SP 19 upgrade issue : Log off Button not working in Portal Masthead

Hi All,
We have recently performed an upgrade from EP 7.0 SP12 to EP 7.0 SP19 stack level.
After the upgrade we are facing these 2 issues:
1) Log off button is not working in Portal Masthead
2) SSO to BW reports also not working.
Any immediate pointers and help is highly appreciable.

Thanks for the reply.
I have tried rebuilding and redloying the par file after removing the function "'releaseProducerSessions()' " which is not available in SP 19..but still the issue persists.
Any other process to be followed?
2) SSO is working for other stuff, and the issue is specifically for Bex iViews/Reports

    I got my iPhone 5c in the mail today.  I activated it and now the sleep/off button is not working.  Can i return it and exchange it for another one or pay extra for the 5s.

  • IPhone 5 turn off button not working properly, is it a hardware defect?

    My iPhone 5 (1year and 4 months) has trouble with its turn off button, I've heard of other friends with same issue, is it a hardware defect?

    Things just break. The IPhone buttons are basically a thin plastic sticker with a thin flexible metal lining. The simple sticker slips (slides) out of place just a hair (far less than mm) and the alignment of the metal lining cannot make connection, so button does not function correctly. Things just break.

    My daughter has just unboxed a brand new iPod touch 5th gen that arrived today.
    It wouldn't turn on so I assumed the battery was flat which I thought was odd but I plugged it in and it came on - 90% + battery.
    The on/off button does not do anything. We've pressed it, held it - nothing. If I press the on/off and the home button together, Siri starts.
    It will only switch off after a minute has elapsed. We can't do it manually.
    What's going on? Any ideas?

    How old is the phone? You can go to Check Your Service and Support Coverage to find out where you stand warranty wise.
    There is a one year limited warranty, the only way to find out if this repair is covered is to have it checked out. There is no charge in any case for the initial check.

    well the battery can charge with the phone off....the bar will indicate charging and it will stop charging once its full. there is no other way you can turn on your phone. that is a nokia care trip to get this sorted. sorry mate.

    I've had my iphone 5 for about 7 months and it's been having all sorts of problems, like the sleep/turn off button is not working like it did when i first got the phone! I have to press the button harder and on the left side for it to work. Is there anything I can do? Does anyone know the cause of it?

    suggest something and in my country there is no official apple repair store and no apple store ..so that i can take it there and they replace it ...

  • Bluetooth On/Off Button Not Working

    I have been successfully using my Nokia 2760 with a Bluetooth Dongle to synchronise with my Windows XP Computer since I bought the phone about 6 months ago.
    Now, out of the blue, my phone is not displaying the Bluetooth icon and when I try to switch it on/off (in Connectivity> Bluetooth) it appears to be on but when I switch it off it stays "on" but still no icon.
    The computer does not detect the phone at all.
    Any idea what has happened?

    Did you try removing the battery for a few minutes?
    If BT still doesn't work after, you could also try updating your phone firmware to see if the latest firmware irons out the problem. Of course, backup all your essential data (phonebook, messages, notes, settings, etc.) before attempting the Nokia Software Update.
    If it still does not work, then off to the service center you go!

    I've always had trouble with the on/off button on the back but this time it just won't start. When I press the button, no lights appear and nothing happens. Anything I can do to start the mini outside of taking it to the Apple store? I assume a connection of some kind is broken or loose.

    Unfortunately, the power button is the only method by which the mini can be started up. That doesn't mean there's a fault inside the system though. Make sure the power cable is plugged into the mini snuggly (some have been known to have slightly loose power connectors which can cause the system to unexpectedly shut down or refuse to start). Also check that the power adapter is plugged into a known-good AC outlet.
    If it is clear that the fault is inside the mini, it'll need the attention of an Apple authorized service provider.

    I used the tutorial found here. The 3 frames of my button are in a movie clip, within a keyframe in the main timeline. I used the code at the end in the tutorial for the first keyframe, so that the clip begins with music playing. However; I cannot get the buttons to work. I cannot stop the sound. Help please?     We have Vendor account group variable when I enter any random value and click on check its not working its not giving message as ' Invalid Input' on Portal ( Variable is single input optional variable) same Check Button Working in RSRT .
    And For all other Infoobjects ( Plant , Profit center) check Buitton is working on Port as well in RSRT.

    you can't really fix that - it's a hardware issue. either go to the apple store once you've made an appointment and made a backup of your device, or call applecare to set up a mail-in repair

    Given that you seem to have been able to upgrade to iOS 7, it would appear to be a hardware issue. After all, a mechanical component like a switch is usually the weak spot in most devices. If possible, try to do a hard-restart and see if it helps: hold down Home and Sleep until the screen goes black and the white Apple logo pops up.
    Else there will be a visit to the Apple Store in your near future. Hopefully a warranty coverage will make said visit less painful.
