SPEAKING TO SOMEBODY WHO UNDERSTANDS MY PROBLEM

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET AN ENGINEERING PROBLEM SORTED FOR OVER 5 DAYS. I AM PROMISED CALL BACKS NONE COME. I AM AS I WRITE JUST BEEN CUT OFF FOR THE FOURTH TIME AFTER WAITING ON THE LINE FOR 49 MINUTES I HAVE JUST BEEN CUT OFF AGAIN ! FIFTH TIME IN 2 DAYS.
THIS IS FRIDAY AND I HAVE JUST WORKED OUT THAT I HAVE BEEN KEPT WAITING ON THE LINE FOR A TOTAL OF 6 AND HALF HOURS THIS WEEK, ALL TO NO AVAIL. WE HAVE A LARGE HOUSE AND NEED A TELEPHONE LINE LINKED TO THE SECURITY THE ENGINEER CAME TO PUT IN AN EXTENSION BOX WHEN CHUBB CAME THEY SAID IT WAS INCORRECT. I HAVE ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE ENGINEER SO I CAN GET CHUBB TO SPEAK TO HIM. I HAVE BEEN TOLD IN MANY WAYS THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE. MONDAY I WAS PROMISED BY A MANAGER MITESH THAT HE WOULD RESOLVE THE PROBLEM IN 48 HOURS AND RING ME BACK HE DIDN.'T. I SPOKE TO 2 OTHER MANAGERS NEITHER COULD HELP, I WAS PUT ON HOLD BY ONE MANY WHEN AFTER THREE QUARTERS OF AN HOUR A LADY CAME ON AND SAID CAN I HELP YOU!!! I COULD GO ON. A NEW MANAGER WHO IT HAS TO BE SAID WAS FAIRLY HELPFUL, SAID HE WILL ESCALATE THE PROBLEM TO THE UK TEAM. WHY DO I NOT BELIEVE HIM. MEANWHILE NO SECURITY IN A MULTI MILLION POUND HOUSE. NOWAY TO TURN, WHAT DO I DO.CAN I SPEAK TO SOMEBODY WHO ACTUALLY UNDERSTANDS THE PROBLEM RATHER THAN PEOPLE WHO KEEP TESTING THE LINE. TO GIVE 0800800150 AS A COMPLAINT LINE IS A LIE- THEY WONT TAKE A COMPLAINT THEY JUST TELL YOU THEY ARE RIGHT AND WE ARE WRONG. DEAL PATHI THE NEW MANAGER SAYS HE SPOKE TO THE ENGINEERS DEPARTMENT AND THAT THEY HAVE DONE WHAT THEY SHOULD. SO THAT IS OK THEN????????///

If its an internal wiring issue, then its your responsibility. BT use Openreach to sort out external line fault, but as your line test shows no fault, then that is why you are having problems.
You may be able to arrange a local electrical company who do telecomms cabling, to connect your alarm to an existing BT master socket.
