Spanish login-doesn't show up descriptions on VL10D while doing F4 on plant

Hi,
When I login in ECC 6.0 system through Spanish it does'nt show the descriptions of plants.
When I log in english it shows up? Where do i need to look in?
I want them to show-up english when not maintained in spanish.
Any ideas?

Hi,
If it is Z development then Translation as to be maintained by the Technical people.
If it is Standard SAP Program then request your Basis consultant to maintain the code page setting. Which will display in the respective languages of Login.

Album Artwork doesn't show up in vertical mode but does in Coverflow

I have an iPod Touch 4g and im running the newest version of iOS, 4.3.3, and the newest version of iTunes. Also running OS X Lion 10.7. The album artwork doesn't show up in vertical mode but does in Coverflow. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Did you already try to activate the artwork visualization in iPod?

Logging into 'Other' (Server) login doesn't show though bind does

Working on an OS 10.5.6 Advanced server that was set and users were only using AFP, but no DNS and Open Directory. So carefully went through and set these up.The standard testing 'checkhost' and all, shows DNS is working correctly. Client computers had the DNS pointer changed and went through Dirctory Utility and did the binding. Server indicates these computers are bound. One of four client computers works as expected, "Other" shows as a login choice and can log into the server. All the different client accounts work throught this station. Three computers show as Bind being setup, but the "Other" login simply doesn't appear. All but one are running 10.5.6, with one computer running 10.4.11. All three computers that show as bound, can sign in via Go > to the AFP share(s) just fine, only the server/network login doesn't appear. Have checked everything we can think of and need further suggestions on how to resolve this issue? - Lewis

LDAP is indeed listed and home folders have been created in an Auto-Mount directory. Everything appears just like the computers on this network that are binding OK and show an "Other" login. Now I have noticed one thing... every so often when I open Directory Utility - it shows the staus as "nonresponding" with a red dot. If I hit "Connect" it changes to a green OK dot, but upon logout/login the "Other" is still not a choice. Ran Disk Repair, Repair Permissions, re-ran the combo updater of the current system - 10.5.6. Ran the unbind on the computer and removed computer from Workgroup manager... still no joy. Just do not see a way to get a reliable Bind and network login? Bind seems to be happening... but "Other" as a network login just doesn't show.

ITunes 12 doesn't show update description message.

On iTunes 12.0.1.26 version, it doesn't show an information about updating a new version of the app and I have to check on iTunes store each. Is anyone same as me?
I don't know that is the problem or not because i've tried to reinstall but it had no change. By the way, it is annoying that you have to check it one by one.

IPod charges, but doesn't show up as a drive, nor does it show up in iTunes or the Device Manager.

I was given in iPod Touch 8GB (used) for my birthday on the 8th, but I still haven't been able to get any use out of it it. When I plug it into the laptop it charges, but it isn't recognized as a drive, doesn't show up in the Device Manager, and is not recognized by iTunes. I've tried plugging it into a different computer, using a different cord, re-installing drivers, re-installing iTunes - everything! It's also stuck in recovery mode, and I can't do anything to get it out. I've tried restarting it, but it goes right back into recovery mode, telling me to connect it to iTunes. It's driving me batty! If anyone can tell me how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! c:

See if placing the iPod in DFU mode will allow a restore.

Digital Edition doesn't show fixed Layout Magazin correct, while Android and Readium do!

I can't understand why Adobe Digital Edition doesn't show a fixed Layout Magazin correct, while Android Play Books and Readium with Chrome can do!
The Magazin is exported from Indesign CC as fixed Layout.
Opened in ADE its a tohuwabohu.
Opened on a Samsung 10" Tablet everything is correct, and even in Google chrome with Readium on a PC.
Between, Indesign doesn't export Hyperlinks, they are gone in the ePub!

Named Set doesn't show aggregated values in excel while browsing

I have create a named to show Top 20 Clients Alphabetical. When I browse the named set, it is not showing aggregated values in the below.You can see in the image.

After reading blogs, I found I have to add ALLMEMBERS function inorder to show aggregated values in excel while browsing.

