SPA122/112 Report Rule Fw 1.3.1-003
Has anyone been able to get the SPA122/112 Report Rule function working on firmware v1.3.1-003? I just tried it and got no results. It looks like it works fine on a SPA525G2 with the same SIP notify request...
My report rule is set to:
[ --status]tftp://10.4.2.1/$MA_status.xml
On the SPA122 In the syslogs I don't see anything showing that it's sending out the report but on the SPA525G2 IP phone it's showing "
<159>Reporting current profile to server (pldlen=84050)" in the syslogs and sending out the report just fine.
Here's my notify message that works fine with the SPA525 IP phone.
"NOTIFY sip:[email protected] SIP/2.0
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 10.11.84.22:6;rport;branch=z9hG4bK518551
From: <sip:[email protected]>;tag=21090
To: <sip:[email protected]>
Authorization: Digest username=""xxxxxxx"", realm=""xxxxxxxx"", nonce=""xxxxxxx"", uri=""sip:[email protected]"", response=""xxxxxxxxxxxx"", algorithm=MD5, qop=""auth"", nc=""00000001"", cnonce=""xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx""
Call-ID: [email protected]
CSeq: 21 NOTIFY
Contact: <sip:[email protected]:6>
Max-Forwards: 70
User-Agent: PHP SIP
Event: report status
Content-Length: 0
Edit: I just tried this on firmware v1.2.1-004 (which by the way is a horrible release), the report rule function doesn't work either.
As far as I know, the correct event name is just 'report', not "report status".
Your's SIP NOTIFY packet should not work even with SPA525G2. Well, the syslog message "Reporting current profile ..." is suspicious somewhat.
All at all, I tried to trigger Report and it worked for me on both 1.2.1 and 1.3.1. The only difference in my configuration is the event name (as mentioned above) and the report destination. I'm using https://.../... not tftp://

SPA112 / SPA122 Report Rule - Delta / Status outputs
Hi,
I've been playing with the Report Rule and the documentation is not very clear when it comes to the two report options: --delta and --status
If I set the Report Rule to [--status]http://myserver/posthandler.php, I see the request coming in but the content of the POST is the actual config file (flat-profile) instead of the status (flat-status). Same goes when using the --delta
I am using 1.3.1 to test but I am sure 1.3.2 is probably not working as well.
Have anyone ever been able to generate a delta and/or get the content of the ATA status.xml file? I can get it from the URL (http://my_ata_ip/admin/status.xml) but would be neat to get it remotely too.
Thanks,
BenoitI assume you are following Cisco SPA112, SPA122, SPA232D Analog Telephone Adapters Provisioning Guide
I see no --status nor --delta modifiers mentioned in Report_Rule option description. Just --key modifier is described here.
It seems that neither --status nor --delta modifiers are supported on SPA1[12]2.
As far as I know, status and delta reports are supported on SPA IP Phones (e.g. SPA[35]xx) only. The --delta is supported from 7.4.9c firmware onward, the --status has been introduced with 7.5.3 version. See Cisco Small Business IP Telephony Provisioning Guide for more information related to provisioning of this product line devices..

