Speaking to someone in the United States that speaks English
After multiple attempts, I have not been allowed to speak to anyone regarding billing concerns and technical issues. My bill continues to increase and service becomes almost non existent. I was told that a supervisor from the Philippines would call me back. Never happened. What are the other options for home Internet service?

Can someone use it outside of the United States?
Just like wjosten said, Change the Password for your AppleID.
Go to appleid.apple.com and sign in.
Click on Security and Password. It'll ask you two security questions that you orginal answered.
On the next page is where you can change the password, change it.
Now go to icloud.com and sign in, with the new password of course.
Go to Find My iPhone. Click on the iPhone 5s, even if it's off line.
Click on Lost Mode and enter a new 4 digit password. One that they won't be able to guess.
Now it's a paper weight.

We have a gift card for iTunes that was purchased in the United States and we live in Canada and iTunes won't allow us to redeem it. Is there any way we can exchange it?
Sorry, but as KP guessed, Apple will not exchange the card, and you are correct that you can't use a US iTunes card in Canada. You will need to give or sell it to someone in the US.

I can only purchase in the US app store however I live in the UAE, the problem is I bought an iTunes gift card quite while ago and to use that I had to have an Apple ID in the US app store, so I changed my region to the United States but now I have $0.76 in my account and it doesn't let me to change my region before using that amount of credit and there is no any app which costs $0.76 and I want to change back my region to the United Arab Emirates.

My I Tunes account was opened in the United States. I now live in Turkey. I wanted to update my personal information with my
address etc but when I changed my country it changed my I Tunes to Turkish which I do not speak. I had to change my country
back to the United States in order to get my I Tunes back to English. There must be some to Live in a different country and still
be able to have I Tunes in English but I haven't been able to figure it out.Restore the device and set it up as new.
Either plug it into itunes and select restore under the summary tab, or (post ios5) go into settings, general, reset, erase all content and data. When either asks to save a backup, you dont have to....hit No etc..
This will bring the ipad to the start screen like you just bought it and erase everything. -
I purchased an iTunes card in the United States yesterday. I arrived home in the Bahamas today and tried to redeem the card but got an error message stating that I can only redeem the card in a United States store. How to redeem a card outside the US?
Sorry - iTunes cards can only be redeemed in the country in which they were purchased.

You could contact the iBook Store support in your country, however I doubt you paid in advance so there is no loss. The missing book may have been removed from sale by its author.

Have a customer who advises as per the discussion title :-
When trying to project video from their Win 7 laptop, the CTS1300 TP unit states that the resolution is too high
It has worked fine up until the upgrade to Windows 7
Customer advises colleagues can connect and project OK at another site, using Win7 laptop, however that site uses CTS3010 and CTS1000 and, as yet, it is unconfirmed which they used to test on
I could raise a case with TAC but wondered if anyone knows of any issue with Windows 7 and the CTS1300

NigelI've had issues with Win7 laptops before, but it all depends on the model of the laptop, and what it's display is capable of, and whether the end user is using it in desktop extension / duplication / remote only mode, etc.
In most cases, switching it to the 2nd screen only mode fixes the issue, and worst case, rebooting it while it's set this way, and it's connected, fixes the problem.
So, from my expereince, it's pretty well always a problem wtth the laptop/user, and very rarely (if ever) a problem with the TelePresence device.

I just bought on September 2011 an unblocked iPhone 4 in the apple store in Miami. I also got an apple care protection plan for this iPhone. The problem right now is that the iphone is not working properly. I have reseted using itunes but the phone is not working. The phone no matter what application I am using it blocks itself for about 45 minutes. The screen goes blank and it starts a a series of unsuccesful reset. There is no way to work with this phone. I call apple support and they said that there is nothing I can do to get support from apple down here in Mexico. The only thing to do is to go to the United States an d get support over there. You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country..

Peter StillYou should probably contact RightNow to see if they have the ability to authenticate remotely (something like an LDAP interface). I know thatRightNow sites have a Web Service with the ability to send user name/password to that webservice. Although its not designed primarily as an authentication tool, it might suit your purpose.

I know that that the mods may not know when the updates are pushed to the various markets but I'm having a hard time believe that you cannot contact your counterparts in engineering to get the approximate date when it will be pushed to the US Region.
It got released on May 21st 2014. 43 days ago.
It then got pushed to the UK on the 29th of May. Then to Israel on the 9th of June.
So again someone in your engineering/IT/Developer department knows when it will be pushed to the various markets. Why can you ask one of them, and then post in the forum? Is it a super secret?
Again there is no carrier involved in this push... it's a direct update from SONY so again you guys really should know.
Is it so hard to email Fredrik Ekstrand, Head of Software Product Management, and just ask when the United States region will receive the update?Good luck. Sony cant get the update out and their call center idiots actually told me, "if everyone gets updated, the servers will get overloaded." Makes me wonder what kind of **bleep** servers they are using and how every other company out there has better ones.

Drop Shadow renders in opposite direction!
