SP01 PL03: Click on Grid Link button, add-on disconnected error occured

Hi Frank,
I upgrade my add-on to SP01, there is an error when click Link button which in a UDT bound grid, the error shows 'System Message' with three option buttons, [Restart Add-on],[Log off the current company] and [Continue working without this Add-on], this error does not occur on SAP 2005 PL7,PL8, PL9 & PL10, but occurred on SP01 and SP01 PL03.
The grid Link button link to master like BP, G/L Accout and Item.
Hope there is a workaround way.

What version / PL was your Add-On compiled with before?
Was it done with 2005A SP00 PL?? ?

According to your description, my understanding is that you want to display the content of Video/PDF/Text in a pop-up dialogue when clicking the link button.
I suggest you can use the Jquery media plugin to open the file content in a pop up dialogue.

Click on a link button by the SDK

Is this possible to CLICK on a LINK BUTTON so it automaticly open the form
For instence, I would like to click on the link button of an Opportunity to open the Business Parner Form
Can it be made from the SDK ?
From what I saw, there's no Click or Execute or anything from a LinkButton object

Is this a one-off or a general problem? If a one-off, is it a link to a web page or something else? If not a web page, try control-clicking on it and choosing to download the linked file. This will at least access the file though it might be to something you don't have an application to open with. If you do this, what sort of file do you get? - select it and hit command-i to get information on it.

RoboHelp10 - If we click on 'Show' link(button), blank page get displayed

Tried with below option,
Flash Help -> we are working with it and has problem for our desktop/standalone wcf application.
Flash Help Pro - > We know that RH server is req. for this option
Web Help Pro- > We know that RH server is req. for this option
Trouble in (Flash Help),
1. When we invoke Flash Help with respective topic ID, it will not show requested topic page along with TOC, it will show default topic/page, which we set at the time creating help. Also it will display "Allow Blocked Content" button at the bottom. If we click on "Allow Blocked Content" it will display the above requested topic page correctly, but without TOC pane. This time we can see 'Show' button(link) on the browser. If we click on 'Show', blank page get displayed.
2. When we are displaying content with option 'OptionConstants.CSH_DISPLAY_CONTEXT' it only show topic and it won't show me the TOC along with current selected topic page.
3. When we are displaying content with option 'OptionConstants.CSH_DISPLAY_CONTEXT' it only show topic with 'Show' link. When we click on 'Show' link, blank page get display.
4. Tool gives us facitlity to publish the Flash help, where we can choose the folder. This means that it publishes folder structure. We are using this folder structure (the published one) and on the top of that we are not getting expected(blank page get display) result.
5. Published content does not contain any mapid/mapfile, if so whow it works correctly with RH development studio.
6. Skin we were using 'beautiful_vista_flash.fhs'
7. We build RH after setting Mozilla as the statup browser. We tried with Mozilla and IE but still our application opens help in IE. So not able to test in Mozilla.
Please assist to resolve it.

The post editor on this support forum has a button to insert links, giving a result [[https://support.mozilla.org/|like this]] (two sets of square brackets, with | to divide link from text) when it seems that in order to work properly it should be [https://support.mozilla.org/ like this] (one set of square brackets, space to divide link from text).

That is the correct way to refer to knowledge base articles by using their title.
Using a complete URL only needs one pair of brackets and a space as separator between the link and the title.

Every time I click on any link, an add pops up in a separate tab even though I have the ad blocker turned on. At one point I couldn't even log in to anything!

I downloaded several types of Kindle readers because the Mac obviously doesn't come with one. I have a feeling one of them was corrupt because afterwards, these adds wouldn't go away and everything got steadly worse. I've only had my Mac for less than a month so I erased everything I had on it, icluding music, pictures, whatever files that could potentially be harmful.
I cleared out my trash, I erased my history, I disconnected from my internet, I redownloaded Chrome and these adds still keep popping up no matter what I do. I even downloaded a Macbook cleaner from the website and it did absolutely nothing. I've run out of options and I'm so frustrated that I'm tempted to just sell my laptop, I'm so sick of dealing with this.
Any suggestions? Should I just go into an Apple store and have someone check it out?

