Spam ? icloud sorting out mails with specific url

hi there,
after playing around with mails my wife didnt receive in icloud account i found that icloud is surpressing mails with http://www.bbh-basketball.de/ in body text.
That url is pointing to a website about basketball (german). No sex, no weapons , no whatever ....
Any idea why this happens ?

It sounds like you have a legitimate URL that you know is safe that is being filtered as Spam in iCloud Mail. Take a look at this information from the following article named:

If you notice that multiple email messages are being delayed, bounced, or not delivered, contact iCloud Support. Also make sure to check your Junk folder for email messages that were incorrectly marked as junk mail. To check your Junk folder at iCloud.com, choose the Mail application and click the Junk folder in the sidebar. Email messages in the Junk folder are automatically deleted after 30 days.

I have contacted apple store, apple office in Norway and went on chat with MobileMe support, but so far, I am not able to have my iCloud again on my MAIL since it disappeared yesterday. You need to upgrade to Lion v10.7.2 Lion in order to use iCloud. It's not possible to enable iCloud on a Mac running v10.6.x Snow Leopard.

Open e-mail with path(URL) of current file

I'm trying to create a button in a form that will create a new e-mail message containing the URL of the current file (e.g., file://z:\file.pdf) so the user can just click to open it. But I'm no expert with Javascript.
Doing a little research, I've gotten this far with the script for the button:
app.mailMsg(false, "[email protected]", "", "", "Form Subject", "Please see form located here: \n\n "+docurl+"");
It opens a new message, but it's the last part that doesn't work. I can't seem to figure out the command that returns the URL, or how to insert it into the body of the e-mail. Any help? Thanks.

Instead of docurl, try event.target.URL. This references the url property of the Acrobat Document object. Though, since your calling this as a parameter of an AcroForms method it may have to be this.URL (the way you'd reference it from an AcroForm (a form not designed in Desinger). I'm not sure off the top of my head, you'll have to try both and see which works.
Couple of caveats:
1) If the user opens the form, edits it, then clicks this button without saving the form referenced from this link to the file won't reflect the edits.
2) If you send the email, I'm not sure that the URL would make sense in the context of another machine. IE: file://c:/test.pdf might work on my machine, but means nothing on yours if you don't have test.pdf on under c:\ on yours.

Searching for mail with specific headers

Hi, Is there a way of searching for mail messages that contain a specific header? I want to find all email messages that come from people with a particular version of Outlook Express, so I want to find all email messages which have X-Mailer headers containing the string "Microsoft Outlook Express".
(This is Mail version 3.4. I'm a recent convert from Eudora & am still missing many Eudora features. )

It's inability to deal with HTML was finally getting to me. And it didn't integrate well with Address Book at all. Having to change contacts' details in two different places got a bit too much & the "Use OS X Address Book" option didn't work properly, not updating with changes made in Address Book. Nor with iCal, although that was fixed with a couple of hacks.

Send Mail with Long URL - Link getting split w/CR/LF in Email

I am using a send mail step and including a long URL so that the user can
access an Iview directly from the URL Link. The URL which is about 250 characters long is getting split across multiple lines in the MS Outlook Email therby losing the link (only the first line underlined). I am loading the container element contianing the link from a standard text and appending the necessary IView parmater to the end. I tried enclosing my URL within an href but that did not work wither. My current workaround is to code my own method
which sends the email but would rather using the standard Send Mail Step.
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

How to download contents with specific URL

I try to get the logined info in pure java program with following codes:

How can I sort out iphoto with my external hard drive?

Hello, and sorry if this has been answered before, i did have a look, but with no results.
a while ago my ibook filled up, and so i bought an external hard drive. i then dragged the photos across onto it, deleted them off my i book. no problems.
a while later i read about setting up my external hard drive to use it as an iphoto library. i did this, pressed the "alt" key whilst iphoto opened and i was able to open my photos from the external drive.
however, all the photos that i'd orignally transferred were not there, only the most recent ones.
so, to sum up, when i look at the photos on my external drive, they are all there, but when i try opening them with iphoto i can only see some of them.
how can i re-set up my external drive so i can see all my photos using i book?
i was thinking i could drag the photos that don't open from the external drive into iphoto, then redrag the entire iphoto library back onto the external drive. however, i only have 2 gb of space on my ibook, and about 20000 photos in total.

i will try and explain again.
i still have my iphoto library on my internal drive.
i initially dragged and dropped the photos from iphoto onto the external drive and deleted them off my internal drive to free up space.
then i read how i better way to do it would be to drag my iphoto library from the finder, onto my external drive, because then i would be able to open it from iphoto. so i did that and when i pressed the option key whilst iphoto was setting up, accessed my iphoto file on my external drive.
the only photos to appear were the ones from when i dragged the entire iphoto file from finder, not the previous lot that i had dragged from iphoto itself.
so, any ideas how i can get the photos that aren't showing up using iphoto, to show up?

Send by email a web report containing outstanding invoices to a list of customers.
The customers are not users in BW.
Each customer is identified by 0BILL_TO and email addrress.
Each recipient needs to receive the web report filtered on his value of 0BILL_TO.
Is this scenario possible with the BEx Broadcaster in BW3.5?

Icloud SMTP server is offline, can't send out mail

I am having a problem, can't send out mail with my iCloud account. Password is ok, but it says "offline" On Mavericks OS

You might want to try signing out of your iCloud account, then back in. Go to System Preferences>iCloud, click Sign Out, choose Delete at all of the prompts, restart your Mac, then sign back in.
This deletes the account and your iCloud data from your Mac, but not from iCloud. It will reappear on your Mac when you sign back in, after a brief delay as it redownloads.