RE : Sales based rent agreement- additional reporting rules
Dear Friends
I have created a contract with relevant to Sales tab flaged.
The starting date of the contract is the middle of the month and the agreement with the Business partner is to make sales based settlement on an monthly basis i.e in days as the contract start date is in the middle of the month and on monthly for rest of the period. In fast entry for new sales rules, we specified the frequency start date and frequency in months and also gave settlement frequency in the same way and then attach condition types to the sales rules.
Since the frequency is reporting rules is given in months, and the system caculates the report for 30 days extending to the next month also.
For your easy understanding I have explained the issue with an example:
Contract Start Date 23.03.2008
Contract end date 22.03.2010
Reporting rule frequency 1 month and start date 23.03.2008
Settlment frequency 1 month and start date 23.03.2008
The settings in Frequency start to "Start of Calender year" in Posting parameter has no effect on reporting rules.
Now I need to run the sales based report as per the following
From 23.03.2008 to 31.3.2008 i. e for 9 Days and after that
every month i. e from 01.04.2008 to 30.4.2008,01.05.2008 to 31.05.2008 and so on
I request you to kindly help me as to how I can overcome this issue
Thanks & Regards
PandaThe issue was relating to both
1) the grading which must have a highest level defined as from X to $0.
2) The condition for the sales rule must have a valid from date. If not, the error displayed is "No sales rule specified" but its actually the related condition that is failing. -
How to setup provisioning report rule
Hello, I can understand that you can get configuration status from SPA2102 using a http//server/somedirectory/file.xml, I have tried that but nothing happening. DO I need to handle the POST from the device (how?) or I can only get it after requesting it?
The bottom line is I need help on how to monitor whether a device has downloaded the configuration file from my http server.I have gone through the guide and manage to make config files and have the devices retrieve them, but the section on report rule is very short and not much is described.
I read somewhere in the provisioning guide that one can purchase Remote configuration (RC) unit from cisco. Any idea how I can do that?
Thanks. -
INTRASTAT reporting rules for France french (receipt)
Hello experts,
I would like to know the rules for selection and inclusion of the data for the INTRASTAT report for import.
My country is FRANCE. I know that the logic depends on the country.
I've not found a thread explaining France.
My SAP is 4.7.
Thanks a lot for any responseHi,
I suggest you the Note 1016386 - Intrastat for Romania. Althought it is for Romania, this note contains a document that explain the setttings in IMG, functional steps, etc...
In notes, if you search notes with the string 'INTRASTAT FRANCE' you have around 25 notes by legal changes. The differences in countries are formats of files, paper declarations, etc..
Each country call a report to do the 'document' (file or paper) In your case: RVEXDAIF and RVEXPAIF. Run it in SE38 and read the info.
If you need something else, let me know it.
I hope this helps you
Regards,

SPA122 freezes when upgrading to 1.3.1(003) via provisioning
I've started pushing out the v1.3.1(003) upgrade to a few of our deployed devices via the provisioning file, but in a test I did last night, 5 out of the 6 SPA122s that I upgraded froze after applying the update.
The server's access logs look like this:
$ zgrep '71.238.**.***' logs/access20130116.log.gz
71.238.**.*** - - [16/Jan/2013:21:47:29 -0800] "GET /ccef4******* HTTP/1.0" 200 17490 "-" "Cisco/SPA122-1.1.0(011) (CBT1*******)"
71.238.**.*** - - [16/Jan/2013:21:48:21 -0800] "GET /firmware/SPA112_SPA122_1.3.1_003.bin HTTP/1.0" 200 9945472 "-" "Cisco/SPA122-1.1.0(011) (CBT1*******)"
71.238.**.*** - - [16/Jan/2013:21:48:35 -0800] "GET /firmware/SPA112_SPA122_1.3.1_003.bin HTTP/1.0" 200 9945472 "-" "Cisco/SPA122-1.1.0(011) (CBT1*******)"
$
I would have expected the ATA to provision again after upgrading, but it has to be rebooted before it will come back online. It's kind of scary to reboot a device manually after a firmware upgrade without something saying it's okay to do so.
Has anyone else observed this behavior?Okay, I tried the two-step upgrade process as Patrick's document suggested, but found that the ATA still froze, this time after upgrading from v1.1.0(011) to v1.2.1(004).
I was able to get syslog results this time, and the device seems to be freezing at the postupgrade handling.

