Speaking clock call / BT Web chat

Hello Forum,
Can anyone decipher this?:

I was not surprised to see the transcript removed as posting of personal BT communcations on the forum is not allowed. Having read it earlier, I can confirm that it was gobbledygook and I'm fairly sure that other forum members would have struggled to solve your problem. I suggest that you contact the BT Care Team; they are the moderators who oversee the forum and will be able to look into it for you. They may take a few days to respond but you will get an immediate online acknowledgement with a reference number to note in case you need to follow up. It will be OK to quote the transcript in your message to the Care Team.
I've read it too and to me it looks like Claire is being charged for calls to the speaking clock (123) when she's not making the calls (she was out during the time the last one occured). Plus she did say only the hub is connected to the line.
If she can answer John's Q's, a customer may be able to solve it
Some Q's from me. What version hub is it and are these calls being charged to your normal landline number or possibly a BBT number?

    There has been no signal in Springdale, UT for hours today. there is no way to contact Verizon (Calling or Web Chat). Service has been deteriorating for the past two years in the area. Worse fact is no one at the company seems to care. Right now the immediate issue is no service. I cannot do business this way.

    You used the data.  Verizon can not see what it was sued for.  However your phone can see whats apps used the data.  go to settings-data usage- there will be a place that says data usage cycle.  line the dates up with your cycle.  then there will be a bar graph below that   extend bother white bars one all the way to the left and one all the way to the right.  after those are extended below that will be a list of apps,  there should be one that used over 2 gb and that will show you what app used that data in her purse

  • The Speaking Clock call charge

    I phoned the Speaking Clock (123) this morning to find out the correct time to reset my clocks for daylight saving time. About 50 minutes later I realised that I had accidentally left the phone off the hook. I can't remember whether I disconnected the call after getting the time or not -- if I didn't disconnect the call and I was connected to the Speaking Clock for nearly an hour, would there be a huge bill? I know it's 31p to call the Speaking Clock but no idea how much it would cost for a 50 minute call and I'm quite worried about that. Does anyone know or would the call just disconnect itself automatically? Thanks

    Hi. Welcome to the forums.
    Calls to timeline are currently 32.5 including vat (for residential). It's a fixed fee call from a BT line :-

    How to integrate Oracle Right Now with our application Calling Button and Chat Button. Application is on WebCenter  Sites

    Thanks handar. As per your instructions I have tried OAM authorization policy and its working fine. But we also wants to check the same with OES also. Currently I have configure weblogic SM and created domain. In same domain I have deployed my application also. I have created application, resources and authorization policy to authorize /myfolder/index.jsp if user has some specific role. Now if I try to access my web application using http://host:8001/CONTEXT/myfolder/index.jsp, it doesn't check if user is authorized or not. I guess my application is not related to the resource I have created. Please help me with this. Also, let me know if we can retirive logged in user from session and use for authorization.

  • Cisco Unified CCX Premium - Web Chat Features

    We would like to provide a system so that our Call Center Agents can chat with customers through our website. Similar to the way Cisco.com does it, where after you're on our site for a few minutes a little box pops up and asks the customer if they would like to chat with an agent.
    What products do we need in order to facilitate this?  We have the required Cisco Unified CCX Premium licenses and cisco.com shows that "Web Chat" is a feature that is provided by this license.

    Hi Steven
    Web Chat is in 9.0, and you are entitled to it if you have Premium and are upgraded/upgrading to that version.
    It requires SocialMiner - my understanding is that you get the 'agent' licenses for as part of your CCX Premium. What you don't get is the OS and DB software entitlement for the SocialMiner server, which you have to purchase. This is much like the old days when you got free 5-seat UCCX with CUCM, but had to buy the OS disribution and server hardware.

  • Apple technician mentioned some sort of real time web chat???

    rang up apple as suggested in a previous topic, and he suggested speaking to a technician engineer using web chat in real time (??) he mentioned this was on the support site, obiviously i cant find it, can anyone help me out and direct me to it??

    And also the iPod Shuffle for some strange reason.
    I saw that the OP did not have an iMac G5 listed in his tag line but as an Apple engineer pointed him in that direction I just wanted to clear up the point that Volker made (thanks for level4 Volker!).

    Does any one have insights about it?

    Hi Swapna,
    from your screenshot it seems that you actually try to call the service in your Data Source Expression field. You should set path to the WSDL file here actually - this could be either URL to SAP or to filesystem, as Anton suggested (this could be faster). Have you created endpoint binding for your service in transaction SOAMANAGER? If yes, then simply download the corresponding WSDL with binding or copy the URL which leads to it. But also test whether you are able to retrieve the WSDL without logging into SAP (close all browser windows and then open a new one otherwise session ID from other browser windows can be reused).
    If you have to give username and password, then setup anonymous alias in transaction SICF, for example.
    Pleas, check my previous post on the same subject here: Re: BCM7 IVR : SOAP request for client identification in CRM .
    Maybe it could help.

