandbox systems, it should be doing the source system creation for SBX010 not BIX010 (talking to the system itself)
I tried to create the system manually and automatically, still no luck.
I cannot see SBX010 source system in teh RSA1, I am afraid it might be in the database table and not showing up in the transaction RSA1, does anyone know the table that it has this information, so I can se16 and look at the entries?
Does anyone knows where to look for?

Goto SM50 and check for ABAP connections. Look for SBX010. If you don'T find it here you have to create it. Check also BIX010 if it'S connected to the right system.

Source System Problem after system refresh in RSA1 trx

We have R/3 4.7 Test source system created in our SCM 2007 Test System. The source system check was OK.
The R3 Test system was refreshed with Production data few days back and now my source system is not working. When i perform Source System check it says:

BI IDoc type ZSSB006 is not the same as source system IDoc type
I performed following steps in R3 Test system after its system refresh:
1. Created logcal system and created RFC.
2. Created port in trx we21.
3. Created partner profile in trx we20.
4. For the outbound parameter RSSEND, I had to create idoc type that should be same as in my SCM system i.e. ZSSB006.
5. Created idoc type using trx we30 as a copy of RSSEND and added entry in table EDIMSG. Now, i could also create outbound parameter RSSEND with idoc type ZSSB006.
After performing the above steps i also replicated the datasources for the R3 Test source system, but its still showing above error.
I also checked the RSBASIDOC table in SCM test system. It has correct entry for my source system. But there is no such entry in RSBASIDOC table in the R3 test system.
Someone pls help me.

Need to restore the All Dalaload connection settings after refresh the system which either R/3 or SCM.
RSA1 -> select the Source system -> Right click -> Restore , It'll ask the connecon paramters like RFC , method of activations. Then check the connection test of the Source system .
Check the the note for further info...

Hi Chintan,
Can you please check IDOC in your Target system. It should be the same type. Better you do the Partner profile steps.
Also please check have correctly created the idoc in Inbound or Outbound.
Consider the case like if its exist in BW as Out bound then its connected to Inbound IDOC of R/3 and vice a versa.
Please elaborate your refresh activites. Normally IDOC setting never get changed in you refresh activites.
Just check your BW system patch level and search for Notes.

I have installed Portal version SP9 on windows with MS SQL server as database . I am experencing some
issues during the system object creation for R3 . Below I will specify all the configuration I have done for
system object creation ,
1. I have selected the option Dedicated application server for R/3 system .
2. Under th eproperty category , I have selected Connector and put the following values .
Application Host - 128.1.7.2
Remote Host Type - Select -3
SAP Client - 120
SAP System ID (SID)- DV1
SAP System Number - 00
System Type - SAP_R3
Trace Mode - Select -01
3 . Then Under the property category , Web Application server ( WAS ) I have selected
the following properties .
WAS hostname - 128.1.7.2
Was Protocol - http
4 . Next step I have selected the User Management and put the below details
Logon Method - UIDPW
usermapping type - admin ,user
4. I have also created an alias and made it default
6. Then I have gone to usermapping under the user administration and created the
user mapping for the user .
But when I have tested the system object , I am getting the following error .

We have similar setup and having same userids in both R/3 (webas 6.40 based) as well as
in EP 6.0, so we are not doing any user mapping as recommended. I hope i gave all necessary
parameters under system object of categories user management with SAPLOGON, connector
properties and also WAS properties with hostname and type as http. When i try to do test
connection it is giving following error message:

Also when i try to do the testing of transaction from :
System Adm.>Support.>SAP Application>SAP transaction>
Select the system and Tcode and most important SAP GUI type = SAP GUI for Windows
i am getting connection broken error.
Let me know is there anything in specific which is missing.