1. This procedure is a diagnostic test. It changes nothing, for better or worse, and therefore will not, in itself, solve the problem.
2. If you don't already have a current backup, back up all data before doing anything else. The backup is necessary on general principle, not because of anything in the test procedure. There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional. Ask if you need guidance.
3. Below are instructions to run a UNIX shell script, a type of program. All it does is to collect information about the state of the computer. That information goes nowhere unless you choose to share it. However, you should be cautious about running any kind of program (not just a shell script) at the request of a stranger on a public message board. If you have doubts, search this site for other discussions in which this procedure has been followed without any report of ill effects. If you can't satisfy yourself that the instructions are safe, don't follow them. Ask for other options.
Here's a summary of what you need to do, if you choose to proceed: Copy a line of text from this web page into the window of another application. Wait for the script to run. It usually takes a few minutes. Then paste the results, which will have been copied automatically, back into a reply on this page. The sequence is: copy, paste, wait, paste again. Details follow.

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
7. Launch the built-in Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the icon grid.
Click anywhere in the Terminal window and paste (command-V). The text you pasted should vanish immediately. If it doesn't, press the return key.
8. If you see an error message in the Terminal window such as "syntax error," enter
exec bash
and press return. Then paste the script again.
9. If you're logged in as an administrator, you'll be prompted for your login password. Nothing will be displayed when you type it. You will not see the usual dots in place of typed characters. Make sure caps lock is off. Type carefully and then press return. You may get a one-time warning to be careful. If you make three failed attempts to enter the password, the test will run anyway, but it will produce less information. In most cases, the difference is not important. If you don't know the password, or if you prefer not to enter it, press the key combination control-C or just press return three times at the password prompt. Again, the script will still run.
If you're not logged in as an administrator, you won't be prompted for a password. The test will still run. It just won't do anything that requires administrator privileges.
10. The test may take a few minutes to run, depending on how many files you have and the speed of the computer. A computer that's abnormally slow may take longer to run the test. While it's running, there will be nothing in the Terminal window and no indication of progress. Wait for the line
[Process completed]
to appear. If you don't see it within half an hour or so, the test probably won't complete in a reasonable time. In that case, close the Terminal window and report the results. No harm will be done.
11. When the test is complete, quit Terminal. The results will have been copied to the Clipboard automatically. They are not shown in the Terminal window. Please don't copy anything from there. All you have to do is start a reply to this comment and then paste by pressing command-V again.
If any private information, such as your name or email address, appears in the results, anonymize it before posting. Usually that won't be necessary.
12. When you post the results, you might see the message, "You have included content in your post that is not permitted." It means that the forum software has misidentified something in the post as a violation of the rules. If that happens, please post the test results on Pastebin, then post a link here to the page you created.

Is there a way to right click a text link to add it to bookmarks?

I can't find an add-on that lets me do this either.
If I highlight a text link, like the shared link on a youtube video, there is no option to bookmark that link directly.
Why is it not possible to do this?

It shouldn't but it was one of the few things I could think of in the realm of possibilities.
It's more than likely the GET data then. They format it in such a way that it's a random string.
Isn't that an issue that not all links are able to be processed in that manner?
I mean for something as popular as YouTube.
I hate to keep using that, but similar instances are becoming increasingly common.
Obviously I'm new to mozilla's support but maybe it's something worth mentioning, if it made me ask this and I rarely even use this type of feature.

Let's say i have a webiste
.../page1.jsp
When i click on a button in page1.jsp to go to page page2.jsp. It correctly goes to page2.jsp but the url still shows .../page1.jsp. So when i reload the page, it goes back to page 1.
I use "Page Navigation" to go from one page to the next.
How can i fix this?

Delete [http://kb.mozillazine.org/sessionstore.js sessionstore.js] and sessionstore.bak in the [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox Profile Folder]
* Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Open Containing Folder
If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.
Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note).

Completed a project in iMovie which is 41 minutes long (2 GB) . When I attempt to create a iDVD disk(via clicking on share) ,I am advised that an error occurred because the project is too long. Have made other movies/created disks that are longer than 41

Have completed a project in project library that is 41 minutes long ( 2.1 GB ) . When I click share and attempt to create an iDVD disk , an error notice appears claiming the new project is too long. Have created other iMovie/DVD disks in the past which were longer than 41 minutes. What corrections do I need to make to ensure I can create a DVD disk for this 41 minute ( 2 GB ) project... I am using a 17 MacBook pro for this project.

