SP 12 for WAS and XI

Hi all,
As we know that SAP has just released SP12 for almost all its products, i want to know is it right at this time to upgrade. I am currently running the my systems at SP11. Our current setup here consists of WAS with SP11, XI with SP11, we have also installed and configured the CMS, CBS and DTR.
Those who have upgraded thier system to latest Support Pack .... pls advice.
Regards,
Naresh

Unless there is a specific reason to upgrade to the latest SP level, I would not recommend this. Using this strategy you always have one "spare" SP in case you encounter any problems.