Urgent Sql Query Problem - -Very Urgent

I need a urgent solution for a problem.I am
using the following query
select ename from emp where deptno =10
Now I will declare a bind variable and if user passes 'A'
then the query will run as it is and if he passes B
then it should run the above query with this additional clause -> birthdate - hiredate >15.
Please can any one help its very urgent

Assuming that you have a birthdate column in your emp table, the following will do what you are asking for:

However, the clause "birthdate - hiredate > 15" will only retrieve rows for employees who were born more than 15 days after they were hired. I doubt that this is what you really want, since this is impossible.

HP Pavilion DV 7 6101eg sound problem - very urgent!

The problem is this:
I bought a couple of days the new hp 6101eg, worked fine, until it crashed ingame while playing Assassins Creed... anyhow, since than, the audio from the internal speakers wont work UNLESS the headset is also plugged into ANY of the 3 jacks (mic, 2x headset). I formated the computer twice, reinstalled drivers, been through hell and back and dont know what else to do... the jacks werent dirty or anything that putting in and out the headset would solve... the speakers arent broken, they work when the headset is in... also the sound indicator bar is jumping up and down when im playing videos and where there should be sound. The driver IDT high definition audio CODEC is properly installed, no !!! in device manager... i really dont know what to do.
If anyone can help me, i would be very thankful.

Sorry to hear about this - sound problems are horrible. I don't know anything about your system, so this may be a wild-duck chase: check the BIOS to make sure something didn't get turned off when the system blew up the first time. I'm not sure that reformatting the OS would reset the BIOS. At boot, tap F10 to get to the BIOS...
If you reinstalled your system - do you have the latest IDT driver?
This youtube page comments hint that there are issues with version conflicts.
(There are other Assassin pages to check...read the comments, too - they are sometimes useful...)

Check game-side. I've read a couple of places that if things go south during game play that the sound setting has to be checked on the game side - if you have game sound control of some sort, check there. I realize the game has to have been reinstalled when you rebuilt your computer: If you had "saved" game parameters, maybe there was something in there that was held over? Sorry, I'm not an "Assassin". It is, admittedly, a long shot - it's better than blown speakers.
I guess, if there is such a thing, you've checked the "Assassin's" website...

Excise invoice problem ---very urgent.

At present I am working for an Indian Project.
I have small issue, Can you please provide the solution.
We have a configurable material, For dispatching Configurable Machine, It requires 5 lorries to delivering to customer.
They are preparing 5 excise invoice, First invoice contains all the values. Remaining excise does not have values. it is 'ZERO'. But "Every excise invoice is having its unique number"
Same thing how can we take 5 excise invoice with reference to same commercial invoice in SAP with different excise invoice number.

We are manufacturing KMAT Material. If customer is order for KMAT Material, we will manufacture and dispatch to the customer.
This KMAT material is a very big machine, At the time of dispatch Big Machine is dividing into 5 parts and delivery to the customer. For this 5 Lorries are require for delivering to the customer. For each and every lorry requires one excise invoice,
First will have Actual Excise Invoice that means it contains all values But remaining lorries also requires Excise Invoice, But all BED,CES,SCES Values will be 'ZERO'. But Each and Every Excise Invoice is having a unique number.
But in the system, i am maintaining KMAT Material Quantity as '1'. I can't differentiate partially in the system.
Process Flow:
1. Sales Order -- Material Quanity '1'
2. Delivery Doc -
Materail Quanity '1'
3. For dispatch this material to customer, partly loading into lorries, and delivery to customer, At customer place, engineer will assemble the product.
4. Commerical Invoice. Material Quantity '1'
5. Excise invocie Material Quanity '1'
In SAP I can't create multiple excise invoice with reference to One Commercila Invoice.
But how to take multiple excise inovice in the system.

I have tried to restrict certain G/L account group through Authorization group in OB52 but the system do not allow to post the document even in that G/L account group range and prompts the message that "posting period is closed". Actually it is clearly written in the help that authorization group can only work with '' in Account Type field. However, '' means all G/L account group not the restricted / specified range.
Now how can I restrict certain users to post within certain G/L account group range in the previous posting period?? I hope you have understood my question.
Urgent response is required.
