SPAU problem in SAP 4.7

Hi All,
We are upgrading from SAP_APPL release 21 to 27. While doing SPAU of one include, I have selected the option 'Adopt Modifications' and have added some business specific code.
At that time we missed to add some code.
At preset, this object is locked under the Transport request created by me.
Now when I try to modify the include using SE38, it is not allowing to change the object with the message as below. Also the object is not available in SPAU for these modification.
Please help in this

 A new version of this object, changed by SAP, has been imported into the

 The system will deny access in change mode or enhancement mode until the
 objects have been reconciled.
Procedure
 Run the modification adjustment (SPAU) for the object. If the object is
 supported by the Modification Assistant, you can adjust it by clicking
 the stoplight.

Actually the program "LFSKBF01" has been modified by customer. A patch which is applied has some changes pertaining to this program. During the patch update SAP will ask in these cases whether to retain the customer code or to overwirte the SAP changes.
These changes can be checked using SPAU transactions. There are there different lights in this transactions,
'green' which means the program changes and SAP updates (thru patch) does match or no implications.
'Amber' - This shows that some changes are there but might note have any impact.
'Red'- as the color suggest, it has some difference in teh code and might need to take a deicision whether to retain the customer code (which is existing) or to import the new code.
You can check the codes differences using SPAU and take a decision.

Problem 1: SAP Management Console cannot start successfully
 Problem 1.1: Click on SAP Management Console, but yellow light continues for a long period of time.

 Problem 1.3: Oracle 9i database automatically shutdown by itself.

Problem 3: Problems in the configuration of client copy
 Problem 3.1: A copied client from the Client 000 cannot be customized.
 Problem 3.2: No sample data in IDES after a successful client copy.
 Problem 3.3: Logging on without being authorized. A new client is created and client copied and transported successfully. However, anyone can log into the system using user SAP* with the default password PASS.
Problem 4: Problems in the installation of SAP R/3 Server
 Problem 4.1: Computer Name of the SAP R/3 server has been changed after the full installation of Oracle 9i and SAP R/3.
 Problem 4.2: A network card of a server was faulty and it was replaced by a new network card but the SAP R/3 license was expired.
 Problem 4.3: You would like to reinstall SAP R/3 on a server which has previously installed with SAP R/3 but the same error message appears during the re-installation.
Problem 5: Problems in the backup and recovery of Oracle 9i Database
 Problem 5.1: A redo log file was lost and the database could not be started.
 Problem 5.2: A group of data files were accidentally deleted and the database could not be started.
 Problem 5.3: Both the online redo log files and archived redo log files have been damaged.
Problem 6: General problems regarding the general operations and the connection to the SAP R/3 System
 Problem 6.1: After a reboot of the Windows 2003 Server, SAP service is not automatically started.
 Problem 6.2: Some users complained that the performance of SAP R/3 is really very slow.
 Problem 6.3: A user complained that his/her password was correct but he/she could not lock on the client because it was locked.

2.1 If user account of the sap* is lost u can retrive by loging into os level as sidadm type this command
DELETE SAP<sid>.USR02 where BNAME='SAP*' AND MANDT=100
This 100 is the client in which u want to delete the sap*
after that restart the server and login as sap* with the default password as pass

I m facing a problem regarding: SAP Crystal Reports data source connection problem using sap business one
I am trying to create a Crystal report but when I try to configure a new connection it does not work.
I select Sap Business One data source and try to complete the information required to connection but it does not list my companies databases, what is the problem?
Our Current SAP related software details are as follows:
OS: Windows Server 2008
SAP B1 Version: SAP B1 9 (902001) Patch 9
SAP Crystal Report Version: 14.0.4.738 RTM
Database: MS SQL Server 2008 R2
I have also added some screenshots of the issues.

I had faced same problem, I used OLEDB Data-source, and it worked fine for me.
So, try to use OLEDB.

Can SAP GRC AC 5.3 connect without any problem with SAP R/3 4.7 Enterprise?

I went to the PAM in the SAP Marketplace to see if SAP GRC AC 5.3 could connect to SAP R/3 4.7 Enterprise but I can't see all the "Add-On Product Version for...", it's cut off.
Can SAP GRC AC 5.3 connect without any problem with SAP R/3 4.7 Enterprise?
If I can't is there any proof about it? I have to show it to a client.

GRC AC 5.3 works perfectly fine with SAP's R/3 4.6c, mySAP ERP 4.7 and ECC systems. In fact we have two 4.7 Enterprise systems connected to GRC AC 5.3 system.
You can get the details of supported SAP ERP systems under prerequisite section of Info page of GRC AC 5.3 , it can be accessed on marketplace at -

I was having the similar issue on my Windows Server 2003 Terminal Server. At times SAP prints stop working. Then i changed Printer Type to "G" and it had solved the problem. It skips the use of SAPLPD service and calling windows printing service directly.
Just try with that.

the dump says Field 'R01' contains no fields, syntax check on the program shows same error.
When I tried regenerating the Query in SQ01
" Query Specification cannot be use to generate list
Ranked list contains only numeric fields

I am not sure what business process you are describing here - is it some kind of third-party sales order? If so, your join is wrong.
From VB E P, firled BANFN and BNFPO you can go to table EBAN, where in field EBELN you will find the number of the purchase order (if somebody already had an MRP+Me58 run over the PR) which will lead you to table EKKO, and EKPO.
So what we have here (essentially is):
VBAK -> VBAP -> VBEP -> EBAN -> EKKO -> EKPO
But that only solves one of your problems - you still have a long way to go to get invoices, partner and partner roles into there and I am beginning to ask myself what exactly it is you want to evaluate.

Quantity field conversion problem in SAP script

In purchase order the actual value of field( MDPM-ERFMG) is 3,500.
But in Print preview it is showing only 3.5

Printing problem for SAP Script

Dear Friends,
I am facing strange problem for SAP Script. In the billing document output the sold to party and ship to party address are displaying. When user print the billing document on laser printer it print the Country for Sold to and Ship to. But when it print the same billing document on normal printer (other than laser) the Sold to country not printing.
The print preview of billing document in SAP correctly display country for Sold-to and Ship-to.
I have recently make changes in the SAP Script form (Address window) to display country for Ship-to which was never displayed before. I have added FROMCOUNTRY option after COUNTRY in address window. COUNTRY will be Ship-to and FROMCOUNTRY will be VBDKR-SLAND.
Can any one help me to solve this problem.

If this url shows you the system info page then you j2ee engine is up.
If it is not started then how to start J2ee engine.
Check your server0.log file.
If J2ee engine problem is there then how to solve the issue and where to check to solve the issue.
Check for the problems in log file and do search in sdn or in the market place you will get plenty of info read them and try to resolve the errors.

Problem with SAP Script FAX output

Hi Friends,
I have problem with SAP Script Fax output.
After I issued output using the messge type, the print preview format shows me correct alignments and the right data. But when I go to List display using the menu bar functions from the print preview screen, the list is showing me the right data, but all the alignments at the main window went wrong.
How do I rectify this problem? I need correct alignments in both form display and list display.

I'd like to know why people who work on the part of my EAI project say there is a connection problem between eai and SAP BW. He explained that the connection is good at 12h AM and 16h PM the system was disconnected, he receive this error message:
System.ServiceModel.Security.MessageSecurityException: The HTTP request is Unauthorized with customer authentication scheme 'Basic'. The authentication header received from the server was' Basic realm = "SAP NetWeaver Application Server [DB1/100].
I like to know if this is a problem with sap bw (misconfiguration of authorisations) or at the eai.

If you want to connect an external system to BW and extract data to BW and the BW system is the leading system.
You need a RFC server, or UD connect (https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/library/uuid/943de6c3-0401-0010-b7a4-8b1af193f642) or you can use db connect or you can extract flat files.
All of these possibilies are decribed in the online help and in howto papers.

I got a problem with Sap Solution manager and i hope that you will be able to help me
Ill try to do my best to be understood in English =)
So, here is my goal :
I want to use SolMan as a workbench for test with eCATT. I made a very simple test with the transaction SECATT : A script for a customer creation by the transaction XD01.
This script works well, so Ive done the test configuration, the Test data and the system data.
At this point, I dont have any problem. If I launch the test, it works. (Important point maybe : I work in remote from an environnement dedicated to SolMan toward a production one).
When I try to put this test in SolMan, there appear my problems.
I dont really know SolMan for the moment, but it seems that I have to begin by the transaction SOLAR01 which lead me to the Business blueprint change. But I cant modify anything in it, as the system always tells me the following error : You cannot change (or There are no) Structure nodes.
Maybe Im not going in the good way, but I try every transaction in SolMan, like Configuration, Test plan management or project overview & Administration. I filled all field I could, but its not working for the moment.
I just want to know how to get my test in a workbench, in a test plan on SolMan
Can you help me ?

What I understand from your contribution: You do not seem to have a problem working with the Test Workbench in general but would like to know how to work with the Test Workbench as integral part of SAP Solution Manager.
The basic idea of SAP Solution Manager is that you have the possibility of doing a process-oriented testing (instead of straight module or functioned-oriented testing with regular Test Workbench functionality).
This is why in SAP Solution Manager you would start of with setting up a project (in transaction SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN), in which you define a process-oriented blueprint structure in the next step (transaction SOLAR01) and attach test cases to your process-oriented structure (in transaction SOLAR02) afterwards.