Invoking Discoverer Report from Zoom Menu Option
HI there
I've seen this on client site but never done it myself. Does anyone have any documentation or guidance on how to set up a form personalization so that the zoom menu option on a form links to a discoverer report, potentially passing parameter values to limit the data? Can forget the parameter side if it's complicated for now as we don't have any full requirements.
Many thanks for any help
Cheers, KateHi
Zoom functionality is very simple just follow the bellow steps
• Enter the Form Personalization form. (M) Help > Diagnostics > Custom Code > Personalize.
• Rule Seq: 10
• Description: Create Menu Item
• Trigger Event: WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE
• Context: User and set the value to your user name (don't forget to do this for every Rule you define)
• Select the Actions tab
• Actions Seq: 10
• Type: Menu
• Menu Entry: SPECIAL31
• Menu Label: Discoverer Report
• Rule Seq: 30
• Description: Open Discoverer Report
• Trigger Event: SPECIAL31
• Context: User and set the value to your user name
• Actions Seq: 10
• Type: Builtin
• Builtin Type: Launch a Function
• Function Code: XXX---Function name
• Function Name: wil be defaulted from the code
• Save your work and exit all the forms.

Crystal Reports 2010 in IIS 7.5 asking for authentication
Hi,
We're in the process of moving from 2003 IIS 6 Web servers to 2008 R2 with IIS 7.5.
We also have a Windows 2008 server running IIS 7 and everything works fine on this server.
On the new servers when we go to our crystal reports viewer page we get prompted for windows authentication, then if you type in valid credentials or not you get the following error in firefox
XML Parsing Error: no element found
Location: http://192.168.10.112/Reports/ReportViewer.aspx?id=49
Line Number 1, Column 1:
^
In IE you just get a blank screen
The same code runs fine in debug mode on the server in Visual Studio 2010, and works fine on our other servers
Thanks
Edited by: stuartgreig on Sep 20, 2011 11:18 AMHi,
We've fixed the problem, but we have no idea why, we tryed using SSL to connect to the site and it worked. It never used to require SSL to run?
Thanks -
Bug in Report Buider (anybody solve it?)
We are facing a problem with Oracle Developer Report Builder
6.0.5.28.0 . The Problem is as Follows.
When we print a report from the previewer of a
character mode report it is giving a GPF error and we are
unable to print the
Report but if the report is in Bitmap then it works
properly. The same character mode report if printed as
Detination
'Printer' then it prints properly.
When debugged using a VC++ Debugger we get the following
error
' Unhandled Exception RWRBE60.EXE(CORE40.DLL) ;
OXC0000005; Access Violation; and the system hangs.
Because of this we a facing a delay in the Release of Our
Product to our customers.
Requesting anybody to send me details
regarding this .
nullHi,
Engineering researched the issue and it is a bug (design error) that needs to be fixed. (The semi-colon should not be used as the delimiter of two report rules.) I will let you know when I have more information.
In the meantime, the documentation will be clarified with this information to show the current behavior:
Beginning with firmware version 7.5.2b, the IP phone has the capability to do a delta configuration report and a status report. The phone reports the status data if the [--status] keyword is defined.
Both the status report rule and configuration report rule can be configured in the parameter . These two report rules should be separated with a semi-colon.
If the [--status] keyword or the status report file path is missing, the phone will not report the status data.
For example, if the following is configured:
http://my_http_server/config-525.xml
The phone will report the configuration data to
http://my_http_server/config-525.xml.
If the following is configured:
[--status]http://my_http_server/status-525.xml
The phone will report the status data to
http://my_http_server/config-525.xml.
If the following is configured:
[--delta]http://my_http_server/config-525.xml;
[--status]http://my_http_server/status-525.xml
The phone will report the delta configuration data to
http://my_http_server/config-525.xml and the
status data to http://my_http_server/status-
525.xml. -