Hi Maruthi you just need a simple change in the Query .
You need to include the All level and try using TopCount() function instead of the sequential FILTER/ORDER

Anonymous login doesn't show user login channel

Recently i am doing some R&D work on portal server. Whenever the user logs in to portal server, it will bypass the authentication menus and login as anonymous user because i have set in the admin console to disable all the authentication methods except anonymous login. In order for the user to login again using membership login inside the anonymous login, at the advanced option under "Non Interactive Mode", i added "membership" as one of the variable. Now the problem comes when i added in a generic provider into my channel.I can't see the user login channel anymore whenever i log into the anonymous page. I have uncheck "the persistent cookies" at the advanced option in admin console but the problem still persist.Even if i never log in using the login channel at the anonymous user page, it will display "welcome new user" and bypass the page with "login channel". I hope you guys understand my question. :). Anyone out there knows what's going wrong here?

Make sure the iwtLoginProvider is present in the selected channel list for the anonymous user.
Go to the anonymous user profile /Manage_Domain/Role/Users and then anonymous user profile and check to see if you have the iwtLoginProvider added in your list of available and selected channels, if it is not present you have to add it.
Below the available channel list box
type iwtLoginProvider in the Channel Name text box. For the Class Name text box, type: com.iplanet.portalserver.providers.login.LoginProvider
Click the add button
Now move the channel to selected channel list and then click the submit button in the bottom of the page.

Then you need to review and validate this font. No idea how you created it, or if the software you used to create it is good or used correctly.
If your font doesn't appear in all applications, yet it is installed and activated the same way as the other fonts recognized by Photoshop, would tend to indicate font corruption or duplicate activated fonts.
But, if you have a gazillion fonts activated in Photoshop, know that Photoshop has a limit on how many fonts can be active simultaneously (at least on the Mac side). But if you have that many fonts activated, you need a good font manager. That many activated fonts creates excessively long font menus and slows down system performance.

Scrollbar doesn't show up on the panel while dynamically adding JTextFields

I have a dynamic user iterface, where the JTextFields are added dynamically to a JPanel within the JFrame upon the click of a JButton. How do I use the JScrollPane so that the Vertical Scroll bar shows up for the JPanel as soon added TextFields go out of range? The Panel has a null layout coz I want the textfields at specific positions on the panel. The problem lies in showing the Vertical scroll bar once the text fields in the JPanel exceeds the Panel's size. The scrolls don't seem to show up. Please help!

I guess since you don't have a layoutmanager you have to set the viewport dimensions of your JScrollPane manually.
Try something like

I've changed the icon of my USB Flash drive and on my Macbook Pro the icon doesn't show, in every other mac it does

So i have changed the UBS Flash Drive icon of my USB memory stick, when i changed it it shows a default format image preview instead of the icon i chose, (on every other mac and macbook it appears correctly. When i plug the usb on my macbook the icon goes like this:
When i plug it on other macs and macbook pros, it does this:
so... on my computer it shows as a preview but in all others it shows correctly. (i have done it in every possible way, i've used programs to make the image, coping it on preview and then pasting it on Show info on the top left corner) My usb is in exFat Format. do anybody knows why on my macbook pro this happens? thanks.

Toshiba harddrive doesn't show up on macbook pro but shows up on macmini

1 tb toshiba harddrive won't show up on macbook pro. Other external harddrives have showed up on Macbook pro.
The toshiba does show up on my mac mini.
I checked in Disk Utility to see if it showed up there in the macbook pro and it did not.

I had this same problem with an external seagate drive I was using as a time machine backup for my iMac. When I installed/updated OS 10.9 on the iMac, the seagate drive would not show up on the iMac.
The seagate drive shows up on my MBP/r even after updating the MBP/r to OS10.9
I just checked again to make sure this info is accurate, it is accurate.
The seagate drive still doesn't show up on the iMac but does show on the MBP/r.
The seagate drive does not show in disk utilities on the iMac but does show on the MBP/r.
I finally bought another external HD for my back-ups, I needed that drive!
BTW, I did not buy another seagate.
I have a couple toshiba external drives and, so far, they are working ok, on both my computers.

Can't deinstall as iTunes doesn't show up in Control Panel

Please help! I need to deinstall iTunes from the company laptop as I now run it on my home PC. Using the regular process (Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > ...) doesn't work, as iTunes doesn't show up on the list.
Does anyone know what to do to get rid of all iTunes-related material on this computer?
