SP01 file save as option disabled

Hello Gurus,
In SP01 there is a option "Save as local file" to save spool request as file to .html or .trf file. That is not enable for invoice spool request, this report is developed in smart froms by ABAP developers.
How can i save this report/ spool request to .htm, .rtf or spredsheet format.

i think that option is disable by default,
it you want to printing into file than look at sap Note 161516 - Printing into a file or anywhere else in NT

there is a field in the FM REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY HAVE export parameters "I_SAVE" PASS 'X' to it. I think it will work.

Cannot file, save as in Adobe Reader 9.1.2

I currently access my electricity and gas bill online and both of these are always displayed in pdf format. Unfortunately, since updating to reader 9.1.2, I am no longer able to see the toolbar menu, normally above the picture icon toolbar menu, so the File, Save As option is not visible. Therefore, I can no longer save my electricity and gas bills to my PC but instead can only print them which is slightly defeating the whole object of having my bills online! Can anyone explain why I am not able to see the File, Save As option at all? I have asked my Electricity and Gas provider and they tell me that they can see it fine at their end. They are currently using Adobe Reader version 7.

When pressing F8 then F8 again, the picture icon toolbar toggles between not being shown and then being shown again so no Save options appear. When pressing F9, nothing happens at all. When pressing Ctrl+Shift+S an adobe message appears in the middle of the screen stating the following "This document does not allow you to save any changes you have made to it unless you are using Adobe Acrobat 9, Pro 9 or Pro Extended 9. You will only be saving a copy of the original document. Do you want to continue?" It then prompts you with "OK" or "Cancel". Upon pressing "OK" absolutely nothing happens. I have seen this type of message many times before when trying to save pdf files and it has successfully saved the file but for some reason nothing happens in this version of adobe reader. Do you have any other thoughts at all as to how to solve this?

File Save As Not In Menu

I transferred my data and apps from my Snow Leopard (upgraded from Tiger) MacBook Pro to my new iMac and am gradually testing to see how things work, that my data is intact and so on. I haven't tried any non-Apple applications yet, but in both Preview and Text Edit the File Save As option has disappeared. I use this a lot as I have text templates for various things and use Preview as a quick and easy way of reducing image file sizes. Curiously, if I query the application help, it indicates the item in the menu tree and lets me use it! Then it hides again. I've checked out the preferences, nothing there.
Sure, I can copy the file and rename it but that's clunky and, as I already found out, can lead to data loss!

Seems an odd thing to leave out something so standard, and though I discovered the previous versions function, it doesn't help me. What I usually want to do is open a template on my desktop and Save As somewhere else, then edit it, not change the original at all.

File Save after clicking in script output overwrites file with output

This is bad:
If you run a file as script and afterwards click on the output window,
even if you click back on the script window,
the Ctrl+S (or even worse the File > Save menu option)
overwrites your file with the script output.
You only realize this when you reopen the file, or if you use another editor with auto-refresh, such as Crimson Editor.

Here is how to replicate the disappearing sql script:
In the Save dialog box, if the “.sql” is left off of the file name, only the script output is saved (this is bad).
If the file name ends in “.sql”, the script and the script output are saved (this is good).
I have no idea what the purpose of this feature is, and it has caused me much grief. I hope the next version of SQL Developer does it better.

Download Linked File Save As interference with the Dock

I have two LCD monitors running at 1440 x 900 (the OS recognizes these LG monitors and establishes the resolution). It seems when I switch to 800 dpi vertical the problem disappears.
When I am on a web-site and Right-Click to save a file (Download Linked File Save As) option, the tab that Safari opens is so large that the SAVE and CANCEL options are behind the Dock Icons. This is very annoying as I usually move the Safari Window to the second monitor on the left in order to save the file.
Is there a way to have Safari recognize the higher resolution?

Hi,
Search the control ids of FileSave & FileSaveas commands in Office programs from the following files:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3582
Then disable the commands in Group Policy with the Ids.
For example, the Policy IDs for FileSave & FileSaveas in Excel 2007 is 3 and 748.
In Group Policy, you will need to set:
Administrative Templates > Microsoft Office Excel 2007 > Disable Items in User Interface > Custom > Disable commands > Enabled > click Show... button > type 3 in Value and 748 in the next row.

Disabling "Save" or "Save As" option

When someone listens or watches media in QuickTime, whether from my websites or if I send them a file, it gives them an option of Saving it.
Any idea how I can disable the Save or Save As option when someone opens an audio video file in QuickTime?
I couldn't find a thread/answer anywhere...

O.K. Here's the deal in regard to publishing via iWeb.
iWeb only uses the QuickTime browser plug-in and anything beyond its basic features would require some "hand editing" of the Published pages. This wouldn't be very hard to do since all of the files can be found on your iDisk. But editing a published page doesn't change the information stored inside the iWeb app. Each time you re-publish an existing page you'll need to make the changes again.
Sounds very complicated, doesn't it?
Here are the steps for iWeb version 2:
Open the special javascript file using any "plain text" editor (TextEdit set to plain text is enough). This .js file is made for each page that holds QuickTime content and your Welcome page uses this one:

If you click the link you'll see the "gibberish" code in your browser. Take a look at the code and then use your browser to save it. Make sure it keeps the .js file extension.
Now you have a local copy of the Welcome.js file on your machine. Open TextEdit and set its preferences to "plain text" and then open the .js file.
You'll see three different lines of code that hold a link to your QuickTime file. All you need to do is use some simple copy/paste routine to add a new line of code to the three html tag code.

Copy the text I've posted above. Add it to the three locations in the .js file just before the closing "object" tag and save the file.
Use the Finder Go menu to mount your iDisk. Open the Web/Sites/iWeb folder and then the sub folder that holds your Welcome page. You'll see the Welcome.js file in there.
Use the Finder and drag and drop to move the new .js file to the same folder that holds the old one. When prompted that the file already exists click the "Replace" button to upload the new file.
To test the page visit your Welcome page again and "reload" it in your browser to get the "new" version. Test the page to make sure things work as expected and then move on to the next page (folder and javascript file) and add the new code as many times as needed to it. If your page holds multiple QuickTime files you'll need to add the code to any line that holds an object tag.
Lots of work that may seem daunting to a novice iWeb user. Since iWeb didn't change much with the introduction of iLife '11 these steps may be the only way to get the kisokmode tag into your pages.

16bit? Pixels extending beyond the canvas? (from a crop with delete unused pixels turn off). Have you previously been saving PSD files?
IME you sometimes have to tell Photoshop that the first save of a session is JPG, and it remembers from there on. The way to 'tell' Photoshop that JPG, or PDF, or PNG etc are now your preferred format is to Ctrl (Cmd) click on that format in the Save As drop down list. So long as the file does not have parameters that your chosen format does not support, then this should work for you.
[EDIT] Just noticed that you did include 'Crop' in the subject line. Do you have 'Delete cropped pixels' checked?

I want the 'Save as' option to specify a location when I save a document or file rather then always save to downloads.

I'm constantly downloading files that should go into a specific folder but I don't have a 'Save As' option when I choose to save. As a result everything goes into the Download folder. This means I have to go to the download folder and move it.

I find the easiest way to install Adobe Flash is to use the manual installers. You just need to download the installer to your computer, then run it to install Flash. For more details see http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/191/tn_19166.html#main_ManualInstaller
That link states you should uninstall earlier versions, as you don't have the version of Flash used by Firefox you can skip that step.