How to sort mails with color?

hi, i have sorted my mails with smart mailboxes and they work just fine, but this is what i wanna do, i received mails from apple itself, and it highlights by itself blue, and i wanna do that as well when i recevied from certain email address, lets say, paypal emails are highlighted green etc, so i tried the rules, but i have to right click and apply rules in order for it to work, are there a way that would work like the smart mailbox, simply by just receiving it and hightlight all emails from certain email add? thanks

When trying to access my e-mails with tiscali[ talktalk] I receive a message saying ' Undefined E-Mails in mail' and Icannot retrieve any e-mails fropm my inboxwww.talttalk.co.uk

I have seen a few searches that indicate some people have had success by changing their wifi security settings. Using none (not recommended) or using WPA2 with a strong pass phrase (longer than 8 characters) seems to work for everyone I've talked to. I've not had this issue myself on any of my devices (2 iPhone 4, 2 iPhone 5, 2 iPad 2, all running iOS 6.1.3, and 2 iPod Touch 3rd Gen running iOS 5.1.1), but then again, my home wifi has had a strong pasphrase, and WPA2 for 7-8 years now. I beleive that some people have had luck with performing a reset of network settings (but others have not, and claimed that it actually made things worse some how). Some have had luck performing a device restore in iTunes, while others have claimed that did nothing but cause them to lose everything.
I know there is so much wifi congestion in my neighborhood that it is hard to find a channel that doesn't already have 2-3 routers using it. It is possible that resetting your wifi router might help. I know that when my iPhone wouldn't connect to my wireless network, it would usually clear up if I restarted the router.

OK so you have made everyone using a mobileme account switch to iCloud- I still use the mail icon on my Macbook Pro and every now and then
the server quits and does not allow me to send emails. I run the server doctor and only my address gets the green light. The smtp.me.com: my username
is always red. I have checked my user name and made sure my password is correct and still I m locked out of sending emails. I have time sensitive work that I need to send it to clients and there is nothing more frustrating than having to tell a client, I can't send an email right now. What can be done for this.

maybe you can figure out why I can't send any email and possibly help me to fix the problem. I m not a fan of iCloud it has been nothing but a headache and I am tired of having to put my clients off. I am loosing money thanks to all of this.

It's a bad idea to post your email address - it's an invitation to spam - and I've aasked the Hosts to remove it.
The first thing to try would be to sign out in System Preferences>iCloud, then sign back in again and check 'Mail' and any other data types you need in the list. This will set Mail up, hopefully correctly.
If you are still having problems accessing or sending mail go to http://appleid.apple.com and change your password, making sure that it complies with Apple's requirements: at least eight characters, of which at least one must be a numeral and one a capital letter.
Note that iCloud does not interact with any other email service. You cannot use it to check other email accounts, and you cannot send using its smtp server with any address other than your @me.com one as the 'From' address.
You should be able to set up other accounts separately in the Mail application: these would be unaffected by iCloud in any way.

Contacts stolen in a mysterious way and spam mailing with my email account

It's strange. I have contacts stored locally on my iMac and to some of my contacts I only use a certain Email account. And then I also have one fake email address which I use for registering on newsletters and all the other stuff where I think I shouldn't use my real data. Well and here the strange thing: Someone hacked into that fake account and sent emails out to all my contacts, which I only store locally on the computer, not online. And there is absolutely no link between my fake account and my contacts. I've never used this account for messaging/communication or similar. So how is this even possible? And I the hacker also only sent out mails to close friends and business colleagues, though I have various kinds of contacts like business partners and so on in my contacts.
The emails were actually sent from within the fake account (online access) as I can find the spam emails in the sent folder.
Some facts on my side: I use an iMac and manage all my accounts with the mail app, also the fake account. However, I don't mix up things, for example, I have only one account for communication with friends, one for business purposes and this fake thing.

to begin with I would suggest you change the password on your "Fake Account", secondly remove the smtp settings so that you and the hacker cannot send any emails from that account anymore. Or delete it altogether and make a new Fake Account with a different name and password, and receive your newsletters there (you have to change your profile with the newsletters providers).

Problems setting up Mail with iCloud

Hi,
   I am running os version 10.9.5. I have a mac.com apple id. I set up iCloud a long time ago with this id and was prompted to create an iCloud.com address which I was able to do successfully. I never used it or logged into iCloud since. Everything was syncing fine with my devices but at some point Mail stopped working (or may never have worked). I did not notice since I was not using it.
    I decided to try and fix it but am not having any luck. I searched and followed support documents and still nothing. I have sent test emails to both the mac.com and iCloud addresses and delivery fails with unknown or illegal alias for both.
     I have signed out of iCloud on all my devices and deleted the iCloud account from Mail. When I try to re-create the email account I can successfully log into iCloud with the mac.com id and Contacts, etc set up fine. When I check the Mail option, I get prompted to create a new iCloud email address. If I use my current one, it says it already exists. When I try to create a new one and click create, it acts like it is checking, returns with no error but doesn't do anything else. It just sits at the prompt waiting to check the new address again.
     I have tried everything I can think of short of contacting apple directly. Any help with this very frustrating issue would be appreciated. Thanks!
Edit: funny thing is, replies are going to be sent to the address that doesn't work.

iCloud email is IMAP, which means that your Mail application reads the messages from the server. Therefore if you delete a message from your Mac, it will also appear deleted online at icloud.com and on your iPhone.
Your signature says you have 10.5.2 - is this correct? (If not please update your signature to prevent confusion). If it is, you can access email on an existing iCloud account (you would have to set the account up on your iPhone) though no other iCloud facilities will work.