    Dawood.

    Hi,
    On way we can call a web service is to pass the Web Service URL to UTL_HTTP package:

  • Error while calling a web service in web dynpro through XI

    Hello,
    I was following a blog for Invoking Webservices using SAP XI
    /people/siva.maranani/blog/2005/09/03/invoke-webservices-using-sapxi
    I have done all the steps specified but when I import the wsdl file in web dynpro application and deploy the project I get the following error:

    where:
    bankws_OUT_MI -
    is the message interface name.
    I have defined a web service in the integration reopsitory as follows:

  • QName error while calling a web service from Sourcing

    I need to call a web service from Sourcing script. The web service team has provided us the WSDL and I have generated the required stubs using wsimport and packaged the required java classes in a custom JAR. Now while calling a web method using this jar from my script, I am getting and exception. The exception message that I printed out was this:
    Caught exception e with msg Connection IO Exception. Check nested exception for details. (Connection
    IO Exception. Check nested exception for details. (Connection Exception; nested exception is:
    java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: cannot create QName from "null" or "" String).)
    The same jar and same code works fine when called from a standalone java program.
    I am not using or creating QName anywhere in my script. The only place where QName is used is in the generated java class and there it is created from the correct namespace URL
    Can anyone please help me out in figuring out what is the issue?

  • Calling a web service through SSL via a stand alone java class

    HI,
    I am trying to call a web service through SSL via a simple stand alone java client.
    I have imported the SSL certificate in my keystore by using the keytool -import command.
    Basically I want to add a user to a group on the server. Say I add a user user 1 to group group 1 using an admin userid and password. All these values are set in an xml file which I send to the server while calling the server. I pass the web service URL, the soap action name and the xml to post as the command line arguments to the java client.
    My xml file(Add.xml) that is posted looks like :
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <SOAP-ENV:Envelope
    xmlns:xsi = "http://www.w3.org/1999/XMLSchema-instance"
    xmlns:SOAP-ENC = "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/"
    xmlns:SOAP-ENV = "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"
    xmlns:xsd = "http://www.w3.org/1999/XMLSchema"
    SOAP-ENV:encodingStyle = "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/">
    <SOAP-ENV:Body>
    <namesp1:modifyGroupOperation xmlns:namesp1 = "/services/modifyGroup/modifyGroupOp">
    <auth>
    <user>adminUser</user>
    <password>adminPassword</password>
    </auth>
    <operationType>ADD</operationType>
    <groupName>group1</groupName>
    <users>
    <userName>user1</userName>
    </users>
    </namesp1:modifyGroupOperation>
    </SOAP-ENV:Body>
    </SOAP-ENV:Envelope>
    I call the client as:
    java PostXML https://com.webservice.com/services/modifyGroup "/services/modifyGroup/modifyGroupOp" Add.xml
    I my client, I have set the following:
    System.setProperty("javax.net.ssl.keyStore", "C:\\Program Files\\Java\\jre1.5.0_12\\lib\\security\\cacerts");
    System.setProperty("javax.net.ssl.keyStorePassword", "password");
    System.setProperty("javax.net.ssl.trustStore", "C:\\Program Files\\Java\\jre1.5.0_12\\lib\\security\\cacerts");
    System.setProperty("javax.net.ssl.trustStorePassword", "password");
    But when I try to execute the java client, I get the following error:

    Hi jazz123,
    There's an example in the [*Java Web Services Tutorial*|http://java.sun.com/webservices/docs/2.0/tutorial/doc/] : see Chapter 1: Building Web Services with JAX-WS - A Simple JAX-WS Client.

  • How to call a web service that is managed by web services manager from omni

    Ok gurus... here is an interesting one for you.
    We have a set of web services that are deployed to our server. We have Oracle Web Services Manager deployed to another server and is acting as a gateway to our web services.
    We would like to call our web service and pass it the username and password that were specified in the omniportlet connection information screen. How do we go about doing this?
    PS. We are using the latest version of portal (10.1.4).
    Thanks for your help.
    Cheers,
    Cory

    Just a follow up. What I would like to do is to have omni portlet add standard header information for security such as the following:
    <soap:Header>
    <wsse:Security xmlns:wsse="http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/200401-wss-wssecurity-secext-1.0.xsd">
    <wsse:UsernameToken xmlns:wsse="http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/200401-wss-wssecurity-secext-1.0.xsd">
    <wsse:Username>theusername</wsse:Username>
    <wsse:Password>thepassword</wsse:Password>
    </wsse:UsernameToken>
    </wsse:Security>
    </soap:Header>
    Any ideas on how to get omniportlet do this? Any ideas on where to look for the answer? Oracle dudes: Any plans to add this to future releases?
    Thanks again folks :-)