PS - have found other posts indicating that clips smaller than 2s or sometimes 5s, or "short files" can cause this. Modern style editing often uses short takes ! Good grief I cannot believe Apple. Well I deleted a half a dozen short sections and can export, but now of course the video is a ruined piiece of junk and I need to re-do the whole thing, the sound etc. which is basically taking as much time as the original. And each time I re-do it I risk again this lovely error -50 and again trying to figure out what thing bugs it via trial and error instead of a REASONABLE ERROR MESSAGE POINTING TO THE CLIP IT CAN'T PROCESS. What a mess. I HATE this iMovie application - full of BUGS BUGS BUGS which Apple will not fix obviously, since I had this product for a few years and see just hundreds of hits on Google about this error with disappointed users. Such junk I cannot believe I paid money for it and Apple does not support it with fixes !!!
If anyone knows of a GOOD reasonably priced video editing program NOT from APPLE I am still looking for suggestions. I want to do more video in future, but obviously NOT with iMovie !!!

Cannot add GRPO - internal error occurred

We encountered this error [Goods Receipt PO u2013 Rows u2013 Warehouse Code][line:0], u2018Internal error (118) occurredu2019 [Message 131-183] when creating GRPO for foreign currency.There are formatted search define on the unit price in the GRPO. When the PO was copied to GRPO the value on the unit price becomes zero but on the PO (based document) there are amount. The error appears only if the transaction is foreign currency but if the transaction is peso they can add the GRPO successfully. Below is the FMS defined in the GRPO.

Initially we thought that the error was caused by the FMS search define in the GRPO. As per suggestion of our programmer we edited the script, change SELECT @UnitPrice = 0 to SELECT 0. But still thereu2019s an error when the warehouse code is 01. If the other warehouse was selected with formatted search the GRPO can be added. We tried to remove the formatted search and just delete the amount when it was copied to GRPO before it was posted the transactions added successfully. Then after so many testing, the GRPO added successfully even with Formatted search define in the TEST Database. The original query was attached in the Formatted Search and the GRPO added successfully. But when it was done on the LIVE DATABASE the error still exists. I asked them to refresh the Formatted search and create the GRPO again in the LIVE database but still the error appears.
Then we have also thought it might be caused by the negative inventory balance of the item in that particular warehouse. But by doing the followig scenarios we found out that this is not the cause of the error. Below is the different scenarios done by the consultant.
1.     Iu2019ve duplicated the transaction with the same item code and warehouse and the error appeared.
2.     Iu2019ve test the transaction with the same item code and different warehouse(positive inventory) and we was able to add the transaction.
3.     Iu2019ve test the transaction with the same item code and warehouse(negative inventory) and we was able to add the transaction.
Please help us how we can resolve the error encountered above. We did a lot of testing but we cannot resolve the issue.

refers to the Unit Price field which is the same field you are referencing in your query and I think it is a self loop issue which is not getting resolved and hence the error

UDO - Link button

Hi,
I have my custom designed form.
Can I add a 'Orange Link arrow' for an UDO in it?
I could do it for the system objects.
When I tried it in the screen painter, I got the error 'Invalid Numeric Value'.

Hi Geetha,
I don't think UDOs are supported for link buttons (or should I say, I can't get it to work ) so you'll need to code it yourself. If you trap the event of the user clicking on the link button, you can open your UDO form in Find mode, populate the key field and click the Find button.

Problem with Link Button

I've got a linked button in a column within a matrix that shows Sales Order Document Numbers. I've set it to link to the Sales Order form using the following code:
        oColumn = oColumns.Add("OrderNum", SAPbouiCOM.BoFormItemTypes.it_LINKED_BUTTON)
        oColumn.TitleObject.Caption = "Order Number"
        oColumn.Width = 200
        oColumn.Editable = False
        oLink = oColumn.ExtendedObject
        oLink.LinkedObject = SAPbouiCOM.BoLinkedObject.lf_Order
The problem I've got though is that if the Sales Order is created with a manually entered Document Number I get the following error when clicking on the linked button.:
"You are not permitted to perform this action [Message 200-30]"
I guess the reason it is happening is that the DocEntry and DocNum are different and the Linked Button is using the DocEntry as reference to which Sales Order needs to be opened when the linked button is pressed.
Is there anyway to stop this from happening and for the Linked Button to function as normal even if the Sales Order has a manually entered document number? So is there a way to allow the Linked Button to link through to a Sales Order using the DocNum not the DocEntry?

Cheers mate. I've just tried setting using the PressLink property of the EditTextColumn object however it's not letting me set the EditTextColumn to the column I have in my matrix. The code I have is:
