Under what circumstances? Have you tried a reset? I always worry when people talk about "speakers" - if you are referring to the bottom of the phone, there is only the one.

There can be some of that. Unfortunately, it's up to the app developers to make their app work with the iOS.
So checking for updates can help. You can also look at the reviews for the app, see if others have the same issue. If 8 has broken the app, all you can do is wait.
In some cases, a reset can help. Hold down the sleep and home keys for about 20 seconds. When you see the silver apple, let go and let it reboot and try again. (this can work if the app is fine with iOS8 but is just glitching...it's a harmless reboot of the system)
Another thing to try is to force quit the app(s) and force them to reboot. Double tap the home button. Flick the preview for the app up and off the screen to close it. Then single tap the home button to exit the mode. Try your app again. If it's just a glitch then this sometimes clears it up.
I know once I updated my devices I then had several updates pushed out - updates that required iOS8 so weren't available before the update.

Welcome to the Apple community.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone".
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, verify it once again, delete the iCloud account from your device and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

1. Try to delete and then re-add the fingerprint. Things to consider is make sure your finger is dry from any liquid or moisture. Also try to clean off the touch id sensor with a soft cloth and rescan your fingerprint.
2. Try to reset your settings and then go to settings-general-touch id and passcode and re-add your finger print. When you add the fingerprint make sure that you don't move it around too much until the first part of scanning your fingerprint is done. Then in the second part of the scan is where you wanna move the finger around.
Hope this help! I have my iPhone 5S and it does help when the fingerprint sensor is working.

The facebook link used to, but ever since I posted the text under the menu icons in the middle of the site and then publish it won't activate any of them! This is really frustrating so I'm really hoping someone has an easy solution to this...

It looks to me as though you have made your navigation menu using images places without a shape?
If so, what he is saying is that this shape has got into your footer and is covering everything else and the whole page, which is why your links will not work. If your links are covered by anything, then they won't work.
In iWeb select show all so you can see where things are on your site. Shorten your footer area and I would suggest that you remove the shape and then place it in the body of your site. To get your links to work you need to ensure that you send the shape to the back.

Code generation don't work - please help!

just installed flash builder 4.5 , then installed the flash builder 4.5.1 update patch
I've noticed the code generation features are not working
meaning for example if I write "fori" in a function then hit ctrl+space
it opens up an empty window with no suggerstions
same goes when I tried generating variables, functions, classes, getters, setters ect...
any idea as to why does it happen or what can I do about it?

Can you try a few things please -
1. Post the content of your workspace log here. Log can be found in <workspace location>/.metadata/.log
2. Post the steps you performed (starting from creating a new project) along with the .as and .mxml files. If you can't post your files here, please mail them to me at sameer[at]adobe[dot]com
3. Create a new workspace using File > Switch Workspace > Other. Create a new Flex project in the workspace and try these features.
Let me know your findings.

Zoom on multiple images don´t work, please help!

When I have selected multiple images and click ”z” command in multi-view mode Aperture automatic deselects all images except the first and last ones and zooms in on just this two. This appear on RAW files from Canon EOS 1DmII and 10D.
Is there anyone else having this problem?
Is it a bug or a feature?

Interesting thread, as I never knew you could zoom in on multiple images, so I gave it a try...
I was able to select 6 RAW (Nikon D100 NEF's) images, and then hit "z" to zoom in on them with no problem. I then hit "f" for full screen mode, and that showed all images as well. It was great to be able to use my mighty mouse to then simply hover over each picture and pan (using the track ball) around each image in that mode.
So, at least for my system (quad 2.5 G5, 5G RAM, 7800GT) I was able to see all of the images.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
Try This - Renew IP Address:
    •    Launch Settings app
    •    Tap on Wi-Fi
    •    Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just canceling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.

Theres almost a trick to it for first time users, goto SETTINGS...General......Cellular (if Verizon) ....Personal Hotspot, turn it on.....turn on wifi on your Mac, select your Iphone. Enter password.
If you take too long doing it, youll need turn turn off and on real quick the "personal hotspot" slider on the Phone.......then go quick again thur the Mac.

Thanks for the support but I had already tried this . Again did it as you advised. Still not able to connect the ipad mini with Bluetooth.
Could it be that some app is causing issue. I can connect my car and computer over Bluetooth but not ipad mini.

Upgraded to yosemite now my speakers don't work and i can't play videos on Facebook.

When i play a video on face book I'm told i need to upgrade flashplayer, i wasn't even aware i had it downloaded! I have got rid of flash player (i think ) and now I'm told i need to download FP before i can watch videos. I can't play games on FB either and my speakers don't work.
I wish i hadn't upgraded to Yosemite to be honest as i prefer the old layout and it seems to have caused me problems. Everything was working fine before the Upgrade to Yosemite.
Im not good with computer terminology so please reply as simply as possible :-)

My iPhone 4 speakers don't work with music it only works when I get calls

When I try to play music or videos my iPhone speakers don't work but when I get a phone call it works and I've tried everything to get them to work but no result yet. The first time it happened it was because there was lint in my speakers but I cleaned them out and now that its happened again I can't figure out what's wrong.

OK, let's try a reset.
A reset may help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off buttons for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons.
No content is affected by this procedure.