Sales Rule Grading Adjustment within already settled period
Hi
Under component RE-FX-SR, (i.e. Flexible Real Estate - Sales Based Settlement)
At a glance, there needs to be an adjustment made to grading of a sales rule in settled period expecting the correction entries in the cash flow accordingly.
In Detail:
Case 1 without Sales Based Rent enabled----
(Working)
In a regular contract(without sales-based enabled),
Contract start : January 1, 2009
Contract end : December 31, 2009
Term in months : 12
Basic rent as of January 1, 2009 : $ 1,000
Total contract value : $ 12,000
Monthly postings : Executed until Jun 30, 2009
Now, if the "Basic Rent" condition is changed retroactively from
January1, 2009 with new Unit Price : $ 1,100 then there shall be a
correction
entry with $100 inserted in simulated cash flow which is valid.
Case 2 with Sales Based Rent enabled----
(Awaiting Workaround)
Now when the same is what expected in Sales Based enabled contract i.e.
Contract start : January 1, 2009
Contract end : December 31, 2009
Term in months : 12
Sales Rule 10: Monthly settlement period (with grading enabled)
Reporting Rule 10 : Montly with $1000 each month
Monthly postings : Executed until Jun 30, 2009
Under these settings, suppose if a settlement is made through 06/30/2009, can you please let me know how to make adjustments with new grading %rate for the sales rule from January 1, 2009 expecting correction entries just like in case 1.
Date Format Used: mm/dd/yyyy
Regards
Sekhar Muthaluru(1) Update your Sales rule sales grading rates (2) In reporting rule > sales report > change sales report, create version 001 and enter the same net sales for each of the six (6) months. (3) Execute RESRSECORRECT and the system will compute i.e.
Sales based rent 1000 x grading (old)
Sales based rent (V001) 1000 x grading (new)
Difference (=/-)
Try for one month and verify if results are valid. Hope this helps. -

Required help ASAP...Repeating Reports Output
I have a table e.g. EMP which has folllowing columns:
Empno Ename Deptno Frequency
001 XYZ 10 5
002 FFF 20 4
003 POP 10 2
Now I need to develop a report so that based upon the value of
frequency the Record should be repeated in the Report i.e.
For employee 003 the same record should be printed Twice(As
frequency is 2).
One way is by Creating temporary table in Database and inserting
into it values through After-Parameter-Form trigger and then
fetching data from it.
But I need to do it without creating a Temporary table.
Please Help.Hi!
Another workaround is to
create table num (f1 number primary key);
populate it with numbers 1,2,3,4,5,6,...
and then use the following query in
Data Model:
select a.* from EMP a, num b where b.f1<=a.frequency;

ISA550 Voice VLAN cannot connect to WAN?
Hi,
I just bought ISA550 and used the configuration wizatrd to set it up, mostly with defaults.
I mapped GE2 to VOICE VLAN/Zone, and although the SPA122 I connected to this port now gets an IP adress (10.1.1.100),it fails to register with SIP provider.
I have LB WAN set up (bandwidth), WAN1(GE1) Primary, WAN2(GE7) secondary, but not conecting WAN2 yet until I have configuration working.
I set ALG on for SIP (and tried it 'off') but nothing seems to work.
I also checked Firewall settings and added rule to 'permit' WAN to VOICE. There was only the other direction by default.
I have also not yet updated firmware, as I have only just elevated my access to allow encrypted downloads, biut will try that later this evening, out of hours.
Otherwise, any other suggestions gratefully received.
MTIAI have now been able to get most of this working, but had to connect SPA122 to DEFAULT VLAN (GE3).
Added traffic selectors for this and some high priority (Q2) devices. Added QoS rules for these but if I added these to the default WAN_POLICY only those explicitly mentioned could access the WAN.
I then created a a new WAN POLICY without the default QoS rules, just the new ones, and this works!
However, I need to prioritise incoming traffic but only Q1 seems to be available for incoming, so currently only SPA122 has a rule (to mark Cos). Everything else is a free for all.
I have three devices I need to give Q2 on incoming traffic, so is there a way to do this, or is the traffic precedence 'inherited' from outgoing rules?
The documentation, both shipped CD and ESD, is not very clear on this. In fact, there are places where it is just plain wrong.
Otherwise, all seems to be going well. It is handling marginal circuits and LB better than my old router.
One last point. I need to report on WAN availability. I am remote logging to a Linux system to analyse syslog, but cannot find definitive log entries to determine WAN State (DNS LInk detection). Only physical port availability is shown explicitly (Line status - which also correctly triggers email alerts). I can see nothing similar for WAN State.
I use Splunk to analyse the logs, so could use fairly complex search pattern, if necessary.
